Baan Habeebee Resort

Very nice resort and we got a friendly welcome from the owner. Stayed for only 1 night. The accommodation did not have a restaurant but there were several places to eat just around the corner. Only 20 min walk to the beach and the night market but they also offer a free transfer. The rooms are very spacious and surrounded by loads of plants. In the afternoon we got free fruits by the pool!

Everything simple, everything easy.beautiful cabin place.quiet place at night and during the day it is very quiet.close to everything.all businesses, shops nearby.only one thing that is very positive, There is no TV in the cabins.

Wow what a hotel. Surroundings in a special class. Service at a level I have never experienced. They did everything in their power to make our stay the best. The breakfast buffet was really delicious with many different things. Lunch and dinner they could order and deliver for us. They drive us to Ao Nang once a day, but very easy to order a tuk-tuk or Taxi.
To that extent can be recommended.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive reviews in any way. The pictures on the internet don't correspond to reality at all, the "resort" is completely run down and unkempt. Dusty plastic flowers at the reception desk, tools scattered on the floor (laid there for 3 days), rotten plants in the flower pots, a vase on the table in the reception area, the water shimmered dark green and stank, soggy plastic lawn (!) around the pool (more like.pond), to name just the first impressions. The bungalows are in need of renovation, here too there are plastic flowers as pointless decoration, the veranda bench needs to be repaired, the door jammed every time it was opened (even I could have done it once by planing it off or rehanging it) and the bathroom hasn't even been cleaned from scratch in years: the actually beautiful furniture Old tree roots have probably never been dusted. The service was nice but effortless and uninterested. There is rubbish and dirt in the small driveway, the surroundings are unattractive, the beach can only be reached with mobility aides. The Cozy Garden opposite (for breakfast, resort does not offer any food) was our salvation. In my opinion - even for this price - definitely not recommended!

Loved this resort! It was intimate, great service, the pool was lovely, and the bungalow was a home away from home. Asme, the manager, was incredibly helpful in arranging tours and calling for food and spa services. Only 10 minutes by tuktuk to the beach and night market. I would highly recommend Baan Habeebee to everyone.

The hotel is a nice change from other hotels but there are a few small things in need of renovation such as wooden boards on the back of a bench. Overall it is a really nice hotel where you can enjoy the peace and sun.

This an oasis. The wonderful staff are extremely helpful and provide complimentary transport to and from Landmark Market in Ao Nang. It is a bit removed from the bars at Ao Nang Beach, which is a disappointment anyway. Make sure to find Im (A. 106) at Noppharat Thara Pier for long tail rides to the islands.

If you like to sleep with cockroaches, frogs and other creatures like this you are in the right place, establishment bordering on unsanitary, very dilapidated bathroom, room, broken boards, dust in the cupboards and under the furniture, swimming pool room, no breakfast, finally we had booked a week we left early in the morning of the first night, to flee!

The Lady who runs the resort was extremely helpfull and kind. You feel like being at home. Beatiful and peaceful small resort. We do recommend it

An extraordinary hotel. We spent 16 days in Thailand and visited 7 hotels during the stay. It is by far the one we preferred the most. The setting is magnificent and intimate and above all there are less than ten bungalows.
Asma is very professional, she is kind and a perfect listener.
We had a "superior" bungalow with lots of space and very comfortable XXL bedding.
Although we must still be objective, the interior and exterior fittings being based on wood, more maintenance would be required to refresh and repair certain parts.
Even though we knew it when booking the hotel is out of the city center but the hotel offers a free Tuk Tuk taxi service and the cherry on the cake comes to pick us up when we ask them.

Enjoyed it.nice rooms and pool area. A couple nice sitting areas, prayer/yoga gazebo. Close to a mosque so you can clearly hear the 4am chants if you wake up, but quite peaceful. A quiet place to stay. Very polite staff. Rental motorbikes available but we didn't use. Parking available. Breakfast was just okay, but not bad. I'd recommend this place if you have transportation or if renting vehicle.

Stayed 3 nights here, wish we stayed more. Asma was absolutely delightful and friendly, made our stay absolutely stress free.

The whole place is clean and cosy, it’s smallish and only has about 7/8 cabins but it’s definitely not a home stay as someone else here mentioned, more like a boutique resort.

The pool was clean and refreshing, especially after a long day exploring.

They also offer a free ride to the beach and back (1 return trip, per cabin per day. From 8 am - 8pm). Otherwise if you choose to come back on your own after it’s about $150 baht for the same distance.

All in all, a great place to stay, if we come back to Ao Nang we’ll definitely be staying here!

Great hotel, highly recommended, great clean bungalows. Great pool, very friendly staff, delivery service for food as the hotel unfortunately doesn't offer food. But it was also super organized and very, very tasty.
In addition, a shuttle to the beach and back in a very great e-car.
I would book it again and again.

Bad management!
Terrible service.
We booked for 4 nights and were told after arriving here at 4am from Bangkok that there was only room for first 2 nights because there was a problem with the system and the rest of the room had been booked.
There is no a hotel manager here, if you have a problem, they ask you to cancel and find another hotel!

Baan Habeebee is a perfect little boutique hotel, wrapped a wild green garden and colorful fish ponds. The hotel is magical and carefully maintained, tastefully decorated, wonderful service, huge and clean room. Thanks to the hotel staff and Asma in particular for the perfect experience!

Baan habeebee is not a Resort Hotel!
It is a guest house, without breakfast or other service that we can find in a Resort.
The staff is friendly but it's not enough for the price paid for a week (900€).
I arrived on December 19 and left on December 20 so much that I was disappointed with this hotel.
I just took €900 for nothing and I'm really disappointed because it's false advertising!
This is not a Resort!
The reviews that said it was great were 3 to 4 years old.
It is isolated from everything, there is a shuttle service (one return trip for the day which is insufficient given the distance to all amenities).
VERY IMPORTANT THING DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE!
IMPOSSIBLE TO REVERSE ON ARRIVING THERE.
THIS IS NOT A FULL HOTEL SO NO PANIC!
I LOST €900 FOR A HOTEL WHICH SHOULD NORMALLY COST €300 TO €400 PER WEEK AND NOT €900
I found much better and cleaner in 10 minutes in Ao Nang, for €500 per week.
You are free to try this hotel but you will be warned
