Great hotel and staff.

But housekeeper is a mixed bag sometimes very good sometimes very bad

Good place to stay. Friendly receptionist, good service, big room, clean, near with beach and everything. Hotel is not as what aspected, but still happy to stay here. Good environment

Stayed for 6 nights. Good location. But, Lousy wifi signal in the room. Limited variety for Breakfast for a 4 Star Hotel. Will never book this Hotel again.

Very good location, near to aao nang beach. Many indian restaurant are near by. Clean and spacious rooms. Variety in breakfast, but only thai food. But all good.

Netty. Stayed. Here. Massive space, huge bed, with a comfortable clean crisp bedsheets.what more can you ask for?

Well it also has a very delicious breakfast package option; which I highly recommend. With hot options changing daily, it’s a great selection.

Poolside is very nice also but only a 5 minute walk down to the beach front!

I was impressed and throughly enjoyed my stay! Location wise it has it all.

Even tough I have only booked a couple hours prior, check-in was super fast and painless. Room and room service were up to expectations as well. If you missed breakfast, there's a coffee shop with original dutch stroopwafels!

Amazing service and people. Very spacious rooms and amazing breakfasts. Slight issues but resolved very quickly.

Terrible customer service. Been having problems with the room, and 1 week later it still hasn't been taken care of. They could just move us to another room but they refuse. 1) very cold air con. Way too cold. 2) loud music playing outside across the street until 12am 3) wifi is really really slow here guys what's going on?

We stayed ata Ava Sea for 3 days. Firstly I expected a very new and beautiful room as per photos however, they're good yet not exactly as per photos. The hotel is in the heart of Ao Nang area of Krabi, it has 7-11 in exactly same complex once you come out of hotel. It has all the good shops, restaurants, Indian hotels, cafes, bank, atm, medical shops, and beach so near to it which is the best part. Moreover, we received really great services at the hotel including great vegetarian breakfast, room service and assistance from front desk. Whatever we asked from the hotel, we received. They never denied anything which was great. For example, we required a print out related to a doc for our return ticket, the receptionist helped in it immediately. The room service including cleaning or repairing was quick. And the thing which impressed us the most above everything was- we randomly asked the receptionist (without any expectation actually) if we can get veg breakfast packed next day at 5.30am as we had to leave to take a flight from Phuket. To our best surprise, they agreed and the breakfast was ready (neatly packed) at 5.30am and was given to us. Thanks Ava Sea for this amazing stay!

No hot water in the bathroom sink, the shower was cold until the plumber kind of fixed it (after that it kind of worked).

Great value and fantastic staff. I gave 4 stars due to issues with the hot water and having to change rooms due to a leak. However, the staff was quick to resolve and they were super friendly. Overall, for the price, this was a great stay and you can’t beat the location.

Loved my stay at Ava Sea. It’s just so close to everything. 7/11 next door. Cafe inside. Restaurants and bars just outside. A short walk to the beach. Great value for money.
