I stayed in the building room and few thing are missing

1. Internet is not stable
2.no Electric Kettle
3. Air con is noisy
4.towels are worn down look garbage old
4.cloth hangers cannot be removed from closet so no place to dry wet clothes

Very good treatment, clean rooms, what would improve is the lock on the room doors, otherwise better than other hotels with more stars.
It is economical and does everything

The rooms and the place of the hotel are perfect. Other than that, the service was not that great. We were misled as it was written on the booking that the biggest bungalow has two separate rooms, but it hasn't. The problem was not solved by the lady in the reception, she offered to get another bungalow for the same price as we paid, but at that moment it was quite cheaper than in booking. So despite the fact that the issue was not solved from their side, no discount was offered and additionally we paidmore than it was on the booking

They let me check in early. Room and bathroom was clean, very comfortable bed, good value for money.

The room was okay. However the behaviours were unacceptable, the breakfast; they never had enough for anyone. Very bad breakfast service. Also the cleaners entered my room without knocking, (I didn't even have the cleaning sign on), i could be getting dressed, when I told the receptionist what has happened, she laughed. Ridiculous hotel. They Smells like cigarettes at corridors and all. If it was a low priced hotel, these maybe would be acceptable however for 1,100baht per night, UNACCEPTABLE.

I would have give full 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact that didn’t read my specific request when I booked the room on Agoda.

While the room was Mountain View, I assumed it was not facing the main road.
When I booked to room, I specifically asked not to give me a room not facing the main road.

While the room is spacious and clean, it faces the main road. If you have light sleep like me, good luck with it.

The room had a tub and a fridge. However, the water heater wasn’t working the first day. Once they fixed it, I think they screwed up the fuse box cause by evening there was no light in the room. Anyway, they fixed it at 11PM.

By the way, they don’t iron in the entire hotel.

Surprisingly, the room had free breakfast, which is pretty much the same thing everyday, but you want go hungry.

10 min Walking distance frm aonang beach, muslim hotel. & the gr888 thing is that muslim street food & mosque jst 0 meter distance.

Good place. Stayed 3 nights. Have lift. Near muslim area. Near mosque and halal restaurants. Walking distance to Ao Nang Beach. Breakfast was okay. Very friendly staff. Can speak Malay. Have parking space.

Would recommend for families.

Good value for the money considering how it’s almost impossible get a mountain view room in this price range around Aonang. But if you’re a light sleeper, go do yourself a favor and book somewhere else because not only the building has paper thin wall but also is located near the busy street filled with traffic noises until very late at night and to top it off, it’s also nearby a mosque that will wake you up from 5 am with a loud singing noise.

The room is spacious compared to other average hotel rooms I’ve been in Thailand. But the room seemed like it’s in desperate need of renovation. The faucet in my bathroom was shaky and the towel rack was about to fall off. The pump for conditioner attached onto a wall was broken as well.

I’ve tried to talk to staffs at the reception about broken stuffs in my room but the communication was bit tough and also for some reason the old man at the reception who seems to be a manager was so cranky at me every single time I tried to talk to any staffs.

Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable place to crash but want that Krabi mountain view, this might be it. But other than that, find yourself better place with couple more bucks.

An excellent hotel! Spacious room, nice staffs, complimentary breakfast, lots of food shops nearby.

Clean room, great bed! (Not hard), friendly staff, great localized near bars and 7min walk to beach.

Nice place to stay. However there's ongoing construction work nearby so it's noisy during the daytime. Be prepared to be woken up at 5: 30AM by a muezzin from mosque nearby.

Big room, Fast wifi, Cool aircond, nice Breakfast, worth every penny.and its located near to Mosque amd halal restaurants

Spacious room with balcony. Suitable for business or pleasure. The staff was friendly although speaks minimal english. One of the staff can speak malay which is helpful for us. Very near to the mosque and halal street so at night, you can find some cheaper halal food at the mosque's night bazaar. I recommend you to go for the 'laksa', sticky rice with mango, kebab and burger. The hotel also have their own scooter for rental so you don't have to worry about leaving your passport. The rental rates is the same accross Ao Nang. They didn't provide any airport transfer but they can arrange it for you.

Just a tad disappointed with their tv channel which was not clear or not working at all. And maybe, the toilet need some a little upgrade.

Very good value. Very clean and comfortable and the outside shared patio area is nice to have. 10-15 minute walk to beach. A couple 7-11s are nearby and many places to eat. Staff is also very friendly.

Money worthy & Nice hotel with a friendly Manager/Receptionist and serves a decent complimentary Breakfast + Good Location for Muslims.
Highly for Recommended.

The reception never tell about extra fee for late return motobike rent.im late 2hour and a fee same like we pay for one day amount.and she never said if we going more then 50km we must pay extra 50thb.so for two day and two hours i pay for 650 thb. 200thb = day 1.200thb = day 2.200thb = late two hours. 50thb = going more 50km.and the receptionist never tell me and i feel angry.for room its ok.clean.big.aircond cold.nice look.but my room no 36 i get citizen house view from balcony and im so disapointed.and the reception never tell me about this.tq
