Great Resort with amazing rooms and views. Facilities were great, and staff were happy to help. Would definitely stay again.

Avani resort is right at the center of Krabi and I liked the way they have constructed it on the hill preserving hills, like seen in Bengaluru. The view from top floor is mesmerizing. The staff was very helpful especially Ging, Haydee, BB, Justin. Food menu fo Indian vegetarian can be improved, but there many choices available right outside.

Cozy hotel to stay. Staff were all friendly. A bit complicated to walk around inside though.
Infinity pool is recommendable to enjoy the view.

I like swimming at this place, and it's easy to see why with its beautiful and spacious swimming pool. I've stayed here multiple times, mainly due to my Discovery membership and the great deals they offer, especially with lunch included, which is a fantastic option for local Thai residents like us. The rooms are generally clean, but they might be starting to show signs of aging and some room smells. However, it's still an overall okay experience.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The location is convenient, allowing for an easy walk to the beach, albeit with a few elevator rides. One suggestion I have is to provide a sunshade for the parking lot, as it would be beneficial for Phuket residents who drive electric cars to prevent their batteries from overheating. This is a minor addition that a 5-star hotel could consider.

In the end, we plan to return because we genuinely enjoy the swimming pool and the overall experience.

We booked a sea view room. The view was really good and the room was satisfactory. However, the lighting in the bathroom was relatively dim and it was difficult for ladies to look in the mirror for maintenance.

The location is good, but the facilities are a bit old and the service is not satisfactory. However, in terms of location, it can be an advantage in Krabi. Nice view of the pool, but poor facilities

Very nice hotel with the best pool view in town. The location is well located in Ao Nang. The room was cleaned each day.

Only complaint was it took the girl 15 minutes to find our booking# when checking in. Also, we could not use the rooftop pool for 2 days because of a private Songkran party.

This resort is truly enchanting. It made me fall in love with Krabi immensely. It was a unique and unforgettable experience. I hope I can come back again and would choose the same place with the fantastic view of the sea! The place is also very beautiful and unique like its inhabitants. I bought a small orchid-shaped soap made by hand from one of the local woman. I still keep it as a souvenir even if it is now ruined.

Very nice experience staying at ao nang cliff view resort in krabi. It has many shops around like local thai, indian, chinese restaurants, foreign currency exchange shop, clothes, souviners shop, bike rental shop etc. A view from ocean facing room is just amazing

สถานที่อยู่ติดถนนเข้าถึงง่าย. ความสะอาดสถานที่ดีทีเดียว เป็นโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่ที่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายจุด สระขั้น 6 วิวสวยมากน่าประทับใจ ห้องพักเตียงนุ่มมาก. สะอาด มีจากุชจฝชี่ที่ระเบียง ห้องอาหารสวยและมีเสียงน้ำตกดังทั่ว. รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย กับการทานอาหารเห็นวิวอ่าวนาง แบบพาโน พนักงานต้อนรับดีเยี่ยม ใกล้เซเว่นเดินถึงง่ายอยูาในโครงการเดียวกัน. อาคารเกาะบนเขามีการดูแลต้นไม้ได้อย่างสวยงาม. แสดงถึงความใส่ใจ. ปรบมืรัวๆครับแนะนำเพื่อนๆมาอีกแน่ครับ.

We had some work in Krabi for 2 days and booked d2Dusit hotel but upon arrival we found the room dirty and uncomfortable so immediately at 3am after check-in, we went straight to Centara hotel and they were fully booked. Later then we came to Avani and found the room quite descent. We booked Sea View Room and shifted right away. For a 4 star hotel, this is a good option, not the best but good. The whole property at night looks like a palace. Music in the reception feels good. You can sit in the reception and liaten to music at night and watch stars.

Huge rooms with average bathroom. Balcony has a bath tub. View is quite nice. There are a few Indian channels for Indian people. I found the sofa more comfortable and slept there. Starbucks is right below the hotel, very convenient location. Tv must be 55inch LG. But if this was a Samsung tv, we could have used DEX app to mirror the phone.

Now the things which can be taken care of, cupboards don't shut fully. Shower make noise and is broken too. Curtains are not clean. Bathtub is very dirty in the balcony. There is no DO NOT DISTURB sign or a paper sign that can be put outside the door. Prices are off the tracks. 2001 Baht in these difficult times is pretty high to be welcoming tourists for such rooms. On the other hand 1200 baht for a sea view room would have been perfect. We came from Bangkok where we are staying in Carlton Hotel for 1300 Baht per night, Hope you understand what i am trying to relate.
