Ao Nang boat service club

Cool. You'll always find a place for you and your friends on these commuter boats, which sometimes look like they've been around for years. In the EU, these ships should not be allowed to sail due to exhaust gas standards. They will take you to any of the islands on offer either by public transport or, if we agree, as an individual taxi boat.

Here are the latest prices and info from November 2023.

We only used the boat service to Railay Beach, the price was 200 THB per pax for a return ticket and we paid extra 50 THB per pax for the boat to take us back to Ao Nang Beach after 6 p.m. My partner’s flip-flops broke down during the short walk through the sea to the boat, so I recommend walking barefoot and wearing shorts or a swimsuit, as the water can be quite high

The longtail boats leave once they have 8 or so people going to a particular destination. We went to Railay Beach for 200 Baht return each which I think is good value.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. You pay and get on the boat at the beach. Great day out.

You can make all reservations for island hopping trips and the national forest excursion here. There's also a service to the airport, but it's on a schedule.

Because of the weather, the boat starts from another remote location. Transfer included. When we came back in the evening there was no transfer back to the Ao Nang Beach. Taxi Mafia already waiting for us to scam us.

They say its 200 baht per person round trip. And then once you get there they make you pay extra to get back. Ridiculous.

Just ask her the price to tonsai beach, Very bad attitude, very stupid women. Don’t go please

Don’t understand why a bunch of negative review. It is just a water taxi service that delivers the job with affordable and efficient service.

First time I review services here, but these guys made me soooo upset. I was going to Railay by their boats - no problem. But once I decided to go to another island as they offer many options in their fee schedule. Once the lady in that kiosk learned that I am alone, she started to make fun of me in a really insulting manner and for no reason (probably she thought that it should be self-evident that one must bring a crowd of people to get a ticket, although nothing like that is mentioned anywhere). It was a bit shocking, as I simply asked if I can get a ticket to any island other than Railay, something that they offer themselves according to their price list. I would understand if they just refuse to sell the ticket as there are not enough passengers, but insulting me for asking - it is unacceptable.

I can’t agree more on the reviews. I needed some help, but I found the most rude and unfriendly “lady” on the ticket shop. Kind of person that makes you feel as you were just money for them here in Thailand. Unfortunately I think there is no alternative

Everything was fine for transport to Railay Beach. When coming back the guy started the boat with 6 people. It’s a wooden boat so watch your step

Awesome place to arrange tickets to Reilay beach or 3 islands. We arrived in early January/ high season at 11: 15 to buy tickets for island tour and 5 minutes later we were on a boat.

No trip to Ao Nang is complete without a longtail ride to Railay and the nearby islands.
When you buy tickets, you can buy round trip tickets for 200 baht. I keep the return ticket with my cell phone, because I know it will stay dry!
None of the boats have mufflers and are very loud. Use ear protection for the little ones. Rain or shine, the boats are out unless the ocean gets too rough.

Very unprofessional captain. Arrived at Lai Ley Beach with all wet body since the water came into the boat all the way from Ao-Nang to Rai Ley.

It wasn't as bad as I've read. Since they are a monopoly they will leverage in their favor. No one else is going to take to Phra Nang and Railey than them. So it's worth the shot. We didn't have much problem. You'll get a bit wet since there is no dock.
