We had a longer transfer from Koh Lanta to Khao Lak, and since this normally requires 1-2 hops with public transportation and/or multiple boats, I decided to book a private taxi transfer here. Everything went smoothly. We were picked up in a nice SUV and truly felt like VIPs. The driver Sumjit took great care of us and Ann provided all information in the greatest detail possible.
Especially if you are the type of traveler who is often concerned about delays or missing connections, then this is for you. Having a native English speaking customer service is worth so much! After the first transfer went so well, we also booked our airport transfer with them, which also went perfectly well.

I contracted with this company three transfers from Spain for different days, one from Phuket airport to Ao Nang, another from Ao Nang to Patong and the third from Patong to the airport. The contracting was very simple and very clear, the instructions are simple and each route is confirmed in advance in advance. The drivers were very professional and serious and the vehicles were excellent and in perfect condition. As a tourist user, I felt safe and comfortable with this company, I will definitely use them on my next visits to Thailand.

An excellent transport campaign, they answered the request instantly, they sent a voucher via whatsapp, without prepayment. From the hotel in AO Nang to the hotel in Phuket town was taken for 2500 baht, the car was a class higher than ordered and for the same money. The air conditioning in the car was good. I know that the taxi application can be cheaper, but I wanted a guarantee of time and comfort. I highly recommend this company.

Had a very comfortable and safe ride with Andaman Thai Travels. We booked a Phuket-Krabi round-trip online and paid in cash to the driver. The driver was on time, the car was very clean and water bottles were kept ready for us. The driver was friendly and let us play our own music. While returning to Phuket, we had a booking for 3 am and the driver was prompt. Instead of an SUV, we had a fancy van just for the 3 of us. Even though we were 3 girls, we felt comfortable during the ride at 3 am. Overall, Andaman Thai Travels offers great rates, convenient booking and safe travel. I highly recommend booking with them!:)

Absolutely great experience. Online booking possible using credit card or paying cash to the driver, fantastic communication (immediate booking confirmation on WhatsApp and by email, confirmation that the driver was there and that the trip went well, etc.), absolutely reliable, very competitive prices. We booked three times (Krabi Airport to Koh Lanta, Koh Lanta to Ao Nang and Phuket to Khao Sok) and were offered discounts every time on repeat bookings. We also were always taken in an SUV or even a van for two people despite booking a regular car. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! My second time to use in just 5 weeks, before from Patong to Koh lanta, this time from Aonang to Patong. Because these Covid19 times, no convenient possibilities to find inexpensive transfer easy. My driver was again so so nice and the taxi comfortable and good. Sure, for 1 person travelling, it is a little more expensive, but for the safety and comfort, it's worth of it. Highly recommended to all! I am sure to use their services again!
