4Do not book with this company! We had a terrible experience. Our kayaks sank (one had clearly been patched on the bottom), and the longtail boat got stuck on a sandbar. We were stranded for 1.5 hours and had to go straight back to our hotel after because we were exhausted from the ordeal. We were given a full refund, but we couldn’t get back the time wasted. Lost a full day of vacation. Extremely disappointing and unsafe.
Deplorable service! Run away. Security is not good (no safety jacket for everybody and too small) It was an old boat with no light in the night. The guide don't speak very well english! The boat ran aground on the rocks and we had to push it (it was incredible). When we said, at the end toJoy (the boss) that we don't pay for this horrible trip, she threatened us to call the police and keep our passeport. To avoid
Complete nightmare!
The boat was too small for 13 people, the safety jackets were too old. We paid for a four stops boat trip, with bbq and return at 19. We stooped on 2 islands (with a lot of difficulties), did not have bbq and came back at 22. The boat had no lights to travel by night. Our guid spoke a very poor english. One advice: avoid!
