Room was clean and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Amenities were great, they even prepared a rattan bag with towels and a mat for us to use on the beach. This hotel is pretty much in the centre, so the beaches and town are all within walkable distance. Only downside is the hot water for the shower sometimes doesn’t work. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Krabi.

Nice hotel, good location. Lovely staff always ready to help. On arrival, we find our towels folded in the shape of elephants:) It has 2 swimming pools, one on the roof to see the sunrise or sunset. One downstairs, cooler, which is very pleasant, and some rooms open directly onto it. There must have been a bar service at the bottom pool, but no longer in service, a gimmick. We have tap shoes available to move around the hotel, unfortunately, these are one size, not compatible with a size 45 For breakfast, you have to leave the hotel and walk about 100m to find yourself at the hotel.hotel Krabi la playa resort, which belongs to the same owner. The variety is colossal. And we can enjoy 3 additional swimming pools.

Very good services. I’m here for 5 days and their service is really nice. Staff are friendly and u can get ur transport arrangement here too. Very affordable and just price. Location are strategic too.

Would Say one of the better hotels in Ao Nang District. Good Rooms with View and Access to Nearby beaches and Night Markets

Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch klasse. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass es zwei Pools gibt, einen im Erdgeschoss der andere auf dem Dach.
Verbesserungsvorschläge: Fliegengitter im Zimmer 2012 montieren, wie in den meisten anderen Zimmern auch, größeres Obstangebot (Dragonfruit) beim Frühstück.

I've spent 6 nights with my husband in this hotel. The location is very good, close to the main piers for boats and also close to the night market but away from all the noise from the streets. The staff was also very kind and helpful and the room was clean.
Unfortunately this hotel would need some renovations or better maintenance. First impressions were good when we entered the room but then we started seeing tiles missing in the pool, doors not working properly, quite a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, water pressure too low and having to wait a lot for hot water, air conditioner was extremely loud. Wi-fi did not work 90% of the time we were there.
Breakfast was ok but not impressive. The place has a lot of potential but they need to make some investments in fixing some problems.

Room is okay but no bidet (bum gun). Breakfast is okay. Receptionist, so so. We are very disappointed with the service because it happened multiple times that we cannot enter our room after a tiring day because our key card didn’t work. Not once. Not twice. But all the time after we came back from going out. All we wanna do is rest but the keycard isn’t working. It also took a very long time for the staff to response on fixing this issue. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

The hotel and the staff was amazing
We we're a family and we're visiting after the COVID, because of which not a lot of people were staying in the hotel at this time. We were given the ground floor rooms with the swimming pool entry right outside our room. The ground floor pool is very unique and beautifully made.
The hotel has two swimming pool one on the ground and the other on the top floor. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is also great as it's just walking distance from the beach and other attractions. We were really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend and come again here

5/5 zu empfehlen. Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt! Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer am Pool, das Personal sprach sehr gutes Englisch und war äußerst hilfsbereit. Bspw. Beim motorbike mieten mit pick up und send back ohne Aufpreis!

We got a room upgrade to one the pool rooms due to a bad experience in another hotel. -directly in front of your room. Open the door and splash).
Nice and clean. Personnel as always really friendly but did not speak english. So the hotel manager came and arranged everything. She was absolutely friendly and helped wherever she could.
During our dinner, 5 persons where serving us and took care that we get everything required. Amazing experience what you won't get without Corona and more guests in the hotel! I think 16 of the over 200 rooms where booked. A pity for the tourism here.

Good Luck Thailand. I do hope tourists come back, but maybe not so much as 3 years ago.

Amazing hotel, especially considering the prices. Rooms are big, cleaned every day, staff is very very nice and welcoming; ground pool is in shades from the building so it’s a bit cooler (good when its warm ourside), roof pool is warmer and also very nice.
Breakfast is currently served in another hotel across the street and it is decent; there is a buffe, but also dish selection from menu (15ish dishes)
Gym is also available in that other hotel; it has basic stuff, suitable for cardio but does not hve so many weights; there is a really well equipted gym nearby (additional charge, not connected to hotel)
Hotel is near both beaches and also there is a 7-eleven nearby

All in all, this is so far the best hotel i’ve been in in Thailand in this price range (payed double the amount for some hotels and they were not nearly as good)

*SCAM HOTEL AVOID*

I booked this hotel for one night in January 2022. When we arrived the lights were off and the doors were locked. I called the number we had and was told they were closed and we would have to stay in a completely different hotel a short drive away.

They gave us directions to this other hotel and the receptionist had no idea we would be arriving. We were told to wait and he disappeared.

We sat in reception for 40 minutes with no explanation. Eventually we were shown to a room which was nothing like the one we had booked.

The hotel we ended up in was very run down, no showers at the swimming pool. Strong chemical smell everywhere. We were given a weak apology the following morning, but still had to pay full price!

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

This hotel was awesome the first time I stayed there. 1 year later I stayed again but the staff wasn't friendly at all and the hotel condition really deteriorated.

Located is very good and convinent but due to Covid 19 many shop and restaurants near by are closed. The staffs are nice and helpful but I went there on raining season so i saw water leaking some area in the hotel. The room is nice and swiming pool on the rooftop is only one thing i like at here
