1.) It’s located close to the big road. Easy to find.
2.) it’s not far from government offices and department store.
3.) No grocery shop nearby, it’s not convenient to get something quick.
4.) The service is nice and friendly.
5.) A lot of parking.
6.) The price is reasonable.
7.) Breakfast is ok.

ขับรถวนขึ้นไปถึงหน้าโรงแรมตรงจุดจอดล้อบบี้ เพื่อ drop คน+กระเป๋า แต่ไม่มีพนักงานมาเลย สรุปคือวนลงไปหาที่จอดรถและต้องลากกระเป๋า+ของมาเอง
ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ก็เจอเหมือนเดิม ลากของ+กระเป๋าไปเก็บที่รถเอง รปภ. ตรงทางออกทำความเคารพอย่างเดียวแต่ไม่ออกไปโบกรถให้

ประตูตรงห้องน้ำ ถ้าห้องข้างๆใช้จะได้ยินเสียงตลอด เหมือนห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่

It is very far away from town centre.

It was a bad experience that the hotel had no hot shower. I made a complaint and they promised to rectify it. However, nobody turned up. I got my room changed only in the evening.

Will not turned back to this hotel

After my bad experience in Buriram on the way through Isaan, the Avani Hotel in Khon Kaen was a real surprise. Perfect service, nice pool, where I missed a covered area to sit out in lounge chairs by the pool even with a rain shower. But smoking was not allowed.

As I am not so into Thai food and can eat Khao Pad Gai only, the Spaghetti there were soso lala. It's Isaan and not Bangkok. That I understand.

The bar restaurant looked nice, but maybe cooled down to 12 degrees and so the only Farangs there left early and we decided to hang out together, as we shared the room to each other with connecting doors.

The rooms itself were very nice and beautiful, clean and with big bathrooms. View to the pool.

Outdoor and indoor underground parking available.

But as always in Thai bathrooms, the towel holder hang down, coz they don't know, how to correctly drill. AND, you need the correct plastic and screw.

3 stars would be enough and not 4, for the classification of this hotel. The atmosphere is not warm, you don't feel welcomed like in all the other hotels in KhonKaen and Thailand in general. Very good hotel for an Asian clientele but not for a global international clientele, as evidenced by the unsuitable breakfast buffet. Not many customers during our stay, neither in the restaurant, nor at the swimming pool, and even fewer at the bar.

It is a fun pool experience for the children. The room was just so -so. I disagree with other reviewers who say this is the best hotel in Khon Kaen.

As others have stated, the service is really terrific. We had dinner in the restaurant where breakfast is served and the dinner was fine.

The breakfast buffet was good but not great by any means. At the omelet station, the young lady cook didn't seem to speak very good english, thai, or even Isan, and she completely screwed up my omelet. No problem. I gave it to my wife and just grabbed an already cooked fried egg.

We reserved a room for four people and were quite surprised by how small it was.

Overall, not a bad experience, but not sure I would return unless it was for the pool.

รีวิวเฉพาะห้องอาหาร Ju Fang นะคะ ไปทานอาหารรอบเที่ยง ซึ่งมีการสำรองโต๊ะไว้ พอเข้าไปถึงไม่มีพนักงานสแตนด์บายที่เคาท์เตอร์เลยค่ะ ตอนแรกต้องรอจนตัดสินใจเดินเข้าไป พอแจ้งว่าสำรองที่นั่งมาแล้วพนักงานทำหน้างงๆ ก่อนจะเชิญให้ไปนั่งที่โต๊ะ

ตัดมาถึงช่วงสั่งอาหาร สั่งไปช่วงแรกไม่กี่อย่างพนักงานจดไม่ทันออเดอร์มาไม่ครบ ต้องอ่านทวนหลายรอบ เมื่อทานอาหารที่สั่งไปเสร็จ สั่งเพิ่มในจำนวนน้อยกว่าคราวแรกแต่ต้องรออาหารนานถึง 1 ชม. ซึ่งระหว่างนั้นได้มีการทวงถามกับพนักงานเสิร์ฟอยู่ตลอด (มากกว่า 5 ครั้ง) จึงสั่งเมนูอื่นเพิ่มเติม แต่พอสังเกตโต๊ะอื่นที่มาทีหลังและน่าจะสั่งทีหลังด้วยกลับได้อาหารก่อนหลายรอบ (เราไปโต๊ะที่ 2 ของห้องอาหาร) จนโต๊ะอื่นๆทยอยบิลออกไปแล้วโต๊ะเราก็ยังไม่ได้อาหาร แล้วเวลาล่วงเลยไปเกือบ 2 ชม. อาหารถึงมาเสิร์ฟ เหตุการณ์แบบนี้ไม่ควรเกิดขึ้นอย่างยิ่งในนามโรงแรม avani

และหลังจากนี้คงไม่กลับมาใช้บริการที่นี่ซ้ำอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

**Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre Review**

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre and was very impressed with my overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. They were quick to check me in and get me settled into my room.

My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the Malin-Goetz bathing series, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the view of the city from my room window.

The hotel has a great selection of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and several restaurants. I had the opportunity to try the local E-Sarn breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and it was delicious! There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was cooked to perfection.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre. The staff was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khon Kaen.

โรงแรมใหญ่ พนักงานต้อนรับดี ห้องกว้างสะอาด แต่ไฟไม่ค่อยสว่าง คลื่นwifi และทีวีตัดบ่อยมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะมีบริการชา กาแฟโบราณฟรี ยังมี ร้านอาหารในโรงแรมด้วย

Recently stayed at the Avani Khon Kaen Hotel, part of the GHA Discovery, and Minor Hotels Group, on September 20th, 2023, and I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience.

1. Lack of Assistance: From the moment I arrived, I was forced to handle my luggage and personal belongings entirely on my own - from the lobby to my room. The same situation repeated during checkout.

2. Member Benefits Ignored: Despite being a GHA Discovery member, the hotel failed to recognize this and did not honor the member benefits. Prior communications via email with the reservation department and at check-in mentioned a "Turndown service with dessert, " which I did not receive.

3. Buffet Breakfast Issues: At the breakfast buffet, I noticed that almost every food label was incorrect. Some errors were in English, while others were in Thai. This is not only inappropriate, considering the hotel caters to international guests, but it also poses potential risks to those with food allergies who rely on accurate information about their meals.

It's hard to believe that this establishment is part of the reputed Avani Hotels & Resorts or the Minor Hotels Group. The standards were extremely disappointing.

อาหารเช้า 7.00-10.00น. ไลน์บุฟเฟต์มีเมนูให้เลือกมากๆ มีเด่นๆ 2วันนี้ ขนมจีนน้ำยา โดยรวมอร่อย มีรถกาแฟโบราณพร้อมเสริฟ เสริมบรรยากาศให้ดูคลาสสิค
ห้องน้ำสะอาด น้ำแรง ชอบมาก ชอบกลิ่นสบู่แชมพูในห้องน้ำหอมมาก ระบบไฟมาคืนแรก งงๆ มีความปลอดภัยดีค่ะ

Great rooms with up-to-date amenities and exceptionally clean. Best hotel in Khon Kaen. Not much to do within walking distance, but would expect anyone staying here to take a taxi or have a car in the first place.

It's a good hotel. The lobby female staff are kind. Breakfast is also ok. However, the soundproofing is a bit poor. Still, I think it's the best hotel in Khon Kaen.

Revisited after 4 years. The hallway smells like an old resort. There was a setting mistake, but it was fixed quickly when I called. Overall, it's not enough to give it a 4 star rating.

แต่ก็มีข้อติเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ที่ถ้าปรับปรุงได้ก็เต็มหลอดสมเป้นโรงแรม 5 ดาว (เช่น ระบบน้ำไฟในห้องที่แอบงงนิด ๆ)

ไลน์บุฟเฟต์มีเมนูให้เลือกเยอะมาก โดยรวมอร่อย บางเมนูก็โดดเด่น แต่จะมีบางเมนูที่รสชาติแปลก ๆ

อีกสิ่งที่ชอบคือพวกสบู่แชมพูในห้องน้ำ ชอบกลิ่นมากกก (แต่ควรมีคำกำกับภาษาไทยด้วย)
