Villa Varich

The facility was very nice and above all quiet. Unfortunately we had to pay 200 baht to be able to get into the room an hour earlier, even though almost everything was free. Unfortunately I found that very unfortunate. Nevertheless, the rooms are really nice and clean and the facility itself is a dream. However, in the evening you can hardly go out because of all the mosquitoes. The reception also tells you directly when things start to get worst.

Very nice resort, with a very nice outdoor area! Located between palm groves and the river and absolute peace!
You can rent bicycles to reach the necessary shops or restaurants. Or you can order your food from the Grab driver for little money. Airport shuttle for 200 ThB. Free good WiFi Very very clean rooms, thanks to the staff!

It was a great and peaceful stay at the bungalow, perfectly clean with really nice facilities and a lovely team.
They were preparing us with a self made coffee and free breakfast, which includes fresh fruits - I can’t understand why other customers in the comments before complain about the breakfast which has been more than enough for every needs and served perfectly clean.
The Kanu ride for free was a big plus.
No mosquito problem although the resort is in a beautiful nature spot. And a nice hot shower! We enjoyed our stay there. We’ve been several times in Thailand and recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us.

The hotel consists of several houses. The area is very green. We hardly saw the staff, not even at breakfast. It is ready for you in the morning in a separate house, it is very simple. The rooms were clean, the cheapest rooms have a view of a courtyard with a wall 2 meters away. We could not have dinner here, but we did so nearby in the house restaurant, which is highly recommended. Furthermore, it is quite remote, but if you have a car there is plenty to see in the area.

After experiencing luxurious stays at renowned 5-star hotels such as Anantara in Phuket and Naka Island, I can confidently declare that my most memorable and exceptional stay was at this marvelous villa. The attention to detail is impeccable, ensuring a pristine and bug-free environment within the rooms. The intelligent layout of the villa includes a charming second-floor studio space, adding to the overall appeal.

What sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The complimentary minibar, along with a delightful assortment of toast, jam, and fresh fruits in the morning, is a testament to their dedication. Moreover, the inclusion of baby seats on the bicycles they provide allowed us to enjoy pleasant morning rides with our little one. We even had the pleasure of cycling to a nearby restaurant for a delightful dinner.

Our time spent here was truly remarkable, solidifying this villa as our new favorite destination in Thailand. If you happen to be traveling from Phuket to Chang Mai by car, I highly recommend staying here for a few nights. Trust me, you won't have any regrets. This place has garnered outstanding reviews for good reason, so there's no need to search further. Simply make your reservation and thank us later. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team and eagerly look forward to returning on our journey back.

Nice and quiet place into the woods by the river. Definitely better than staying in the city. Mini Bar included but no breakfast. A few good local restaurants nearby within walking distance. You can do fishing if you bring your equipment. Friendly owners.

Glad I found this lovely hotel away from the city centre. Some nice touches like ground bag coffee, continental breakfast in the room, comfortable bed and good sized room. Parking and much more. Free range roosters might be the only thing to break a peaceful night stay.

Everything is extremely perfect. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. A perfect get away from the city. Highly recommended. In fact, we already booked the next visit.

Don’t forget to try their home made coffee. It’s the best.

Came for a day and stayed for three because I liked it so much. Exceptional value - villas are spacious and immaculate with a nice deck and view of the river. Excellent coffee and snacks available in the room. The owners are super helpful. Loved this place.

Highly recommend ห้องสะอาด สวย ดูแลรักษาดี ติดริมน้ำเจ้าของดูแลดี บ้านบางหลังมีที่จอดรถส่วนตัวหน้าบ้าน ผ้าห่มหอม ลืมของในตู้เย็นโทรมาตามด้วย ไม่มีอาหารเช้านะคะ แต่มี Snack+กาแฟดริป ให้ทานในห้อง พักคนเดียวให้น้ำ 3 ขวด อยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง ขับรถไปปากน้ำชุมพร เขามัทรี หรือทานข้าวก็ไม่ไกล

Stayed a week and it was one of my favourite places in Thailand. The area is stunning and the staff at Villa Varich are incredible. Whether it was renting a motorbike or writing down orders for us at some of the local Thai joints they were always there to help.

Beautiful rooms, amazing coffee and plenty to keep you occupied, should you want to be! Owners are so friendly and will do anything to help and enhance your stay. Perfect.

Villa Varich is one of the most special places I have stayed. Set on the river and amongst the lush jungle, the bungalow was unbelievably comfortable for a week of working remotely and exploring the area. Tang, Khom and all their staff are incredibly kind and hospitable, taking so much care to provide an amazing experience for guests. The local food nearby is some of the best I've had anywhere in Thailand, and last but not least, the coffee roasted on premises is out of this world. Do yourself a favour and stay in Chumphon at Villa Varich!

Great place for vacation.
Great view and facility more important the reception is the best. They did clearly explanation about all thing around. Where to travel or where to eat.
Reccommend to visit.
