I used this company for my trip to Koh Tao in May 2022. We stopped there on our way from Chumphon airport to the pier (Chumphon Lomprayah Pier). I think the reason for stopping at Chumphon for about 1 hour was to pick up new passengers. It was low season and still "COVID time". We had some time to walk around and eat. The service was very good.

We had book the van from Chumpon to Bangkok we ride only 200 km for 3h 40 minutes because driver stop 12 times.to pick up other people. Than we have to change the bus for another one.its more expensive but the same time like public bus

This service provider does exactly what it says that it will do. In that respect you can trust them. But if you can book your tickets yourself by going to the train station or going to a regular bus station you get a better deal.
Fame tours charges a very high price for its service. And the expression saying “wheeling and dealing “ Says it all.

The most uncomfortable ride ever. We had to change 3 minivans with long gap between them after reaching chumphon on the way to Bangkok. The driver was also stopping very frequently in between picking people up and dropping them wherever they wanted. I was seated at the back and it had very less leg space so was stuck there for about 8 hrs. Lomprayah charges less than and is very convenient. Fame yours charges ridiculously for the bad service they provide

The Fame tour and service team has been really helpful.
My connections changed but they found solution for me and were really friendly.
I definitely recommend their services.

Wouldn't recommend using them, they charged twice the price for a van ride from Chumphon to Bangkok because "there was a new law that only allows a maximum of 5 people per van" when we were 10 people so they told us they had to arrange a new van. Of course, to make the best business out of it, everybody had to pay again for the new van. Very rude in my opinion.

We had a great experienced in Chumphon, peoples are so friendly. All staff from Fram Tours & Service very friendly and helpful. We were on the Minibus from the Airport to City, The driver, his name Mr. Mac. He is very nice and very helpful. He also explained about Chumphon with us as a good guide. Thank you so much. We definitely come back to Chumphon again.

I buy the slow boat from Ranong to Koh Phayam at 350B. They send me to the wrong pier, the one of the speed boats which also cost 350. I call and complain with the owner who justifies the 150 extra cost as transportation from the bus station to the pier (a tuk tuk asks for 20B). The slow boat in fact costs 200. Simply dishonest.

Great at the little things like getting to the ferry and airport. Friendly folks! And a great sign in the men's room!

A lot of stops at restaurants they have contracts with, the air in the vans got really bad after a few hours even with air con.
The driver was friendly and the pick up was at 6.20 instead of 7.00 after the night boat. Which was quite pleasant!

We rented a car with them to do a 1 day border run from Chumpon to Ranong. 1200 baht per day (3000 baht deposit). 2 hours each way. The car that they have is very economical and the gas cost only 420 baht. No problems with them whatsoever.

We were supposed to get the mini bus for the transfer to the Bankok and that was supposed to take 6hours in total. Now we are on the way to Bankok with the big bus which stops everywhere. Our journey started 7am, now it is 9;46am and we did just 70km.
Not recomend at all.

The travel agency of choice in Chumphon. Has everything you need - WiFi, coffee, food, tickets & tours. I booked Lomprayah to Koh Tao with them and was happy with what they charged. Only a little bit more than regular fare and a taxi was included. Food is quite pricey and medium quality but it’s convenient to eat there. Service was ok.

We arrived at Chumpon airport and made reservation for transfer to Koh Tao. We were picked up at airport at 8.35am and dropped off at the town office first. As the only hi-speed boat in the afternoon at one o'clock, we shall spend about 2 hours at town before being transfered to the pier.

A nice friendly place 5 minutes or so walk from the train station. It's a nice place to hang out. There's tourist information here. Western food can be expensive though. I went for a red curry for 80 baht and a large Chang for 100 Baht. There's free wifi

The bus just didnt exist so we the whole journey took us 19 hours.
Dont Trust Fame Tours!
