Great place for a little retreat, which is what I did. Overwhelmingly beautiful surroundings. I had a wonderful bungalow. However, it’s the people that make the place. They are all awesome. I also liked the flexibility of it all. You can stay for one night, a week, a month, whatever you like. Start when you want, finish when you want, do yoga twice a day or never do it all, sober up for a week or have drink at the little bar, it’s all good. A constant changing pallet of, in the week I was there, great and interesting guests. Can’t recommend enough.

I had the amazing opportunity to come to eco-logic with my friend for a week full of wellness, amazing food, serenity and such connection to nature, with amazing activities including yoga, sports, waterfalls, hiking, muay thai and crop harvesting.

I was so impressed with the thai child development programme they provide for children requering special needs, the amount of fresh local produce grown on the resort and the diversity of guests from all over the world.

Truly more than a hotel or a stay, tucked away in a charming village close to Ranong, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for a true break. I feel so recharged.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eco-Logic Thailand and I must say, it was amazing! The resort is situated in the heart of the rain forest and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the peaceful and serene atmosphere.

The staff at Eco-Logic are some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever met. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and are always on hand to offer advice and guidance. The accommodation is also fantastic, with a range of beautiful and comfortable rooms to choose from.

But what really sets Eco-Logic apart is their commitment to sustainability and eco-tourism. Everything from the food to the activities is designed to have minimal impact on the environment, while still providing an unforgettable experience.

During my stay, I had the chance to explore the surrounding mountains on guided hikes, take part in yoga classes and try thai boxing. I also had the opportunity to learn about the local culture and support a local school.

All in all, I cannot recommend Eco-Logic Thailand highly enough. It is the perfect place to unwind, connect with nature and learn something new. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and inspired - and I can't wait to go back!

Fantastically well run. Sustainability designed, in a beautiful place with a positive goal. The food is amazing and all grown in house.
The charity which Eco-logic is attached to is well designed and their educational and support programs rival the ones I work with back home.

Will definitely be coming back to stay for a month or two in the future.

Without a doubt, the absolute best thing that happen to us during our 4 months in Thailand.

Off the beaten track, such an authentic experience that we’ll never forget.

The place is incredible, peaceful, totally away from the outside world. There are different types of accomodation, all fantastic and comfortable, some upper scale very beautiful bungalows.

Lots of activities to choose from, nature excursions, yoga classes, cooking classes, relaxing massages and other spa treatments. And the best part? All the profits go towards TCDF foundation to help the disabled children (school
On site) as well as the whole community around.

And best best part? The people there! They are really what makes it all so precious ️

This is the place you’ve always dreamed of, but never knew existed

This is a beautiful place. It’s far off the beaten track, quiet, peaceful. Great vegetarian (and meat if you want it) food, mostly from their own garden or from the area (even the coffee is locally grown and roasted by themselves). The rooms are beautifully designed. The staff is friendly and there is always someone with good English skills. There are yoga classes twice a day, and tons of other activities offered, my favourite one was a hike to a nearby waterfall, under which you can swim. However, you are close to nature, which means you might see spiders or ants around, so you shouldn’t be too afraid of them (they are probably more afraid of you anyways). There were no insects in the bedrooms themselves though. I wish I could have stayed there longer.

I spent a month living at Ecologic as a Karma Yogi, it was a phenomenal four weeks where I felt welcomed by the team and took part in the fantastic work that they do through the Thai Child Development Foundation to support local children with learning difficulties. The yoga shala is so beautiful and it was a privilege to teach the guests during my stay, offering morning Hatha Flow and evening Yin Yoga lessons for all levels.

The whole resort is so thoughtfully designed and in keeping with the natural environment, offering quiet places to relax in nature from where you can observe the impressive varieties of plant and animal species. The bedrooms are all beautiful, I was staying in the dormitory from where I could see the river and jungle beyond - it was a magic spot. The kitchen team are fantastic offering delicious, varied meals which make use of the organic produce from the Ecologic farm.

The resort also offers a whole range of different activities for guests who want to rest and restore or for those who are looking for adventure and outdoor pursuits.

I can't recommend this place highly enough, book your stay now!

We are a family with 4 kids. Ages 3 - 10. Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful setting with the river and jungle. Bungalow was very comfortable. Stayed 4 nights. Really enjoyed the waterfall in the area. Great place to meet and visit with other guests. Felt as if we were at home. Was a great retreat in southern thailand that reminded us of northern thailand places we stayed.

This is a very, very special place. It is a true way to experience true Thai culture and see amazing nature without major stress or concern. Very unique accommodations, meals and programs. The fact that it goes towards a school and community programs makes it even more amazing. Be advised that the accommodations are relatively basic (no air-conditioning, garden restroom for guesthouse), but comfortable, and the bungalows are a bit more deluxe.

For the holidays Stas and I hadn’t planned anything specifically festive, being our first year on the road we were still getting used to moving around so much.

Stas found an amazing eco resort in the Paksong Jungle that focused on returning to nature and permaculture farming. There we’d be able to do yoga twice and day and the best part, the organization operated as a not for profit that funded an on site school for children with disabilities.

Fast forward through an amazing first few days of rest & relaxation and its was Christmas Day. After five years together but families apart, this is our first shared Christmas and it’s unlike either of us had done before. Stas and I wake up in our tent, just a few meters from the river blanketed in the jungle mist. The sounds of the jungle completely surrounds us.

After making our way to morning yoga, and up to the main house for breakfast the volunteers and I make our way over to the school to hand out presents and spend the afternoon with the kids.

Fast forward a few hours to the evening dinner and the great hall is decorated in tinsel, banners, and pastries. Ingrid the owner and host has gone all out for the community and we barely believe our eyes. Between handing out welcoming cocktails made from fresh fruit and filling our stomachs with delicious food and treats, the kids are passing around candies and little gifts and all the guests are sharing stories of their traditions.

We end the evening with the Krathong ceremony (traditionally done to celebrate the end of the rice harvest and to give thanks to water and the rivers). For us we adopted the ritual to give thanks to each other and our families, and to send our intent for the following year before sailing a dozen banana trunk, leaf decorated candle lit boats down the river.

At this point in the evening, it’s becoming morning back home in Canada and our family is waking up and it’s time to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. For us it truly was and one I’ll never forget.

Forever grateful and many thanks to Ecologic and to all the other guests staying at the centre that became our family this year.

It’s an incredibly special place in every way.
The scenery is spectacular set in the heart of the jungle with a river running through it.
The accommodation is unique and ranges from basic but authentic and very clean to fairly extravagant depending on your budget.
The food is nourishing, healthy and varied meaning you can eat something different but delicious every day.
The best thing however are the staff and what the place stands for. My yoga instructors Bee and Yong were both great, teaching me a lot and also spending a lot of time getting to know each other. They were both fantastic.
All the staff are unbelievably friendly, they even insisted I used their umbrella as they wouldn’t let me walk back to my accommodation in the rain one night.
They also stand for something amazing, the place is self sustainable and they really help the local children so much. I had the chance to sit in and teach some yoga and English and to see what they give back to their community is really spectacular.
It’s an incredibly special place in every sense and I will definitely come back here.

Eco Logic is a fantastic yoga retreat, with an earthy /authentic Thai style. The whole retreat is highly focused on sustainability and self sufficiency, so it's a great option for eco tourists - plus it's totally affordable. There's so many additional activities to do here, and it supports a local children's foundation as well.

The restaurant is worth a visit even if you aren't staying in the rooms - there's so many vegan and vegetarian options, and it was some of the best Thai food of our entire trip.

The staff are also friendly and easy going, and the owner often pops down to have a chat with the guests as well. There's even a spirit guide in the form of a cute brown dog that will help show you to your rooms, or take you on local hikes.

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and took part in the yoga and culture package and we all agreed it was amazing for a number of reasons. The staff, food and activities are all exemplary. No request is too little or too large. It's so nice to go on holiday and have everything taken care of so you can fully relax. You are free to take part in as much of the programme as you like and it's adaptable to your needs. I'm not very experienced at yoga but was able to take part in all the sessions because the teachers were able to differentiate the challenge. The setting of ecologic is beautiful - up in the canopy of a jungle (so yes there will be bugs) - serene and plenty of wildlife.

As it was Songkran, the students were not in school so we didn't get to meet them but we did learn that the profits from our visit went towards supporting their education and needs.

Thanks very much to Koy, Teanne, Ton, Ton, Anna, Bee and the rest of the staff and guests for making our visit so special.

Amazing location in the middle of the tropical forest. Welcoming common areas and rooms. Family-like atmosphere.
Superfriendly staff. Healthy and really tasty Thai food.
A Great choice for relaxing and/or doing yoga.
And even more, the accommodation and ioga courses support and shelter a school for local kids with disabilities.
Thanks for the Wonderful stay!

Relaxing and peaceful moment among true nature. You can have good vegetarian food and enjoy yoga classes everyday (plus other activities). And the money from this place will go to support the school and local charity. Double LIKE! A hidden gem
