Good hotel with good price value. We took the aircon room and everything was clean and nice. Even git a wooden bed frame and a clean matrices. Frienfly stuff and good food in walking distance.

ห้องสะอาดดีค่ะ แต่ยังมีขยะในห้องน้ำอยู่เลยเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดสักเท่าไหร่ผ้าห่มก็ยังมีแบบเปียกๆค่ะเหมือนเค้าฉีดอะไรหรึป่าวไม่แน่ใจ โทรทัศน์สันยานก็ไม่ค่อยดีค่ะ ห้อง217 แต่ทางโรงแรมบริการดีค่ะ โดยรวมก็โอเคค่ะกับราคาห้องเท่านี้

Good hotel, but.

I chose the best rooms, only 500 baht for good size room with good bathroom and large opening windows.

Bed, bedding and towels good quality.

Unfortunately the TV had such poor reception it wasn't watchable or even to have just audio. I had read about this in another review. I mentioned it to the front desk and the woman just waved a 50 baht note at me. Presumably it's a pay to view even though it only had standard channels. This is a first in Thailand. Would have been useful if mentioned when I was shown into my room (yes shown into but no mention).

Second problem was very noisy A/C unit outside my window. Due to design of the building, the unit outside your window is for the next door room, so I couldn't turn it off. It kept going on and off all night, regularly waking me up.

Shame as otherwise a good quality hotel.

Great hotel for the price. Clean rooms friendly staff and even a wooden bedframe with good matrices. Highly recommend

ดีที่มีห้องพัดลมให้เลือกเป็นเหมือนห้องแถวชั้นเดียว เสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกดังมาก เสียงรถ เสียงคุยไม่มีตู้เย็น อยู่กลางเมือง

ได้เข้าพักในห้อง 201 ซึ่งเป็นห้องแอร์ (เตียงเดี่ยว: ควีนไซส์) อยู่บนชั้น 2 ของตึกที่มีออฟฟิศตั้งอยู่ชั้นล่าง ห้องมีสภาพดี สะอาดสะอ้าน ไม่มีกลิ่นอับ ห้องกว้างขวางเหมาะสมกับราคาที่เป็นมิตร เพียงคืนละ 500 ฿ มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น น้ำไหลแรงดี แอร์เย็นดี ตู้เย็นมีขนาดใหญ่ สามารถใช้งานได้จริง โรงแรมตั้งอยู่กลางใจเมือง ใกล้ตลาดสด อ. หลังสวน ทำให้สะดวกสบายในการหาซื้อของกินของใช้ ชอบมากค่ะ คราวหน้าจะมาพักที่นี่อีก.

สภาพห้องเหมาะสมกับราคา ส่วนสถานที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับตลาดครับ แต่ที่ชอบเป็นพิเศษคือเจ้าของโรงแรมได้นำสินค้าเกษตรชองชาวบ้านมาช่วยวางขายที่โรงแรมด้วย ถึงจะมีไม่มากแต่ก็แสดงให้เห็นถึงความมีน้ำใจ ชอบครับ

ให้3ส. สะดวก เพราะตั้งอยู่ในอำเภอหลังสวนใกล้ตลาดและแหล่งชุมชน สะอาด แม้ว่าเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแต่ดูแลความสะอาดได้ดีห้องไม่มีกลิ่นอับ แอร์เสียงไม่ดัง ความวังเวงไม่มี ห้องส้วมไม่มีกลิ่น น้ำอุ่นก็อุ่นดี ระบบเซฟตี้แต่ละห้องก็ดี สงบ เพราะแม้จะอยู่ในตัวอำเภอก็เงียบน่าพักผ่อน ฝ่ายบริกรก็บริการดี

We stayed in the recent refurbished rooms. They were spacious, clean and had a nice bathroom.

Too noisy at night. And prices are too high for a very little room. I would not recommend this hotel to stay in. I payed for two nights but stayed only one night because of the noise at night. So, I moved to another hotel that was cheaper and much nicer place to stay.

Huge, basic motel style place. Perfectly fine for a night passing through. Hard Thai mattresses.

I made an honest mistake booking this hotel as it was in the wrong city i was going to, i noticed very shortly after and contacted them to get my money back, and the greedy pigs wouldn't give my money back, not even going to there hotel and they took the money, greedy pigs, very unlike Thai people, definitely stay away from this hotel

Room with air con for 420 baht are quite good!
Lang Suan is a place full of noisy motorbikes and big smelly cars. But this hotel is 100 meters away from the road.

At THB460, or USD15.50 or EUR11.50 for a double room with A/C, it's clean, comfortable and quiet. Nothing luxurious, but it's good value for money for one or 2 nights. The staff is pleasant. There is a large car park, so large that it accommodates trucks (I didn't see any trailers though). The market is just across the street, pretty busy in the morning, and it offers plenty of options for a delicious breakfast.

Don't book the hotel via Expedia. You are going to be deducted the amount twice. Once by the hotel in cash and by Expedia online. Any attempt to get back the amount fail.

Rooms for local workers. Cost 350 baths for 2 (no air con nor hot water).
Very humid room, the top window can not close at all. When we went it was a big storm, the room was cold and humid.
Quiete noisy as well.
