German bread is the best!
The croissants and cakes are absolutely delicious! A big, flavorful cake that's reasonably priced.
The beef in the steak sandwich is also tender and hearty, with plenty of brown onions.

I really like this place. Sandwiches are so yummy. Coffee is so rich. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Expensive, small choice of bread, the worst is the arrogant staff and manager.
I gave them a second chance because I wanted air-conditioned.
They refused really to give the wifi password before ordering, and actually I was waiting for a while before asking.
Service and politeness is something strange for this people there.

The place is a bit out of the way for tourists unless your accomodation is nearby but it is totally worth a visit specially if you are going to the Truth santuary it's on the way

Good quality and taste but 50% overpriced considering we are in Thaïland (much lower operating costs than in the West)

I m Swiss and just tried a cappuccino with almond croissant as the breakfast menu was not as tempting as the café restaurant nearby that I tried yesterday: La Baguette.
In other words, you read the menu then give up with Breakfast menu not even including a coffee.

Hence, instead of trying a breakfast I went for the simple almond croissant:
- almost no almond flavor, very chewy just average quality or not like expected.

Next day will go back to La Baguette that I found tastier and more welcoming

I found the service here to be poor. When I first walked through the door nobody greeted me even though there were three servers in the restaurant and there were no other customers. I felt awkward and asked if it was okay for me to dine here. I came in by myself and I was the only diner in the establishment. I asked for the chicken plate and was told that it would take 15 minutes and I agreed. I also ordered a coconut water at the same time. After waiting 30 minutes without receiving the coconut water or the chicken I asked about it and she said it still wasn't ready. At this point I was upset because I haven't even received the coconut water and they had not said a word to me. Didn't even ask to see if I was okay or if I wanted water or anything. I asked then to cancel the order but she argued with me and told me that she had said it would be 15 minutes but I countered and said that it's already been 30 minutes. After waiting another 15 minutes my dish finally was served but by that time I was so upset I didn't want to stay in the restaurant anymore I took the food to go. I would suggest in the future that the server provided a better estimate of the timing for the food.

Cappuccino 110 baht, and it's the same as the Amazon or Inthanin one which costs 35/40 baht. Hot tea 110 baht, same brand and taste of anywhere but 40 baht price. Butter croissant 60 bhat, pricey, it tastes worse than other good coffee shops. Chocolate croissant not ready yet (9: 20 AM!) Maybe 10 minutes, she said me, but one hour later I didn't see it, yet! So I still wonder why they are so expensive while their quality is not better than others? Why I should return to them? No, thank you.

Ok food (had mushroom soup, onion soup, baguette, some bread), amazing Illy coffee, cute docorations BUT non of the staff seemed to have service mind. Every one of them are on their phone. Spoke a bit harshly to customers. One of the staff wheeled a huge garbage bin in while full on customers.

โคตรไม่ประทับใจ ใส่เตะเข้าไปดูเหยียดๆคนไทย ถามคำตอบคำไม่สนใจคนไทยราคาแพงไม่ว่าสั่งอย่างได้อีกอย่าง บัยยย! ครั้งเดียวพอ รสชาด ธรรมดาดาดๆไม่มีอะไรเด่น กะว่าจะหาร้านรวมกลุ่มเพื่อ ไล่หาร้านมาเป็นสิบร้านกินแม่งทุกร้านร้านนี้ห่วยสุด

They don't greet customers and when you enter they keep cleaning the place, don't care about customers. Not very courteous service and very expensive. Illi coffee is one of the best in the world but NOT here, they are not able to do as Italian style! So far from the European quality that they show.but not so bad!

First bakery I tried since arriving Pattaya.bread is fresh and coffee, while illy bean, acceptable. I enjoyed consistency and quality so I make a point of visiting 2-3 times a week. I went today around 11am, due to Covid, I am the only customer in the café. I can see the manager sitting and doing some paper work near the counter. I ordered, as usual, Americano and only remaining almond croissant.while proceeding to pay, I noticed freshly baked almond croissants arriving on the tray.naturally, I asked the attendant who was in the process of bagging my croissant to please switch to the fresh one. I really did ask nicely.at first she acted like she didn't hear me.so, I again, asked politely to please switch to a fresh one.she finally relented and I was quite pleased until I saw her shaking her head as if what a bother.well. I wasn't pleased so I told the attendant that she should not act that way toward the customer.at this point, I looked toward the manager in hope she would come to rescue and apologize on staff's behalf.she acted like she didn't hear anything.after paying for the coffee and croissant, I told the manager that she should pay more attention to her staff.to my surprise, she seems to be upset at my complaint, she defended her staff saying she many not have understood my request.well what of Thai hospitality and politeness.too bad, while I regret loosing my favorite bakery, I don't like being treated like an outsider who is only good for money.

The service was terrible, I ordered a pomegranate soda and received a berry soda instead. When I asked about it, a very reluctant waitress told me they ran out of pomegranate toppings, but that the syrup was the same. (couldn’t taste it) The same waitress nodded at me when I raised my hand to order, but played for five minutes on her phone before bringing out the menu.

I ordered spaghetti with mushrooms and truffle sauce, but you couldn’t taste the truffle and the spaghetti was undercooked. The cheese that went with it tasted and looked like plastic shavings.

Chairs were uncomfortable too.

Staff lovely, portions are huge (avo toast and steak sandwich) really nice bread. Pretzel best we've had in Thailand. Coffee is grand, not amazing.

The food is delicious especially the bread. Too bad there is no pizza as the stove is under repair.

ร้านสะอาดน่านั่ง อาหารโอเค เบเกอรี่รสชาติพอใช้ มองจากข้างนอกอาจจะดูเหมือนร้านเล็ก เข้ามาในร้านถึงจะเห็นว่าเป็นโถงยาว แบ่งเป็น2โซน

Good coffee, great cakes and croissants. Friendly, efficient staff. Had to go back for the Oreo cheesecake.
