Wat Bun Kanchanaram

Wat Bun Kanchanaram is a Buddhist temple in Jomtien area in Pattaya. Not surprisingly, I liked this temple, too. All Buddhist temples seem to have their personal traits, their special personal atmosphere - but, as a muslim I have to confess, that those feelings are the deepest I get from these visits to the Buddhist temples. So, all the logic of architectural location of buildings or statues or cosmology behind it stays to me quite strange. But does it matter? The Buddhist concept of awakening or enlightenment sounds reasonable to me, and not only concerning me but generally, whatever one's religion or religious orientation happens to be. As to the personal trait of Wat Bun Kanchanaram, I hope, I am able to explain a bit of it with my pictures; my words are all too clumsy to do it.

Ich bewundere die Mönche, die hier ihren Glauben leben. Sie sind auch zu Auslåndern wie ich einer bin, sehr nett und freundlich. ตอนนั้นไปไหว้พระช่วงนี้มีงานวัดที่จอดรถไม่มีจอดแล้วเดินไกลมากปัจจุบันวัดทำกำแพงใหม่สูงและทึบมองไม่เห็นอะไรข้างในเลย

I visit very often this Temple. Very peacefull place. They are building allways new. Around one of the buildings you can see picture from farang who has past.
