Universe Gym

Pretty cool gym. You can definitely get a good one there. It has two levels and it’s a very long gym with lots of dumbbells and machines for you to use. I was there an hour and a half and got 8000 steps in. Staff is good and they turn on the air conditioner around noon. It gets warm in there but I like that. But, if it’s a problem for you then don’t worry go around noon or later. There’s a pool as well.

Spartan older gym. For me it would only be suitable to a limited extent, because neither the KU scaffolding nor the (red) climbing frame is perfect. The daily entrance fee is very cheap.

A local gym not too well equipped, especially with new competitive places in town.pretty old equipment and unusable swimming pool (greenish water). Hardly any air conditioning.not recommended.

Great gym even for beginners! You'll fit right in!

2023 update:
After returning to this gym after a few years, we have become quite disappointed by the quality of this gym. Most, if not all, of the equipment are broken to an extent, missaligned, or straight up filthy and rusty.

General cleaniless seems to be a big issue due to a lack of cleaning staff as well as a lack / enforcement of cleaning etiquette. Basic cleaning supplies such as tissues and bins are missing too.

We understand that Universe Gym is very cheap and most fitness goals may be achieved but we simply wish maintenance was handled to some extent.

A good gym with lots of equipment - a combination of fitness machines and weights. A big gym and never very busy. Only downside is that it gets very hot during the daytime so most people visit early in the morning or late evening.

I have no photos but I'm sure they have many on the website. It's a big gym to suit all tastes and requirements. Lots of free weights, at least two sets of each weight dumbbells, resistance machines and loads of cardio equipment. Decent changing rooms with secure lockers, showers. A nice seating area for a little relax after your workout and protein drinks together with other supplements. I think it's cheap and deffo good value for money

Nice gym with a lot off room and good equipments.
Even for the eldery, s in ther 70s and 80s friendly to excersises comfortabel.

I was a month-to-month member from May-Aug 2020. Having tried Coco fitness and Fitness 7 at Avenue, I prefer Universe. This is older than the other 2 mentioned; I like the atmosphere, the free-weights and machine selection. The AC is not the best, but the fans are good enough for me. If you are looking for cardio, this gym may not be for you. They have a good selection of treadmills, but not elliptical nor have a variety of cardio machines. Since it's 2km from my condo, I run/jog to the gym and moto taxi back.

It's a perfectly good gym with all the the equipment you need plus a whole area with rings and pull up bars. Nice little pool outside to use also.

It's not the most high-end new Technogym if that your thing but every works and not too busy.

The best gym in Pattaya. Many equipments. Can come by a day or register as a member for 1,3,6,12 months. Couple registration is more cheap. Clean bathroom and hot zone with many parking lots.

I joined for 12.months.plenty equipment. All new most of it. Has upstairs but I workout downstairs. Has a shop to buy cold water and healthy body builders meals low calorie. Good staff. Walk there and back 3 K great warm up to start me off. Hasn't been overcrowded anytime I have been there plenty gear to go around. Highly recommend.

Huge gym just behind index mall on Sukhumvit Road Pattaya Klang.
The machines are pretty new but not too quality.
Positives: day passes for 140 THB. Many different machines so usually no waiting times.
Negatives: no free water, a workout can become pretty sweaty as the aircons can't really cool the huge building. Especially during the hot season.

The best gym in the neighborhood.the place is huge.a lot of cardio and fitness machines and other equipment.they even have a crossfit area.some benches aren’t great and some barbels don’t have marks for hand positioning.

Exellent gym. Good membership prices. Very spacious gym with new equipment and frindly staff. I have been a member of 3 other gyms and this is by far the best one in Pattaya. I will be a member here for a long time. Highly recommended.

Great gym in Pattaya, large selection of machines and weights, and they are well maintained. Check out upper floor too.

This is the gym I grew up in so it suits me. The community is good there and you feel motivated to workout. The down fall is it is not air conditioned.
