U Pattaya

We travelled in a group over the Christmas period and had a fantastic holiday at U Pattaya from start to finish. The hotel was amazing and the staff are lovely and extremely personable.

The food in the restaurant was brilliant with a wide variety of choice each day at breakfast.

The infinity pool was lovely overlooking the sea and you could also see the city in the backdrop which was cool.

There was a nice little gym on site which was ideal also.

All of the staff were amazing and friendly however we would like to give a special mention to the following staff members:

May who works in the reasturant. May is an extremely friendly and kind lady who always went out of her way to help. She was amazing with our 1 year old baby and made a massive effort with him every day. May always has a smile on her face and is a credit to the hotel.

The head chef was also very friendly and kind man who made a big effort to come and say hello every day and brought over fresh fruit to our baby. The food he prepared was also excellent.

Finally Cherry who is the manager. We have stayed in many hotels and have never come across such a lovely, genuine and personable manager. Cherry is very attentive and went out of her way to help and make sure everything was ok each day. Cherry is very present and visible in the hotel which is lovely. She made sure we had a lovely room to get ready on the day that we were leaving which was greatly appreciated. She also made the effort to come and say goodbye and wave us off when we were leaving for the airport which was soo nice.

We will definitely be back in the future and want to thank everyone at U Pattaya for such a lovely experience:) x

Everything is good! The hotel near the beautiful beach and have a good service from staffs named KAN, NONY, and TON. They recommended about delicious food or meal and serve quickly. The room is clean and peaceful. Thank you for looking after me and my family.

Breakfast at Yupattaya
I started my day happily with Nutty w bird's friendly service and a delicious breakfast.

Satisfactory accommodations, friendly staff! In particular, Nutty W Bird in the breakfast department was the most friendly staff member.
I want to visit again next time.must!

The service here is warmer than the newly opened five-star hotel next door. Of course, the service is very good. This makes U Pattaya more relaxing. I like it all. I came here with my girlfriend this time and will bring my family with me next time.kam, ton, tono, café for restaurant waiters. Everyone was very enthusiastic and explained the menu for a long time.

My family is very satisfied and we are returning home.
In particular, the staff member named BOTAN was very kind and friendly to the children.
It was a hotel I wanted to come back to again next time~~^^

My first time at U Pattaya is truly amazing especially food and services at Papillon restaurant, K. Non is very attentive and excellent service. Swimming pool is very stunning view and relax atmosphere. Definitely return and recommended here.

Superb service and scenery! The room is also great, and the breakfast is super delicious! And you can live for 24 hours without rushing to check out in the morning! Great treat!

Had a lovely private dinner on the beach. Excellent service from Tono, May, Bird, and Miguel. Would recommend and visit again!

ที่พักหรูสไตล์รีสอร์ท ติดทะเล เป็นส่วนตัวมาก แต่เสียดายวิวบนห้องพัก เห็นทะเลไกลไปนิดหน่อย และในส่วนของห้องพักก็ตกแต่งได้น่ารัก เล่นสเต็บใช้พื้นที่คุ้มค่า และยังมีจากุสซี่ด้านนอกระเบียงอีก ที่นี่มี Welcome drink แบบว่าเลือกอะไรในตู้เย็นได้ 1 อย่างต่อ1 ท่าน สามารถเช็คอินในเวลานี้ และเช็คเอาท์ในเวลานี้ได้ด้วยครบ 24 ชั่วโมง ถือว่าพักผ่อนกันเกินคุ้ม แต่ราคาอาจสูงและจองยากหน่อยนะคะ

Paradise is found. Such a beautiful hotel. Staff are attentive and caring, rooms clean and comfortable. It's like staying in a Thai Fishing village. Highly recommended.

สระว่ายน้ำติดทะเล อีกจุดที่ชอบมากวิวสวยงามยิ่งตอนพระอาทิตย์ตกนี่ฟินไปเลย อาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์ตอนเช้าก็หลากหลาย อร่อยด้วย หากใครชอบการพักผ่อนแบบที่มีความเป็นส่วนตัว มาที่ U Pattaya เลยแนะนำครับ

สถานที่สะอาด. ร่มรื่น. ตัวเลือกห้องพักมากมาย. แต่มีแขกบางท่านส่งเสียงดังรบกวนเกินเวลา. ควรจำกัดและเข้มงวดมากกว่านี้

Amazing views, well decorated throughout with very thoughtful touches. Hotel staff always very helpful and great buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!

จองห้องพักไว้เมื่อหลายเดือนก่อน ผ่าน Booking ในราคาประมาณ 4,600 เป็นห้อง garden room ซึ่งถ้าจองกระชั้นๆ ช่วงนี้น่าจะอยู่ที่ 6, xxx ประหยัดไปร่วมสองพันเลย

โรงแรมอยู่ในพื้นที่ที่ไม่พลุกพล่าน ทำให้มีบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบดี และด้วยที่เป็นโรงแรมที่มีห้องไม่มากนัก แขกที่เข้าพักจึงไม่พลุกพล่าน มีหาดทรายลงเล่นทะเลได้สะดวก สระว่ายน้ำ ฟิตเนส ห้องอาหาร Papillon และ facilities อื่นๆ ครบครัน

ห้องพัก garden room กว้างขวาง มีอ่างแช่อยู่ด้านนอก ซึ่งจัดเป็นสวนย่อมๆ ภายในห้อง นอกจากเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวกทั่วไปแล้ว ยังมีเครื่องทำกาแฟแบบดริป (สไตล์อเมริกัน) พร้อมกาแฟบดสำเร็จของ Bon Cafe ให้ชงกินตอนเช้าด้วย

รร. ที่ดาราไทยนิยมมาพัก อาคารและห้องพักจัดแนวธรรมชาติ มีอ่างอาบน้ำกลางแจ้งแบบส่วนตัวในห้องพัก พื้นปูกระเบื้องลายไม้ โดยนวมห้องพักถือว่าสวย แนวธรรมชาติ ตอนเช็คอินให้เลือกสบู่ที่จะใช้ในห้องน้ำด้วย เป็นรร. ที่เน้นผ่อนคลาย มาพักผ่อน ให้ลูกค้าเลือกเวลาเช็คเอาท์ได้ด้วย อำนวยความสะดวกสุดๆ แขกที่มาพักส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นคู่รัก มาเพลิดเพลินแบบส่วนตัว คนไม่พลุกพล่าน เพราะ รร. อยู่ค่อนไปทางสัตหีบแล้ว บรรยากาศถือว่าดี มีสระน้ำริมหาดที่ลูกค้ามักถ่ายภาพอวดกันในIG แขกจองห้องพักเยอะ หาโอกาสไปพักยาก
