Nice swimming pools. Good location. Have 7-11 convenient store and family market at the walking distance.

Easy acsess to sukumit short distens to jomtien beach good for children god acsess to the pool or you like sauna or exsiorsaias have a whery good traning room.

I only took a selfie in this place. My friend came here for 2 weeks and we visited him. He said that people are not noisy and respectful.:)

Value for money. Quiet and very romantic place to stay for our wedding anniversary. Staffs were very kind and warm welcome. They provided us a honeymoon style room and also super surprised birthday cake. Thank you so much!
There are 7-11 and FamilyMart nearby.
Breakfast was okay not many menu but their taste are acceptable.

Upon arrival at the lobby hardly and staff comes to assist. After we get into the lobby we saw few bellboys coming from nowhere to assist. The lobby looks nice but tired and floor tiles is broken which needs repairing. On sitting at the lobby waiting, mosquitos keep biting me as I don’t feels alright! Management needs to do something about it! Room is very small and the king size bed seems fully occupied the bedroom leaving no room to move about. Bathroom layout is funny and door is beside bedroom door which keep banging each other. Many Chinese tourists stay here and in early morning they keep banging the door loudly and shouting along the corridors. The main door being not well constructed leaving gaps which make the noise worst! Don’t ever recommend anyone staying here at all for sure!

สถานที่สวยงามมากๆครับ ห้องก็ตกแต่งสวยแยกโซนห้องด้วย มีโซนห้องนั้งเล่น โต๊ะทานอาหาร โซนครัว และห้องนอนกับห้องน้ำ มีตู้เสื้อผ้า ตู้เย็น เตาไฟฟ้า กาน้ำร้อนไฟฟ้า ทีวี (ไม่ชัดเลย) ไมโครเวฟ ห้องที่ผมพักเป็นชั้นล่างระเบียบติดสระว่ายน้ำลงเล่นได้เลย วิวสวยมากครับ อ่อเสียอย่างในห้องน้ำไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำครับ ส่วนสถานที่อยู่ใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อพอประมาณ สามารถเดินไปได้ไม่ไกลครับ อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำให้มาครบครับไม่ต้องเตรียมอะไรไปเลย แนะนำครับสำหรับทริป 1 คืนแทบไม่ต้องไปเที่ยวที่อื่นเพิ่มเลย อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก ส่วนใหญ่จะมีทัวร์จีนมาลงตอนอาหารเช้าแนะนำให้มาทานหลัง 8 โมงครึ่งเป็นต้นไปครับเพราะทัวร์จีนจะเริ่มกินกันเสร็จหมดแล้วครับ

I have rated five stars because the staff is very helpful and good! And regarding the hotel itself I think it deserves 4 stars and that's perfect.

Very nice hotel and 3 condos. But it is not 100% finished. It's at the end of the tuk tuk route, and then you have to walk maybe about 800-1000 m. It's in the middle of nowhere, so that makes it quite and peaceful. Didn't see more than 3 guests. Family mart and 7/11 are 2 minutes walking distance.

Quiet condo, not the hotel itself. Good facilities, but useful to have own transport as its a little out of the way.

The best hotel from Jomtien Beach. Very big swimming Pool, very good service, the best breakfast ever we had in Thailand.

The rooms where very beautiful and equipped.
When we arrived we received a free upgrade of oir rooms (3).
The breakfast was very varieted and there was lots of choice. We received every morning complementary bacon.
The staff at the reception and at the restaurant was very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are cleaned every morning.
The very large and clean pool is daily cleaned and accessible for every client. Also are you able to pool, go to a sauna and go to a jacuzzi that is connected to the pool.
The free taxi service of the hotel is very flexible and easy to order.
There are many WiFi hotspots at the hotel, this makes that you have a good internet connection at most times.
A recommendation for every visitor of Pattaya or Jomtien Beach.

We did not have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was awful, bland and there was no variety. The manager had to teach the chef how to cook an omelette three times and every time we got it back it was still raw.

The food that we ordered from room service was also undercooked.

Although we were given free transfers at times, every other time we requested a taxi to town we would be charged 3x the price.

The swimming pool was not clean. The fountains only come on at certain times.

If you get given a room with plates and glasses, we were told when we checked out that we are liable for the damage. We were requested to pay 300 bhatt for a glass that was broken by accident. When we asked to read the terms and conditions, they were not provided. This was ridiculous pricing for one glass.

The hotel is also out of town and quite far away for the central places.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the stay was extremely unsatisfactory. Will not be staying here again. Needs improvement.

พนง. เซอร์วิสมายด์ดีมากกก ขอชม ส่วนตัวชอบสุดตรงที่มีจากุซซี่ในสระจ้า จะแช่จะดำผุดดำว่ายเอาให้สาแก่ใจ สระว่ายน้ำออกแบบมาให้ถูกตึกโอบรอบ แค่ใส่ชุดว่ายน้ำมาเซลฟี่ก็ได้ฟิลฟินแล้ว หรืออยากล่องเรือถ่ายรูปสวยๆ บรรยากาศเวนิชก็ได้ ถ้าขยายโซนห้องอาหารและห้องพักกว้างขึ้นอีกจะยิ่งโอเคเลย
