The Serenity Resort Pattaya, Na Jomtien

I just stayed at Serenity Resort for 3 nights on a team offsite. Tanya and her staff made us feel like family! We had lunch and dinner at the resort almost every day and it was AWESOME. These ladies know how to cook! I also loved the huge saltwater pool. I had a great time and would definitely go back again

Tidy, clean and well appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Second story appartments offer balcony views of resort pools and tropical setting. Communal facilities include dining area, pool table, ample seating and pool. Staff very friendly and attentive. An excellent option for company get together

The owner was extremely nice and helpful! The place is very very good for groups of people, clean and comfy

เพิ่งเข้าพักเลยวันนี้ ไม่ค่อยประทับใจกับงานบริการทั้งๆที่ให้ค่าจ้างแยกต่างหากจากค่าบริการห้องพักของรีสอร์ท เสียใจแทนเจ้าของ ที่มีพนักงานแบบนี้ค่ะ. และคิดว่าไม่ได้เปนแค่คณะทัวร์ของเรา ที่ต้องเจอกับงานบริการของทีมนี้. ก่อนที่จะไม่มีคนมาพักอีก อบรมด่วน แต่สถานที่ตกแต่งดีมีสไตล์ และ อากาศดีมากค่ะ

ที่พักสะอาด เงียบสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย เป็นธรรมชาติ เหมาะกับอบรมสัมนา สระว่ายน้ำ น้ำใสสะอาด น่าเล่น

My wife and I, together with 19 of our family booked The Serenity Resort for 10 days over Xmas and New Year. We had a glorious time and found the resort to be excellent in every way. The pool and rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed full board most days, which was cooked and served by the staff. Tanya spoke very good English and ensured everything went smoothly, arranging our transport, massages and trips out.

มา meeting เหมาทุกหลัง 12ห้องเล็กนอน 3 2 ห้องใหญ่นอน4-6 เช่าห้องอาหารทำกินกันเอง จ้างพนักงายเก็บกวาด ล้างจาน ราคาคุ้มนะ มีสระว่ายน้ำสะอาด มีเป็ดกับยูนิคอร์นนั่งเล่นในน้ำ มีสนะเด็ก ความรู้สึกเหมือนมาบ้านเพื่อน มีเด็กมาด้วยก็เหมาะพนักงานล้างจานเสียงดุไปหน่อย แต่ก็เข้าใจบางคนบุคลิกแบบนี้ไม่มีอะไร แต่ที่พักชั้นบน ออกแบบทางขึ้นแปลกหน่อย งง

เราไปแบบเหมาที่พัก ไปกัน 30 คน เหมาะมากกับกรุ๊ปใหญ่ๆ เป็นส่วนตัวดี มีบริเวณ เด็กๆ มีกิจกรรมทำเยอะดี สั่งอาหารมาทาน พนักงานช่วยจัด บริการและอำนวยควาทสะดวกดีมาก ยิ้มแย้มช่วยเหลือตลอด อยู่ใน location ที่สั่งเซเว่นได้ สั่ง grab ได้ มาจากบ้านอำเภอไม่ไกลค่ะ

บรรยกาศ: สะอาด โล่ง กว้างขวางดี มีสระน้ำสวนให้เลือกเล่นมากมาย
การบริการ: ดูแลได้ดีพอสมควร แต่ยังไม่ได้ดีมาก ไปอยู่หลายวัน เก็บห้องให้ฟรี แต่ถ้าเป็นส่วนกลางหรือล้างจานเก็บของ คิดเงินเพิ่ม เพราะงั้น กินเอง เก็บเองกันนะ มีครัวแล้วอุปกรณ์ครัวให้ใช้เยอะอยู่
เงื่อนไขอื่น: มีที่จอดรถเยอะพอที่จะรองรับลูกค้า

Excellent resort for a weekend group booking. Owner and staff were very helpful but also gave you privacy. Rooms, pool area and clubhouse were very clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back!

A bit remote from downtown Pattaya.
But a very Liberal place to be with a good swimming pool. And lovely hosts

This resort is amazing. It's a great place to come with a group of friends. Tania and her team look after us so well every time we come. They do a great English breakfast (with proper sausages and hash browns) and the thai food is excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious and have all the facilities you might want. I highly reccomend this place.

ห้องพักดี สระว่ายน้ำสวย องค์ประกอบโดยรวมคือดีค่ะ แต่กฏเยอะมาก ข้อห้ามเยอะ ครัวปิดให้ใช้บริการสี่ทุ่ม เตรียมของมาทำก็อดรับประทานนะคะ เพราะไม่ได้ใช้ครัวแล้ว ตอนดึกหิว มาม่ายังต้มกินไม้ได้เพราะไม่มีถ้วยชามใส่ ราคาเเพงนะคะ น่าจะพิจารณาเรื่องห้องครัวใหม่

Tanya, our host, is the best and most helpful host I've ever met. I probably have sent more than a hundred messages to her, and she replies me within 5 minutes each time. She helped us arranged local transport, on site massaging etc, and special thanks to her for helping us booked a local restaurant, which was very unaccommodating to us because of our large group (33 people) and Tanya must have helped us called them 20 times to sort out everything. The villa itself is better than great. Everything / everywhere is clean and very well maintained. The pool is big, crystal clear and our kids spent hours in it. The staff there are all very nice and caring, and they cook the best food (and very reasonably priced too). Everything really exceeded our expectations by a lot, and all 33 of us are extremely happy. Will definitely come back again some other time.

THE BEST RESORT IN PATTAYA. Awesome value for money, spacious, clean, complete privacy. The staff is really helpful, the food is perfect, try the Thai Food and their BBQ options.and Tanya, the manager, is doing an incredible job to help arrange your requests (Transportation, Bookings, Massages.). Will come again soon

The place is clean and beautiful in layout. Plenty of rooms, a really nice swimming pool, and a guest room which you can play pool, have some drinks, or just chill out. The price is also very reasonable.

This is a great private resort in Pattaya (but you must prepare your something to use because it's so far 7-eleven) and good seafood.
