The Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort

The rooms are very nice, but the place is a little far from many things. It was also discouraging as they couldn't help me with a taxi and just said there were none available. I had to walk for about an hour to get where I wanted to go.

The dream

The room is spacious, with one step to the sea. There is a Russian night market nearby. The hot water is the fastest among all the hotels I have stayed in. The staff are also very enthusiastic. It is definitely the best choice at the same price and the best I have ever stayed in Pattaya. Comfortable hotel, highly recommend!

I've been there for a work meeting and the place is beautiful, well located just outside the noisy main streets and right over the beach. The rooms are amazing and the staff is friendly.

Nice old-style hotel. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Good view of the pools and ocean from the balcony. Some rooms right in the pool. Walk out the back gate to the beach. Good breakfast with a variety of Thai and western food. Plenty of parking. Friendly and helpful staff.

Plus: Big & Clean rooms, Beach front, Very Big pool.
Need Improvement: AC outers are very noisy. Breakfast menu and place need upgrade. Pool needs to be regularly cleaned.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are clean and hotel is clean. Swim up bar is closed and restaurant only open for breakfast with limited selection. Stayed here for 12 days and considering everything is closed at hotel we had to continue leaving to eat and get drinks. I feel that this hotel never returned to normal since covid. Very sad because it is a beautiful hotel

โรงแรมใหญ่กว้างแต่ไกลตัวเมือง ห้องสะอาดกว้าง พนักงานบริการดี สระว่ายใหญ่แต่ไม่คอยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ อาหารเช้าไม่โอเคเลย เราอยู่7วันอาหารเหมือนเดิมขนมปังแถว อาหารมีให้เลือกไม่หลากหลาย โรงแรมขนาดใหญ่แต่ไม่มีเครื่องชงกาแฟ คงไม่กลับไปพักอีกแล้ว

รร. ไม่ใหม่แล้ว แต่ยังดูแลได้ดี ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะดวกสบาย ห้องน้ำขนาดใหญ่ มีที่วางของเยอะ พนง. ให้บริการดี อาหารเช้ามีไม่มาก แต่ก็เหมาะสมกับราคา รร. ติดชายหาด เช้าๆ ออกไปเดินเล่น บรรยากาศดีค่ะ

Swimming pool is not user friendly. Leaves will not be removed while cleaning, which is you should have remind.

Great stay after COVID period. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Great rooms and super staff. Good job. Just pitty the restaurant/cafe at beachroad was closed. But good options around the corner.

Amenities closed. Beautiful pool and pool area closes early evening, exactly when you want to use it.

Pool and public areas are lit by floodlight at night, which is what you use in 711 parking lots, not at resorts. Ironically, the parking lot area is more nicely lit than the pool.

Room is pretty big if compares with the current standard. There are two big pools. Hotel is right at the beach. Worth to stay.

It’s a lovely hotel but for the last 2 nights I could hear ladyboys screeching and shouting just outside the hotel on the beach, partying all night. Not good!

It is located next to the beach, so it is pretty good to go back and forth. Pattaya Beach, which can be seen on the terrace, and the timely sunset lights are superb. What's missing is the aged toilet facilities. It can't always be new, but it'll be good for maintenance.
