Take it Easy Car & Bike Rental

The car rental is small operation and rent is given to long term rental however I managed to rent an older car plate no 4117 at b1000 per day with deposit b5000 that's fine but upon return the staff wanted me return as clean as they delivered. After 3 days used offcause little sand do occurred on floor mate but there is no garbage, no serious dirt or smell of smoke they wanted me to pay b200 as cleaning fee. That is radiculous service. I refused to pay, that treatment to customer is unacceptable. All car rental outlets in Thailand do accept just few sand or soil dirt on floor mate without penalty pay cleaning fees. So future customer pls keep in mind this problem.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your car rental firm. I rented a car for a 2 days trip, and upon driving it, I realized that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Despite notifying your staff after 6 hrs, I was not offered a replacement vehicle or a timely solution to the AC issue. This made the entire trip uncomfortable and unpleasant. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund or some form of compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort, I was met with resistance and a lack of understanding from your customer service team. This kind of service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I will not be recommending your car rental services to anyone and will be sharing my negative experience with others.

Their vehicles are not in good condition and attitude very bad when asked for a replacement vehicle. This is about “Nissan Almera”. When we picked up the vehicle and drew until the destination which was 20kms away, on the way we found that the Air-condition wasn’t working and returned the vehicle within 5 hours for replacement. They did not have car for replacement and at the same time they where charging us for full day for cancellation of contract. NOT PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR

Staff is helpful. No hassle while taking and returning the vehicle. It costs 300 THB per day and need to deposit 1000 THB as security. This is my first stop for Bike If I visit Pattaya again.

My go to bike rental spot in Pattaya, owner is sweet and easy to deal with. I even forgot I put down a deposit and she reminded as I was try to leave. I would recommend for anyone in pattaya.

Very good experience, had newish car which was clean. And come with full tank, full to full policy which I like. Very freindly staff, 5000 bht deposit returned 900 bht day rental.return car clean. No problems. Very happy customer. Will return again

A genuine place to rent out a bike or car. The owner is friendly and guides you well. The bikes are all in good condition and very well maintained. The rates are very nominal.

The scooter was in excellent condition. Renting and returning the scooter is hassle free and I highly recommend this place.

Not good experience:
1) the price are higher than average 240Bath/day instead of 200Bath/day
2) the tank was not full when I'm take the motobike, picture to prove that, but she is not agree.and like there are 1000bath of caution, so I need add some gasoline.
3) the motobike was very old
4) the front light dosn't work, so the police I stopped me, in more it is dangerous
5) the box under the seat was too small for the small Helmet
6) the Helmet was very very old

They ask for original passport, its not good if you are solo, they will give you full tank bike with charge of 200thb for a whole day, try to fill up gas before you submit or they will charge you 80thb per liter you can fill full tank in 80thb from gas station.

I have rented bike 2-3 time. Friendly and welcoming staff. Although this time I didn't rent bike from them as they do not accept return after 6 PM. Still staff handled my queries with smile. And suggested me another shop which accept return till 8 PM.
Another most important thing this place gives you peace of mind. You won't get scammed like other bike rental places.

Take it easy bike rental is easily the best bike rental in Pattaya. I rented a bike for 3 days and per day charges were 240 baht with a thousand baht safety deposit which was refunded to me with no hassles. If you rent it for longer the charges are lower but still very cheap even at 240 baht per day because bike taxis will charge you 100 baht for even short distances, when o arrived the bike taxi charged me 100 baht for my hotel which was literally next block, plus the way the bike taxis drive is scarily fast, I almost had a heart attack but with my own bike I could enjoy Pattaya sceneries at my own leisurely pace.
The staff at Take it easy was very polite and well mannered, took copies of my passport and gave me helmet for free and documents to produce if the police stop you. The police did stop me a couple times to check my documents and let me pass with no fine.
Definitely my first stop anytime I visit Pattaya. Thankyou for making Pattaya a lovely experience

No Morals, gave one price over the phone but increased it by 20 percent when I reached the shop. Changed money to pay cash to them and had to walk quite a lot to reach the shop. Their Bikes were not new either. I do not recommend this place.

Great place to rent a motobike. Professional and honest service. First I rented a bike for two days and extended with another two days with no problem and even got the long term rental discount without the need to ask for it. Would recommand and will be back again on my next visit. Thanks!

Average cars at a fair price. Good service. They need to do a bit better on servicing the vehicles. Ours surged badly. Badly in need of a fuel filter and injector cleaning.
