รอพนักงานเอาบิลเมนูมาให้เกือบ 30 นาที ส่วนคนมาก่อนได้กินก่อน เพราะมาคนเดียวพนักงานจึงไม่สนใจรึเปล่า

มากินหลายครั้ง และกินราคาPlatinum ตลอด แต่ครั้งนี้ แย่มากๆ ออเดอร์อาหารไปนานมากกว่าจะได้ นั่งรอจนหงุดหงิด เรียกพนักงานก็ไม่ค่อยสนใจ ส่วนเนื้อวากิวรอบนี้ผิดหวังสุดๆ คงไม่มากินอีกแล้ว

กุ้งเหมือนเล็กลง เนื้อโอเค น้ำจิ้มคือที่สุด โซกิลคล้ายๆบาบีก้อน ซีฟู๊ดแอบเปรี้ยวแปลกๆ เราเลยไม่ทาน
ขนมหวานมีเยอะขึ้น ชาเขียวยังคงอร่อยเหมือนเดิม ปลาหมึกสดมาก ซุปเนื้ออร่อย

- เมนูเนื้อ บางรายการมีกลิ่นสาป

- เมนูดอง รสชาติ ไม่อร่อย
- ราคานี้ ถ้าเทียบกับคู่แข่งที่ราคาเดียวกัน สู้เรื่องคุณภาพไม่ได้จริงๆ
- ผิดหวัง ในภาพโฆษณาน่ากินมาก พอมาลองกิน เสียใจ

จากที่ไปกินสาขาเซ็นทรัลอยุธยารู้สึกประทับใจมาก แต่พอกลับมาสาขานี้ไม่เหมือนแบบที่คิดไว้ ด้วยความที่ลูกค้าเยอะด้วยในช่วงวันหยุดทำให้การบริการลดลง ต้องยืนรอพนักงานเก็บโต๊ะเพราะว่าพนักงานน้อย (เขาบอกมางั้น) แต่ก็เข้าใจได้ การสั่งออเดอร์อาหารก็ช้าตามไปด้วย

เนื้อรสชาติดี เนื้อแกะไม่สาบ แซลม่อนกุ้งหอย อร่อย มีนำ้ยูซุปั่นเปรี้ยวๆตัดเลี่ยนได้ดี ไอติมเข้มข้น

Terrible place.instead of 3 devices, only 2 were put, the rest waited 20 minutes. If you gape and your meat burns, you will continue to eat burnt. Brought the ordered food 50 minutes.

We were there yesterday paid about 1200 Baht and it was bad.

Pro:

+ Coca cola tasted like coca cola
+ Sauce was ok

Contra:

- very very unfriendly stuff.never had I ever met people like this before. The girl who showed us our table was looking angry all the time. She talked very weird and hystericaly with me. She was absolutely arrogant and stressed (and I don't have a problem with that normally but you don't need to get weirdly loud at customers if they just came in.)

- nobody explained how the whole system worked. It was just like "here is a qr code. From now on you have two hours to eat, bye"

-i ordered Salat, kimchi and 1 nigiri
It took half an hour for it to come to our table. (Don't forget, they give you 2 h to eat but take 30 min to bring you the food ;D)

-way to expensive for the quality of food, if you look at my picture you will see that the meat was 80 percent just fat.

-the chicken tasted veeery strange. It tasted kinda like rotten chicken.

The only person I felt was nice.was the female cashier.

Ps. The picture is NOT from pork meat (bacon) it was beef.

1,500 THB buffet for two person.
Looks great on the picture, but what you actually get is very different.
Quality is low and service is average.

Mes rares expériences dans les restaurants coréens m’ont toujours déçu.
Là, ce ne fut pas le cas. Le repas était varié, les produits de qualité et bons.
Les dernières bouchées ont été avalées à la volonté car c’est copieux. De quoi se réconcilier avec la cuisine coréenne.
Ceci dit, ce restaurant, au Terminal 21, n’est pas aidé par son staff. Celui-ci n’a en aucune façon été désobligeant, seulement très désinvolte. Il n’y a visiblement pas de manager sur place.
A notre arrivée, on nous dit que les places en « terrasse » ne sont pas disponibles. Bon.
A peine assis, deux clientes prennent les places refusées. Ah…
La serveuse qui prend notre commande nous informe que nous pouvons aller à l’extérieur sans aucun problème. Donc nous y avons dîné… Tout ceci sans mauvaise humeur.
Il faut dire qu’en cette période de Covid, au T21, hormis les week-ends, le personnel passe plus de temps à attendre le client et regarder leur téléphone, pour les plus discrets.
Et un dernier point, à mon sens, négatif voire désagréable, les prix sont hors taxe et service donc votre note est augmentée de 17% à la fin.
My rare experiences in Korean restaurants have always disappointed me.

This said, this restaurant, in Terminal 21, is not helped by its staff. This one is in no way derogatory, just very causal when inactive. There is obviously no manager on site.
When we arrived, we were told that “terrace” tables were not available. Ok.
As soon as seated, two customers take the seats refused. Ah.
The waitress taking our order informs us that we can go outside without any problem. So we finally has dinner there… All without a bad mood.
It must be said that during this Covid period, in T21, except on weekends, staff spend more time waiting for customers and looking at their phones, for the more discreet.
Last thing, on my opinion, negative and unpleasant, the price list does not include vat and service making your bill increased of 17%.

We had gold buffet with refill drinks and paid nearly 1500 baht but the quality we got was horrible!
Everything we've ordered from the gold menu didn't come, only menu from the cheapest option was severed! We had to ask several times to get our food and the time of 1.30 hours past quickly!
Not recommended, will never come again!

ส่วนตัวคิดว่า ราคาค่อนข้างสูง ถ้าไม่มีส่วนลด อาจจะไม่ได้ไปกินอีกค่ะ

Would I come again: Yes I probably would come again.
I was here with a friend and her kids, we had a good time and the food was better that expected.
I would definitely recommend the salmon, which was really good.

The food is good. But so slowly. We wait a long time, and told the waiters three times, still not. My kid was so sad.
