Very strange in a cash society
After reading the previous reviews I knew they don’t take cash. Fine. I brought my Mastercard and even the sign said they take Mastercard the lady said their machine doesn’t support it. Their machine only works with visa which has wireless payment. Waste of time and a terrible business model
Staff RUDE AS HELL!
Saw the buy 1 get 1 free sale poster at the front of the store but it’s all in Thai so I walked in and asked about it. The chubby female staff got so impatient and refused to answer my questions. She literally yell at me repeatedly “cashless only” and “this is the menu”. This staff need so much education to treat people with courtesy and manners.
Two times already they announce a price, but when it's pay time the price goes up! Unfriendly staff as well. I'm getting bored of being scammed, shame on subway terminal 21 and shame on locals who treat foreigners like walking wallets.
The food is great, but we only pay with cash. They used to take cash, now they don't, so we won't eat there again.
Did not have the veggie patty. Quite disappointing. Instead I got a sub with nothing except salad and they charged almost the same as they would for a regular sub.
