Starbucks Coffee @ The Bay

Well helped today by the Starbucks crew and enjoyed the large cappuccino. It's a bit strange that the shops around are empty/abandoned

There is no restroom in the store. Toilet next to the escalator on the 2nd floor, 10 baht. The bathroom fee is a whopping 400 won. It’s free with a receipt? Who takes care of the receipt?

DO NOT COME HERE if you plan to work - unbelievably, uselessly slow Wifi from AIS! Please fix this!

The shop needs an OPEN sign! It looks closed since the counter staff are out of view from the sidewalk. I’m sure people just keep walking by. I came up and opened the door to check…

Unbelievably so rude staffs. They asked me to upgrade size, I said "No" They ignored me and show real cup size. I still said "No" They grumbled. I cant belive they are starbucsk staffs.

Employees seem to be racist. Caucasians are not actively encouraged to upgrade size or buy desserts, but Asian customers are aggressively treated.

They always request size upgrade&bakery things. I'm really fed up wz their rude manner

I went late in the evening. The staff was kind. They had available food and they had offers for mugs. The atmosphere was quiet. A place to relax in busy Pattaya

Very cozy place.staff are very friendly & professional. Too bad, my tour group is rushing. Else, I will stay longer for liveband just outside that store.

This branch got a good sense of humour on the cup drawing. Always happy to receive one!

Well trained staff. Good Services. Standard Starbucks drinks menu. Cold air condition. One of the best location in Pattaya.

Good Location with a nice view to the Pattaya Beach. 2 Floor, friendly Staff, nice Interiour Decor. Just some Guests seems to be associal, use the Starbacks Tables for private Partys and leave the Garbage there.

Big but cozy. Live music next door nicely muted but still sufficiently audible to be enjoyable. Not awfully busy like most Starbucks in places where there is a busy bar scene but still open late for us teetotalers. Starbucks seems to be the only place in Thailand with decaf.

Great coffee, great staff. The just keep it too cold in there, which keeps me away most of the time.

Seen one seen them all. It's on the beach which is nice but that aside you could really be in any Starbucks in the world for this one.

Like any other starbucks but i found the staff extremely friendly in there.

Very conveniently located off of Besch Road a good place for coffee and people watching. Located near outdoor restaurants and McDoanlds.

A relaxing, clean and cosy place. Spacious too. There are ample power sockets so it's a suitable place to charge up your gadgets. Service is professionally and attentive. The cakes and coffee are good. It's a great place to chill, especially if you're tired of walking on Beach Road.
