Bike conditions were 8/10. Other than minor scratches, glove compartment not closing properly sometimes and abs warning light, it was in excellent shape. They completely fill up gas before lending so it is a plus also. Straight forward transaction, they take photo of your passport and require 1000 baht deposit.

Only reason for 4/5 was that the guy who rented me bike promised to drive me back to hotel when I asked if they offer bike pickup at the end of rental. However when I returned motorcycle, I was only offered motorcycle taxi to be called. To be fair, the guy who rented me wasn't there but only owner was present when I returned bike so he may not be informed of arrangements. Motorcycle taxi was only 40 baht anyway so I didn't want to bother arguing. But the motorcycle taxi driver was clueless and didn't speak a word of English. My hotel was 2 minutes away from rental and he kept going around the circle despite me keep telling him no.completely ignored me and the trip ended up taking longer than if I just walked back.

The best place to rent a motorcycle in the greater Pattaya area. David, the owner, had a great selection of bikes and most important is that all of his bikes are in great conditions. The brakes, lights and tires are all well maintained and that is not common. Another plus is that you can always reach him in case of problems. I have rented several times long term and never had an issue.

I had a great experience with this business. David, the owner was really friendly and helpful. Make an online appointment beforehand because they are short staffed right now. Even if the doors are closed they are still open. The bikes are well maintained and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use this place again when I'm in town. Mr. David and his staff were very accommodating. I had made the booking months in advance, but completely forgot about it. While I was away from the hotel, they delivered the motorbike, and left the key with the receipt at the front desk. When I returned to the hotel later that evening, his staff came back out to pick up the deposit and make sure I knew how to use the motorbike.which was awesome. They also came to pick up the motorbike when the time came, and returned my deposit. They know that your time is valuable, and they are very punctual. The motorbike itself was great, no issues at all. It was delivered with a full tank of gas. I 100% would recommend Speed Bike Pattaya to anyone who asks!
