Signature Pattaya

Good place but not much attention seems to be given on maintenance. Mostly large groups are the guests, hence staff won't bother much on individual requirement.

We have taken 26 Rooms in this hotel for a conference but staff behavier is very bad Room is good housekeeping service is very bad hotel charged wrongly dirty pillow cover charges. Also talked very bad.
Could not suggest any body to stey or conference.

To all the travelers please ignore booking Signature Hotel, they are making fool of Indians and were only making money by one way or another. I have booked 8 rooms for 16 Person and stayed there for 4 nights and had paid them 35,000 Batt as fine. The Staff is very rigid and keep on misbehaving with the customers. Even after my request they didn’t provide me smoking rooms, they had asked me to leave the rooms sharp at 12 pm where had given me the rooms late till 6pm! Even the staff is very aggressive and arrogant. They do have a Indian restaurant and as we are having dinner and placed an order in the middle of order they served chapattis and said that the chef is gone so no more dal or vegetable. Believe me guys we had a horrible experience and most of us were thinking of not visiting Thailand again. The government should think on this.

It is a shame place. Treating tourist to fetch all money as fine from them. 28000 ฿ was charged from innocent people.

This was earlier a Marriot property which is not signature hotel.
Although the standard of the rooms are maintained the location and being up to date is a bit of a concern.
Firstly most of the Hotels located on Beach Road have better infrastructure and competitive prices.
Moreover the food is also international.
Thus It is a good hotel but a bit far from the main Pattaya beach Road

The government should think on this.it was a very horrifying experience you can easily judge by the amount they have charged from us in the name of fine.out of our group of 16 person 8-9 have visited first time on a international trip they were in a state of shock and afraid of not going to Thailand or any other country in future infact they are even thinking of contacting Indian embassy. I think the Goibibo and the the hotel top management need to think on this seriously. I work for a event management and because of my profession I had to travel a lot, trust me guys in my entire life I haven't felt so bad experience regarding hospitality this guy named "Bom" was very arrogant and we're literally shouting on us even for asking food in the restaurant or for asking to turn on the air conditioner in the restaurant while we were sitting there.

Very comfy rooms and amazing Indian vegetarian food! Location was perfect so that you can visit Walking Street at night

ลูกค้าของที่นี่ส่วนมากจะเป็นนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติ ตอนไปพักไม่เจอคนไทยเลย

ส่วนด้านอาหาร อาหารอร่อย พอใช้ได้ ราคาก็เท่ากับห้องอาหารใฯโรงเเรมทั่วๆไป โดยภาพรวมถือว่าดี

A calm but gracious hotel. Nice, well spread buffet breakfast with caring, humble looking staff. Swimming pool a cool place to relax.

I cannot sleep because of Indian guests.
They knocked, opened and closed the doors all night. Even I called to staffs to manage it, they couldn't do anything.
And when I check-out, they showed invoice that I drank 1 bottle of soda. I had never seen soda in my room until I bought a pack of soda. So dissatisfied with this hotel. Fortunately staffs are friendly and try to service me.

Awesome! Loves it.the washroom with bathtub and the huge room with seperate sitting space, huge windows whixh makes the rooms more airy.

Staff was awesome in signature Anjuman the lady good and excellent skills she manage all the day to Indians and and very good at everything thanks her a lot to make our holiday hassle free.

Need some attentions for the facilities. TV poor signal, bath head is bad, toilet seat extremely loose. Pro, big room and ok clean. Fair service. Location is a bit far from central. Need to take taxi or tuk tuk if you mind walking over 10 mins.

Nice hotel. Room size is big and too many Indian restaurants around. It is very close to walking street.

Good hotel but little far from city hub. Breakfast options are very limited for Pure Vegetarian people.

This place is near to walking street. Connectivity is to all places is good. Breakfast is very lavish. Room service is better

This hotel is just 10 mints far from walking street 20 mints far from beach.
Good hotel, service, price and food

Location is good. Within 5-10 minutes of walking distance all restaurants & other activities. Nice for solo as well as family stay. Staff is cooperative and English speaking. Neat and clean hotel.
