Except for the hole in the bathroom, this is a good value hotel.
There are too many Chinese people.

I very rarely complain but this hotel doesn’t even rate a single star to be honest.
I pre booked and paid for a leisure room with double bed and the club extras.
However with a receptionist that must have been having a rough day I was given a twin bedroom and no access to the leisure facilities. I returned to the reception and asked for a double bed room it took at least 30 minutes of arguments back and forth before I was told I was getting an upgrade to a double bedroom but still no access to everything I had paid for.
On looking at the room it was a 1 star at best.there was a smell coming from the sink which has no plug to stop the waste water smell and which is in the bedroom as there is only a curtain to divide the bathroom from the rest of the room.
A broken and sharp tile caused a cut on my foot.
As a bonus you get free ear plugs to prevent the noise from disturbing your sleep
No a single hello from any staff the next morning made you feel real welcome not
Breakfast the next morning and my wife had to warn the couple seated next to us not to eat the glass noodle as it was semi raw.
Plenty better hotels to be found don’t waste your time and money on this one.

A relatively new hotel, beautiful and clean, delicious breakfast, a pool on the roof of a hotel with a spectacular view

I really wanted to love this hotel and put 5 stars; however, I’m more towards a 3…. But since I’m a nice person, I rounded up. I was really disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t bring our own drinks on the breakfast deck (even after the bar was closed), or on the pool deck. It’s a rule that simply should be changed. This is a beautiful hotel- and we already paid for the luxury- so why can’t we bring a drink we like, to sit by the pool, or at later hours to enjoy the view from the deck? It’s a stupid rule- sometimes it’s better to spare the dumb rules to make guests happy. In the end- you would have a higher return of guests, and more profit. Also the sliding bathroom doors in the rooms didn’t allow for much privacy, as they didn’t latch, and there were open decorative holes in them.
Also there was loud banging during the day, for several days right next to our room.
Lastly, for cons- While some of the breakfast staff was very nice, others gave me the feeling that either they hated their jobs, I was inconveniencing them, or maybe they just disliked foreigners. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years, so I understand that there can be extremely rude people; however I always smiled and showed respect- so that was disappointing.
Pros- clean hotel, friendly front desk/ hotel porters, cleaning service was very polite and did a fantastic job cleaning our rooms, beautiful pool, close to Soi 6, Central Marina (with great food options).
Overall, we probably won’t be returning to this hotel next year.

Siam at Siam Design Hotel Pattaya (สยามแอทสยาม ดีไซน์ โฮเทล พัทยา) โรงแรมจะอยู่บนถนนเส้นพัทยาสายสอง หรือใกล้ๆห้าง Terminal 21 Pattaya ถ้ามาเส้นนี้จะสังเกตเห็นตัวตึกโรงแรมง่ายมาก สีน้ำเงินโดดเด่น
ด้านหน้าทางเข้าโรงแรมก็จะมีน้องมัจฉานุสีน้ำเงินตั้งอยู่โดดเด่นแบบนี้เลยนะ เลี้ยวรถเข้าไปเลย
สำหรับใครที่มีข้าวของสัมภาระเยอะ ก็สามารถจอดเอาของลงบริเวณนี้ได้ก่อนนะ จะมีพนักงานเอาของเราวางไว้ตรงล็อบบี้ให้ และก็สามารถขึ้นไปจอดรถตามชั้นที่พนักงานบอกได้เลย มาเร็วก็ได้จอดชั้นล่างๆหน่อย ช่วงพีคคนเยอะก็จะรถจอดเต็มหน่อยนะ
การตกแต่งภายใน จะมีคาแรกเตอร์ของความเป็น Industrial Art ที่เป็นการเอาวัสดุเก่าแก่มีมานานแล้วแต่คนรู้จักกันดีมาใช้ตกแต่งได้อย่างลงตัวนะ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไม้หมอนรถไฟ ปูนเปลือย เหล็ก หรือแม้แต่จะเอาขวดแก้วมาทำโคมไฟ
สำหรับใครที่มาถึงก่อนเวลาเช็คอิน หรืออยากจะหาร้านเก๋ๆนั่ง แนะนำที่นี่เลย Car Bar บาร์สุดเก๋ ที่เปิดตั้งแต่ 7.00 น. ไปจนถึงตี 2 เลยนะ Car Bar ที่นี่ตกแต่งได้สวยมากเล่นด้วยสีสัน และวัสดุไม่ใช่แล้วรวมกันได้อย่างลงตัว รับรองเลยว่าได้รูปเก๋ๆไปลง Social เพียบแน่นอน
บริเวณชั้น24 จะเป็นมุมชมวิวที่บอกเลยว่าวิวหลักล้านมาก บรรยากาศดีสุดๆ ตอนออกจากลิฟต์ชั้น 24 มาก็จะเจอร้านอาหาร และสระว่ายน้ำที่ชั้น 24 จะไม่ค่อยใหญ่มากนะ มีทั้งมุมนอนเล่น นั่งเล่น และสระว่ายน้ำเด็ก ที่ก็สามารถหามุมถ่ายรูปเก๋ๆกับวิวหลักล้านได้แล้ว หรือใครอยากจะนั่งชิลๆ จิบเครื่องดื่มชมวิว ก็สามารถสั่งมานั่งทานตรงนี้ได้นะ
มองวิวจากชั้น 24 ของโรงแรม siam@siam pattaya ก็มองวิวได้ไกลสุดสายตาแบบนี้เลยนะ บรรยากาศดีมากจริงๆ
ชั้น 26 ที่เป็นชั้นบนสุดของโรงแรม เป็นจุดไฮไลท์ที่สุดของโรงแรม บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำชั้น 26 ที่เป็น sky bar ของโรงแรม เรียกได้ว่าเป็นไฮไลท์ที่ต้องมาถ่ายรูปสวยๆเช็คอินนะ รับรองว่าสวย วิวหลักล้านพร้อมเอกลักษณ์ของโรงแรมแบบนี้ โดดเด่นแน่นอน

Facility is 5 stars but there are better options at big chain hotel

The reception is a bit confused and we could not get single bed even we requested before hand. Breakfast is good but smaller than other bigger hotel. One good thing is roof top swimming pool that provide for 2 floors.

The room is nice and okay complimentary.

If you like hip design, here is place for you

Never bothered to write any reviews before but would not recommend this hotel. Hard to ask for anything as no one speaks English, I was off travelling after leaving and took the shampoo and conditioner (more than normal in a top hotel) and they made me return it at front desk (half a bottle inside) or they would charge me 4000 bhat. Never ever dealt with this kind of customer service (I’ve stayed at the best hotels all around the world). Not good and not worth it, they should have English speaking people in “this kind” of hotel

Beautiful hotel with lots of staff. Breakfast was very nice. Gym was good and roof top pool was amazing and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is great as plenty around here like food places, shops and bars with live music.

Clean hotel. Posh decoration. Very nice pool and bar. Very expensive dry cleaning, mini bar etc. Very noisy hotel. First with building sites next door so drilling and knocking all day which is no good if your recovering off a night in the bars. Secondly noisy because of the Chinese guests who arrive by the coach load and run around shouting on all the time like a bunch of kids on a sugar rush. Nice staff but out of all the places I went they spoke the worse English. Bar manager, bar staff really nice people. Probably best English speakers out of them all. Not sure why house keeping insists on coming around at 10 am when you just got in at 6 am from the bars and are sleeping. Nowhere else really opens until noon so why house keeping is waking us up so early I don't know. House keeping girl is nice girl, good chat and laugh with her.

Excellent panoramic view from the terraces on 24th&27th floors, that's Sky bar restaurant & cafe. All with the pool & sunbathing beds and tables. But be warned that if not guest of the hotel, than free access to the bar/cafe from 5pm (info at the time of writing this review). Otherwise to use the facility it's 500 baht (about US$ 15). Moderately expensive drinks (e.g. Hot cappuccino 140 baht/US$ 4,3, this with service charge 10%, always included in the bill), but between 5pm and 8pm happy hours - any two drinks for the price of one!

Beautiful super modern pattaya hotel. One of the best rooftop pools in pattaya and will give any in the world a decent fight. Will be back again soon for sure. Service is good too which is not always good in Thailand. Rooms are beautiful too, try to get one with a balcony

All the employees there are very helpful and they all always smile. Anyway not disappointed to stay here. Hope to be able to come back here next time. Thanks for the service.

We stayed here for 5 nights and we can say it is without a doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.
We were greeted with a welcome drink made from Butterfly Pea Tea which was very nice.
Be sure to get the room with 'My Club' benefits as with it you will get a access to a separate lounge where you can order breakfast from the menu and at the same time you have still access to the regular breakfast buffet. In the same lounge is served afternoon tea & coffee with light snacks and cakes and in the evening you can have here cocktails or shots of quality spirits with the light dinner and snacks. Awesome experience. You can check the hotel webpage to find out which of the rooms have this benefit.

The staff here is amazing, we were pleased by all and especially we would like to thank the young lady from the Philippines, which has been taking care of us most of the time - she was very pleasant.

Be sure to visit 24th and 27th floor to get the amazing views from the hotel pools - the water could be warmer though.

Pattaya is NOT a place to be for couples and families.

Pretty hotel with good location. Seems like everybody has stayed before in this hotel. There's lots of places to take instaworthy photos and will ideal for the ladies. I like that I got free upgrade for my returned visit
