It's a very bad experience. Since I arrived While in the lobby, an employee came and asked me if I was coming together. Even though I came together Then in the evening I would come to eat but no one paid any attention to me, treated me like I was a low person, so I went out to eat somewhere else. Most recently, this morning, I was sitting on the beach and an employee came and said that there were already people here who had reserved sheets. I feel guilty but I’ve been sitting for a long time.don‘t have anything reserved. I'm really upset, The first and really the last time. To Sea Sand Sun Resort & Villas

We stayed at that property during our recent visit to Pattaya. We stayed in a villa. Property is nice and away from city's hustle and bustle. Staff is very kind and accomodative of guests request. Spa was amazing.

I had a quiet and comfortable time throughout my 3 nights at the pool villa. Although the location is far from the city, there was no inconvenience at all in getting around by taxi, and the breakfast at Horizon was delicious. The staff were also friendly. I had a pleasant time going back and forth thanks to Jeet at the reception. If you walk towards Yupattaya next door, you will find The Beach Restaurant, which was a good place to go for dinner.

The resort is located directly on the beach. Has a wonderful tropical garden.pool, loungers, towels all available.next door is the restaurant right by the sea.
Rooms are very large with everything you need, huge shower, and a well-stocked minibar! There are also bungalows with their own small pool. Breakfast buffet is sufficient for Asian and European tastes, lots of fresh fruit and salads. And the food in the restaurant is very good! All in all, a wonderful place for a relaxing and peaceful beach holiday

Super great, unfortunately everything is closed after 10 p.m. Great well-maintained pool and grounds. Quiet. Breakfast ok. Food and drink are a bit pricey. Oh yes, there were always free loungers at the pool or beach.

เบื่อสระที่ห้องอยากว่ายน้ำเล่นกับสระกว้าง ๆ ดูวิวทะเล เค้าก็มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนกลางรวมถึงสระเด็กที่อยู่ริมทะเลให้ว่ายน้ำเล่นกันด้วยคะ หรือจะเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศมาเล่นทรายเล่นทะเลที่ริมหาดก็ได้น้า มีคายัคให้พายเล่นด้วยค่ะ​ ดีงามมากมาย
หิวก็ฝากท้องที่ห้องอาหาร? ? ? ? ห้องอาหารเเบบ all day dinging ริมทะเล บรรยากาศดี๊ดี ที่เริ่มจากอาหารเช้าเเบบไลน์บุฟเฟต์​ ที่มีให้เลือกหลากหลายเมนู ที่เเม่เลิฟเป็นพิเศษก็จะเป็นติ่มซำเเละน้ำผไม้คั้นสด อร่อยมาก หรือถ้าใครอยากเเช่น้ำชิล ๆ ทาน breakfast ริมสระส่วนตัว เค้าก็มีบริการเสริ์ฟ floating breakfast ให้ถึงที่ห้องเลยน้า
ช่วงเที่ยงเล่นน้ำกันเพลินจนไม่อยากออกไปไหน​ ก็สั่งอาหารมาทานที่ศาลาริมสระในห้อง​ เด็ก​ ๆ​ ได้เล่นน้ำเพลิน​ ๆ​ ป๊ากับแม่ก็ได้นั่งชิลทานอาหาร​ ๆ​ เเฮปปี้มากค่ะ
ตกบ่ายไปนั่งจิบ​? ? ที่ริมหาดบรรยากาศดีมากเลยค่ะ​ เด็ก​ ๆ​ ได้เล่นทรายเล่นทะเลส่วนแม่ก็มีเวลาได้พักท​จะบอกว่าขนมที่นี่อร่อยมาก
ส่วนตอนเย็นแล้วก็ฝากท้องไว้ที่ห้องอาหารริมทะเล​ ทานอาหารอร่อย​ ๆ​ ดูวิวดวงอาทิตย์ตก​ ชิลมาก​ อาหารก็มีให้เลือกหลากหลายทั้งไทยอิตาเลี่ยนอร่อยทุกเมนูเลยค่ะแม่นี้ชอบมาก
ใครสายเฮลตี้ที่นี้เค้าก็มี​? ​ กับอุปกรณ์มากมายหลากหลายอย่างให้ออกกำลังกายกัน​ใครเหนื่อยเมื่อยล้าก็มี​? ? ? ? ​บรรยากาศดี๊ดีให้นวดผ่อนคลายกันด้วยค่ะ
จะบอกว่าเป็นสามวันสองคืนที่รู้สึกได้ชาร์จแบตตัวเองอย่างเต็มที่​ ได้อยู่ในบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบเป็นตัว​ มีที่ให้เด็ก​ ๆ​ ได้เล่น​ ทานอาหารอร่อย​ๆ​ ไม่น่าเชื่อเลยว่าใกล้กรุงเทพแค่ 2 ชั่วโมงกว่าก็มีพูลวิลล่าริมหาดส่วนตัวให้ชิลแบบนี้ด้วย
ใครอยากพาครอบครัวไปพักผ่อน​ ชาร์จพลังชีวิต​ ใช้ช่วงเวลาดี​ ๆ​ กับคนที่เรารัก​ มิวว่าที่นี่เป็นอีกที่ที่ตอบโจทย์ครอบครัวมากมาย

สถานที่ดีเป็นธรรมชาติสุดๆ มีต้นไม้น้อยใหญ่มากมาย ภายในรีสอร์ทก็ร่มรื่นและดูดีเป็นระเบียบ สะอาดมาก ที่จอดรถมากมาย มีชายหาดส่วนตัว ผู้คนไม่พลุกพล่าน เป็นส่วนตัวมากๆ ห้องพักดูดีหรูหรา สะอาด เรีบยร้อย พนักงานเป็นมิตร ดูแล เอาใจใส่แขกที่มาพักเป็นอย่างดี อาหารเช้าดีมาก คุ้มค่ากับราคา
เป็นที่พักที่คิดว่า ถ้ามีโอกาสจะต้องกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน

ห้องพักดี บรรยากาศร่มรื่นติดทะเลมีหาดส่วนตัว มีกิจกรรมหลายอย่าง บริการดีพนักงานอัธยาศัยดี แต่อาหารเช้าช้าและน้อยไปหน่อย

สถานทีสะอาด ร่มรื่น ไม่คิดว่าจะมีต้นไม้เยอะแบบนี้ กว้างขวางแต่มีมีรถรับส่งบริการตลอด พนักงานบริการดีมาก มีโอกาสจะไปพักอีกค่ะ

มีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง ร่มรื่นมาก มีกระรอกมาแอบดูตอนเล่นน้ำที่สระด้วย ธรรมชาติมาก ได้ยินเสียงเด็กๆเล่นน้ำหัวเราะสนุกสนาน ฟังแล้วมีความสุขมาก. การบริการเค้าก็ดี. หัก1คะแนนเรื่องผ้าเบาะนั่งเล่น มีขาดและชำรุด คงต้องถึงเวลาเปลี่ยนตามอายุแหละ

Everything good the road r being construction.knowing thais style cities it would take a long time for the road to be actually functioning

Very greenish environment with nice Villas by the sea side, nice swimming pool and stunning sea view and peaceful quite beach, can have candlelight dinner, a very good singer in the evening at the restaurant really enjoyable if you go there staying tonight to enjoy the entire relaxing moments

ห้องพักในความคิดเห็นส่วนตัว ดีนะครับ ออกแบบมาดี ผมพักแบบมีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัวหน้าห้องพัก เล่นน้ำเสร็จมีประตูเดินเข้าห้องน้ำได้เลย ไม่ต้องกลัวส่วนอื่นของห้องเปียก แล้วจะลื่นล้ม อาหารเช้าอร่อย ติดทะเล พนักงานห้องอาหารบริการดี บางคนถึงดีมาก

ข้อที่ผมมองว่าผมไม่ชอบนะครับ (ส่วนตัวนะครับ) ​ พนักงานต้อนรับคือหน้าไม่มีรอยยิ้มเลย โซนห้องพักผมกับที่บ้านแยกกัน เวลาเดินหากันค่อนข้างไกล และช่วงแรกงงทางมาก ถึงกับเดินหลงเลยทีเดียว แล้วก็สุดท้ายครับ ทรายในทะเลที่นี่ไม่เหมือนกับที่อื่นนะครับ เวลาเล่นน้ำทะเลรู้สึกแหยะๆ ครับ ตอนแรกนึกว่าผมเป็นคนเดียว ลองถามคนที่บ้านแล้ว เป็นเหมือนกัน แต่โดยรวมถือว่าประทับใจครับ

Minus one star only because the breakfast table arrangement is quite packed and difficult to walk to our table.

First of all I am so glad we paid far less due to the government scheme because paying the normal price simply isn't worth it. The staff are friendly but as someone else mentioned it isn't worth the price. The room was spacious but smells old and needs freshening up. Damp in the room has caused curtains to have mold (see pictures) which is a health hazzard. The room has a condensation issue with the air conditioning therefore it should have some kind of ventilation system. The bed was medium to hard level with pillows being too hard and too high. Sleepless night with neck pain and headache. The morning breakfast was not what I was expecting for a 4 star hotel. Everything behind perspex and served by assistants which made me feel uncomfortable asking. Also the communication was not understanding Thai or English and had to repeat several times. For the price of this hotel you get CP plastic sausages and greasy or dry bacon. The choice bread was okay but could be better. Coffee was the worst compared to another hotel we stayed at. This was from a machine and looked cheap and nasty. I would recommend for those who love a good breakfast to stay in a cheaper room at Sea Sand Sun and go to U Pattaya for breakfast and pay for the all day breakfast. Or just stay there instead. This was my second visit to SSS and I we were very disappointed. I recommend the manager to stay at Kept Bangsaray and see the quality of bed and the breakfast. Good sausages! Learn how to make a good breakfast and improve the bed and change the curtains.

Nice for short gateway.private beach is clean.pool is clean.breakfast is limited due to covid situation, buffet but serve by waiter.variation of bread, juice, fruit, cheese, coffee tea, pad thai, khao tom, egg station, sausage and bacon.but night time nothing to do.just in room.i hope i have chance to stay in their private ocean villa that direct to private beach.

Have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both the stays. Great beach with pool close by with lots of nice places to relax or hangout. The rooms are very nice we liked the outdoor showers. The breakfast is fairly standard but good quality.

บรรยากาศดี มีชายหาดส่วนตัว ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แต่เตียงแข็ง นอนแล้วไม่สบายตัว หมอนพนักพิงตามโซฟาก็แข็งมาก อาหารเช้าไม่สมกับเรทโรงแรม ไลน์อาหารน้อย

มีความแตกต่างการบริการของพนักงาน บางคนพูดจาดี มีมารยาท แต่บางคนดูงงๆ ถามไม่ตอบ พูดไม่มีหางเสียง

Just not at all worth it. Came here to get away from Bangkok during COVID. The hotel functions I think like a kind of training academy for remedial customer service and awful room design. I can not say enough negative things about our experience at every moment. I would feel differently if we paid $50/night but for something around $175, it is unforgivable. Stay somewhere else!
