ฉันผิดหวังและเสียความรู้สึกกับอาหารร้านนี้มากๆ กับราคาที่แพงมากๆและคุณภาพต่ำมากๆ ฉันไม่เคยเลยซักครั้งที่ได้กินพาสต้า หรือข้าว Risotto ที่เย็นเฉียบในจานจากร้านอาหารอิตาเลียน นี่คือร้านแรกและสาบานได้เลยว่าครอบครัวของฉันจะไม่กลับไปเหยียบที่นั่นอีกต่อไป ครอบครัวเราเป็นครอบครัวอิตาเลียนจะให้ความสำคัญกับการทานอาหารมากๆ และการไปทานร้านนี้เราก็ไปทานบ่อยและยินดีจ่าย แต่ครั้งนี้มันเกินไปจริงๆ ฉันแทบเหมือนคนบ้าคลั่น ได้กินอาหารที่ชอบแต่เหมือนได้กินอาหารที่เสมือนเพิ่งเอาออกมาจากตู้เย็น Risotto & Ossobuco ราคา 790 บาท หรือ 20€ ข้าว Risottoที่จับตัวกันเป็นก้อนเย็นแข็ง ขนาดฉันคิดว่าถ้าคลุกข้าวกับซอสเนื้อร้อนๆก็จะทำให้ข้าวมีความร้อนขึ้นบ้าง แต่เปล่าเลย ข้าวก็ยังเย็นเหมือนเดิม ความร้อนของซอสเนื้อไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรซักนิด ฉันเจ็บใจสุดๆที่เชฟให้ความสำคัญกับอาหารของกลุ่มลูกค้ากลุ่มใหญ่ที่เข้ามาทานหลังฉัน อาหารของฉันได้ทีหลังกลุ่มนั้นหลายเมนูเลย พาสต้าร้อนๆของพวกเค้าออกเสริฟไม่ขาดสาย แต่ฉันต้องคอยถามตามอาหารของตัวเอง เพราะอาหารของสามีและลูกพวกเค้าได้จนทานกันหมดแล้ว แต่ฉันยังไม่ได้ ฉันคิดว่าเค้าทำข้าว Risotto กับ อุ่นซอสเนื้อ Ossobuco คนละเวลา คือทำข้าว Risottoก่อน และยังไม่อุ่นร้อนซอสเนื้อ เพราะเชฟไปปรุงอาหารพวกพาสต้าให้กับกลุ่มใหญ่ที่สั่งหลังฉัน และหลังจากที่ฉันโวยวายกับคุณป้าที่ คาดว่าไม่น่าจะเป็นพนักงานทั่วไป เค้าก็เข้าไปถามเชฟ ก็ได้คำตอบว่าเชฟทำข้าว Risotto ก่อนและใส่จานทิ้งไว้จนเย็น คุณป้าแก้ปัญหาได้แค่ไหว้ขอโทษฉัน ซึ่งมันเป้นการจัดการปัญหาที่โคตรแย่ ส่วนฉันก็ต้องจำใจกินเพราะดันกินและเอาข้าวคลุกซอสแล้ว และด้วยความที่ซื่อสัตย์เกินไปว่ามันเป็นจานที่ฉันกินแล้วจึงไม่แสดงความเห็นแก่ตัวที่จะคืนอาหารเพื่อจะไม่จ่ายอาหารจานนี้. แต่ต่อไปนี้ถ้าฉันเจอร้าน เจอเชฟที่ทำอาหารชุ่ยๆให้ลูกค้าทานแบบนี้อีก ฉันจะไม่ลังเลที่จะบอกคืนอาหารจานชุ่ยๆจากคนพวกนี้อีกต่อไป ลาขาดร้าน PanPan เส้นสุขุมวิทสาขานาจอมเทียน หรือสัตหีบ และฉันจะไม่แนะนำร้านนี้กับทั้งเพื่อนๆชาวอิตาเลียนและคนไทยอีกต่อไป. ยังคงเจ็บใจตัวเองที่ไม่บอกคืนอาหารจานนี้กับทางร้าน เพราะเค้าจะไม่ได้รับบทเรียนที่สมควรได้รับจากลูกค้า. ที่บ่นหนักขนาดนี้ เพราะฉันชอบทาน Risotto ร้านนี้ ต่อให้ซอสเนื้อจะไม่อร่อยเท่าร้านอื่นที่ฉันเคยทาน แต่เพราะข้าว Risotto ทำให้ฉันมองข้าวจุดด้อยของซอสไปได้ เสียดายค่าอาหารจานนี้สุดๆ 20€ ที่อิตาลียังไม่แพงขนาดนี้เลย

อ้อ! ถ้าใครอยากทานพิซซ่าอร่อยที่ The Best จริงๆในพัทยา เราแนะนำร้าน Frankie's Inn ที่จอมเทียนสาย2 เป็นพิซซ่าอิตาเลียนแท้ๆ พิซซ่าร้อนๆแป้งเหนียวนุ่มอร่อยกลมกล่อมสุดๆ ได้ไปลองแล้วจะติดใจ เพราะถ้าอยากกินพิซซ่าเราจะไปทานแต่ร้านนี้

This is a nice gem of an Italian restaurant in Pattaya. The pizza was authentic and delicious. The milkdhakes were creamy and full of flavor. The service was polite and fast. I really enjoyed the experience all around. I give my recommendation completely.

The restaurant is quite empty. The good is nice. Staff are unattentive. What I find really annoying is that the staff are talking to each other so loud that it is louder than the guests and you can actually understand their story. I am not picky about the service but this is too much for me.

Staff are poorly trained. They dont know how to serve and attend tables. This is because the manager doesnt know either. Food was average and a bit pricey.

This in my opinion is the best italian food in Pattaya area, ive been coming here for years, and love this place.its a family favorite.exceptional food everytime

This is an excellent restaurant, and has always been excellent. The food quality is very good. The service is very good and very accommodating to ingredients adjustments. Lots of good vegetarian dishes. The is on medium upper side which is reasonable.

มาครั้งแรก ประทับใจเลย ภายในร้านจัดโต๊ะนั่งเป็นสัดส่วนดี สั่งมา 3 เมนู อร่อยทุกจาน ราคาอาหารไม่สูงจนเกินไป เหมาะสม

Great taste for all dishes we ordered, especially pasta. Cozy place for casual business talk, family-friendly atmosphere.
We brought our own wine and paid the corkage fee at a very reasonable price.
Definitely will be back if I stay around that area next round.

We have been to this location 3 times this year. The experience has been consistent, and good, with certain caveats. Here’s my recommendation:
Osso bucco is hands down the best I’ve ever had.
Pizzas are always great and from a wood-fired oven.
Desserts always seem to be underwhelming and a bit dry, although the passionfruit tart was nice last night. The prune tart (like a spice cake) was dry.

Part of a chain that goes back years. Food is fine, nothing exceptional. But safe and dependable. Excellent service.

Recommend. Pizza very nice. Spaghetti so so (too soft and too oily)

Wonderful atmosphere and great food. Worth a try if you’ve never been, and worth another try if you’ve not been here in a while.

Good Italian restaurant. Nice decor and atmosphere. Food was good, pizza was great. Prices were a little bit expensive, but it was closer to our hotel than other options, more convenient to the Renaissance, so that made it acceptable.

Try the bruschetta. It is excellent. And the brandy sauce prawns with mashed potato. A weird combination that just works! It’s our local Italian and we like it. The interior could do with a refresh, but the staff are nice and the food is good. Recommended.

The original taste we familiar since childhood. Must drop by everytime coming Pattaya. Specially, this place is dog friendly.

Had dinner at this place. Atmosphere is decent but the food gave me and my girl friend food poisoning. Been experiencing diarrhea the whole day or two. I think it was the pizza, cheese looked weird but didn’t find the taste weird.

The food there was really good especially the 4 seasons pizza but the night after eating many of the people who ate here with me vomited over night and was sent to the hospital.

บรรยากาศดีมาก ยังกะกินอยู่อิตาลีเลย อาหารจะรสชาติกลาง ๆ หน่อย ไม่ค่อยถูกปากคนไทยนัก (เดา) ​พนักงานบริการดี อาหารราคาแพงบ้างถูกบ้าง งง ๆ เหมือนกัน

อาหารอร่อยมาก ราคาไม่แพง มีทั้งคาวและหวาน ทั้งไอศครีมเจลลาโต้ เค้กด้วย พิซซาแป้งบางกรอบอร่อยจริงๆ

Very cozy decor here. Food is good and the owner is very accommodating. I come here all the time.
