Ruenthip Pattaya

First time staying here as KASALONG Resort and Spa was full.
But decent facilities, quiet and within walking distance to 7Eleven, Street cart food. Scenery was beautiful as my room faces the sea.however it is a little far off from Pattaya town if your main aim is to be as near to Pattaya beach as possible. But RUENTHRIP Residences is NOT Bad, try it

This hotel is not a resort at all. There is no point in overpaying for a sea view; the sea there is very dirty. Breakfast every day is the same and average (eggs, rice, noodles, bread, watermelon). Getting to the beaches took from 15 to 30 minutes by taxi. There are only 7-11 and a couple of decent cafes nearby. Everything interesting is very far away. Wi-Fi doesn't work at all in the rooms, only in the lobby. The refrigerator turns drinks into ice. Towels were changed every day, bed sheets every other day. The cleaning was generally okay, the floors weren't very clean. The room is shabby of course. The birds relieved themselves on the balcony all the time, but everything was washed every day. The attitude of the staff was very friendly. In general, price = quality

ในรูปห้องวิวทะเล ต่างกับของจริงลิบเลย
แนะนำให้จองห้องวิวเมืองดีกว่าราคาถูกกว่า

จองผ่านอโกดาได้ราคา 1200 แต่สภาพห้องโดยรวมเหมือนได้ที่พักราคา 500-700บาท
(ต่างจังหวัดที่พักราคา 700ยังดีกว่าเยอะ)

ค่าห้องน่ารักไม่แพงสบายกระเป๋า
สะอาด อากาศดี จ่ายไม่ถึง1,000แต่เห็นวิวทะเล คุ้มมากๆๆ เตียงนุ่มนอนสบาย แม่บ้านน่ารัก

The customer service was amazing! Fast reply and they gave us beach towels to go to the beach too. The staff was really nice and helpful.

We booked a triple superior room but they upgraded us to the sea view room for free! It was really nice of them to do so. Despite being a bit far from Pattaya beach, it is a really nice location. There’s a really good seafood restaurant nearby that you can just walk to.

The only downside is the location from the centre of the city.

ห้องหรือที่นอนสภาพดีแต่น้ำเบาและอ่างอาบน้ำที่มีในห้องใช้ไม่ได้เพราะไม่มีจุกอุดมีไว้เฉยๆฝั่งทะเลมองเห็นไกลๆทะเล699อีกฝั่งคือฝั่งถนนใหญ่599แนะนำให้เอาเตียงคู่เพราะถ้าเอามาต่อกันจะใหญ่กว่าเตียงเดียวเพราะเตียงเดี่ยวห้าฟุตพนักงานบริการดีในห้องมีกาน้ำร้อน

พนักงานบริการดี รวดเร็ว แอร์เย็น ราคาสมเหตุสมผล มีลิฟต์และที่จอดรถสะดวก ใกล้ร้านอาหาร และเซเว่น และตลาดนาเกลือ อ่างอาบน้ำใช้ไม่ได้

เดินทางสะดวก (ถ้ามีรถ) มีที่จอดรถ ใกล้เซเว่น อยู่ติดถนนใหญ่
แต่ตอนกลางคืนก็หลับสบายดีค่ะ ไม่หนวกหู

- อาหารเช้า: ค่าห้อง+อาหารเช้าแล้ว แพง ตอนจองไป 1,000 กว่าบาท
(จ่ายค่าอาหารสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 2 + เด็ก 3 ขวบ อีก 1 คน)
แต่อาหารที่ได้คือ ไม่ประทับใจ เพราะรู้สึกไม่คุ้มกับราคาที่เสียไป
เป็นไลน์อาหารไทยซะส่วนใหญ่พวกซีเรียล ไม่มีให้
ถ้าใครแพลนจะมาพัก แล้วแพลนไม่วุ่นวายมาก ไม่รีบ
แนะนำให้ออกไปหาอาหารเช้าทานเองข้างนอกจะดีกว่า

แต่โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจค่ะ

บรรยากาศโอเค พนักงานดูแลต้อนรับดี แต่หักดาวเพราะเจอห้องมีกลิ่นบุหรี่ แต่พนักงานก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้นะ

Hotel​ is a newly renovated hotel. Beautiful room. Good service staff. Provide help as well. Travel to stay during the songkran festival but still manage well. Recommend staying

Schöne Zimmer nette Lobby aufmerksames Personal. Liegt in Naklua, unweit Lumpini Park und ca. 3-5 Kilometer von Terminal 21 weg. Ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Zimmer sauber und nett eingerichtet.

นักท่องเที่ยวเสียงดัง กลางคืนนอนไม่หลับเท่าไหร่เพราะเสียงรบกวนตากห้องข้างๆ สถานที่น่ารัก ให้บริการดีและสุภาพ

Nice and clean place. We had one night stay. Rooms are modern and spacious. Cleanliness - good Bed - conformable Bathroom - very standard, it has bathtub. Clean. They also offered complimentary shuttle when we asked about the taxi to bus station. Very friendly staff Location is a bit away from Hussle. Close to Pattaya North bus terminal.

เป็นโรงแรมเล็กๆไม่ใหญ่โตเท่าไหร่ อยู่ฝั่งพัทยาเหนือติดกับถนนสุขุมวิทถ้ามาพักที่นี่การเดินทางไปลงหาดพัทยาก็จะต้องอาศัยรถสองแถวสีแดง ราคาปานกลางครับผมอยู่รอบนอกของพัทยา

Nice hotel quite far from the city centre, but thanks to that its quite area. It looks very modern. Friendly staff and helpful. Room are vere clean.
