I chose this hotel after much thought because my parents were coming from Japan, but as soon as I arrived, a company event started with about 30 people in the courtyard. I couldn't even open the curtains right in front of my room, and I couldn't sleep because of all the loud noises, so my plans to enjoy the resort in peace were ruined. When I told the staff, they told me that it would be over in 30 minutes (the results would not be over), so I asked them to be patient.
In my parents' room, the noise from drinking parties until late at night made it difficult for me to sleep.
What was meant to be a filial piety trip ended up being very disappointing. I don't want to stay there again.

My experience was as follows: this hotel is overrated as a 5-star hotel when comparing this property to the other properties I have stayed in during my travels in Thailand. The location is good, but the rooms need a better maintenance schedule, you cannot be inconvenienced after 2 room upgrades until 21h00 at night to fix issues.

The cherry on top is when the GM has no decency or etiquette to reply to an email when highlighting the issues in both the deluxe room and suite room.

I had the same experience when emailing the Assistant Director of Guest Experiences at the hotel.

Very nice, clean and during the week a quiet place. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service overall gave no reasons for complaints.

Opened 3 years ago. New building added. Beautiful property right in the beach. Responsive helpful staff. City of Pattaya about 20 min drive

In my opinion, the best family hotel in Pattaya. Clean and modern room with spacious bed. Kids club is great - lots of toys and activities to keep them entertained. Staff is friendly and attentive. Wkend can be crowded. We also tried one of the hotel restaurants for dinner - pebbles. Grilled seafood was good. The only downside is there are too many steps to walk down to the beach and back up to the hotel. (Breakfast pics attached)

This Resort is an absolute highlight. The colleagues always have a friendly smile on their face and a CAN DO attitude. No matter if early check-in, special food requests for the kids, seating preferences in the restaurant, late check out, etc - there is never a NO.
The facilities are SUPERB: clean, state-of-the-art. Our kids loved the kids pool as well as the family pool. Everything is super spacious, from the rooms to size of pool, etc.
The beach is something they don't really talk about that much: yes, its is a little bit of stair-climbing until you are down there, and it is not a private beach with drink service, HOWEVER it is ideal for kids to play in the sand. There was NOBODY else there, it is very quiet and the sand is extremely clean (they do have somebody from the hotel cleaning up frequently). They provide lounge beds and towels and, like for our kids, playing in the sand is what you are looking for - it is IDEAL.
Breakfast buffet has a great choice and - again - the service just tops it up. Also the offerings for lunch and dinner are very appealing and fairly prized.
Kids club is also a nice plus when travelling with kids as they can cool down a bit for some time while playing there. Staff very professional and attentive.
Overall an amazing stay and UNBEATABLE value for money! Congrats to the Management team and looking forward to being back very soon.

Great beach resort for family with kids.

This resort is pretty new. So everything is still in a good shape.nice and cleaned.

Staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. (One small negative experience is during our dinner at the main resort restaurant.there were too few staff to serve us.so the sercice was quite slow.)

The room is great. It is spacious and functional. Bed is good. Bathroom is good - there are bathtub and shower area separately. Air conditioner is very powerful.too cold for us.

There are two pools.one for kids and one adult only. Plus there is a small water-park-like area for small kids. It's great! There is also a kids club (two areas: one inside with air cond.and the other outside with a outdoor playground for kids) with activities organized regularly.

The beach is nice and clean.though the sands are not as nice as the beaches in southern Thailand and the water is not so clear.but it's good enough.

There are 2 restaurants, one small 'deli' (for snacks, ice cream and cakes) and one bar. The main one serves all day from buffet breakfast to a la cart lunch to weekend buffet dinner or a la cart dinner. The breakfast changes daily and it's good with many selections. However a la cart menu for lunch and dinner is quite limited (it's even fewer than in-room dining menu!)

The location is also good.not centrally locates in downtown pattaya but not so far if you want to go there. So you somehow can avoid the traffice and city-like busy-ness.

All in all, I truly recommend this resort for any family with kids.who enjoy lots of facilities the hotel has.

ออกมาทางนอกเมืองหน่อย แถวนาจอมเทียนเส้นที่วิ่งไปสัตหีบ ห้องพักดี กว้างขวาง สวยงาม สะอาด ที่นอนๆสบาย มีเตารีดและโต๊ะรีดผ้าให้ด้วย เสียนิดนึงตรงไม่มีสายชำระในห้องน้ำ

สระว่ายน้ำมีหลายสระ เล่นระดับลงไปเป็นชั้นๆ ความลึก 130cm. มีบาร์เครื่องดื่มให้บริการริมสระ มีโซนสวนน้ำเล็กๆสำหรับให้เด็กเล็กเล่นด้วยนิดนึง และที่นี่ก็มีห้องของเล่นให้เด็กๆเล่นด้วย

โรงแรมติดทะเล ชายหาดน้ำสะอาดใช้ได้ ถือว่าใสดี ทรายตรงนี้ก็สะอาด ไม่มีขยะ แต่กว่าจะเดินลงไปถึงหาด ก็ไกลอยู่ คนสูงอายุเดินขึ้นลงไม่ไหวแน่ๆ

อาหารเช้ามีเยอะและหลากหลายดี ทั้งแบบฝรั่งๆ พวกขนมปัง แฮม ไส้กรอก ชีส หรือจะเป็นข้าวแบบไทย โจ๊ก และพวกก๋วยเตี๋ยว มีของทานเล่นมากมาย ผลไม้ก็มีให้เยอะเลย

โดยรวมเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่หนึ่ง เหมาะมาเป็นกลุ่มครอบครัว แต่ราคาคิดว่าค่อนข้างจะฉีกแพงไปหน่อย โดยเปรียบเทียบกับที่อื่นๆครับ (Lobby ดูธรรมดาไปหน่อยสำหรับโรงแรมระดับนี้)

มาพักผ่อนที่นี่ 4 ครั้งแล้ว สถานที่สะอาด น่าพัก มีสระว่ายน้ำ 2 สระใหญ่ และมีสวนน้ำที่มีเครื่องเล่นสำหรับเด็ก

Amazing holiday destination. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and fabulous Swimming pools with infinite sea view design.
Lot of food options in the restaurant menu. You will get western, local and Indian cuisines.
You can access beach through hotel from 7 AM to 8 PM. The beach is clean with walkways. You can spend amazing time here.

Beautiful view and great breakfast.
I can recommend this hotel with confidence if you coming by car.

Great place to stay and enjoy some peace and quite.
A little pricey but I would definitely recommend and would come back
