The main complaint is only about the condition of the lanai rooms, I don’t know about the others, the rooms are not worthy of 5*, again, the basic amenities are there, but this is the maximum rating for the condition of 4* despite the presence of all the amenities: shower, bath, constant replacement of gels, towels, etc.d. And so on.but the impression is not that of a 5* hotel
an average gym: honestly, everything you need to eat, you can hang 75 kilograms of plates without taking into account the barbell, there is a machine with a fixed barbell, it will do just fine for maintaining physical shape. Breakfast is good

From the booking name and name on credit card are different and Hotel just sending email to pay from the link without calling to inform customer and we may not be checking email all the time and then it was canceled our room then when we realized the room was canceled almost the time we traveling then we can’t get the room type that we want and also the price has increased and you have to know paying by click the link is not secure we can’t trust any link

Even the hotel itself is quite old, but it was clean. The most impressive point is high service standard of all staff. Would love to come back there again.

Stayed long term for business. Staff made the visit extraordinary. Ploy and Pai at The Beach Club restaurant took excellent care of me and my travel colleague. Room cleaning and laundry were very well done. Will definitely return if coming back to Pattaya area.

It's a suite room in the new building, but I was assigned room 412,414,415 on the day of check-in. Room 412.414 room condition ㅠㅠ
Request for room change in the evening Change number 512.514.
The location service is all good, but the room arrangement is.so unfortunate ㅠㅠ

It seems that being a little far from the tourist distance can be an advantage for some and a disadvantage for others. The rooms are old and smell a bit old. However, I don't think there is a big problem with staying.

However, the sunset on the beach leading to the wide pool is really nice.

If you ask me to go again. Um. I don't know.

There were ants in my room on the 4th floor. It didn't really bother me, but it surely could have been better. Other than that, it was nice over all.

Spacious room with a Wow sea view. Well maintained, nice pools and beachside bar & restaurant to spot sunset on the sea. Food is delicious. Enough parking lot. Crowded with mainly Chinese & western tourists. A beach hotel you must try.

The staff and service are fantastic. Peter's is my main man. Food is good:) children Have the benefit of the beach and the pools. A pleasant happy and family orientated environment. Cabanas work out good value too.

Amazing hotel for families with kids.attached to the beach (which wasnt very clean sadly) but hotel itself was great and had 5 swiming pools

All the staffs are really helpful and kind. Good service and facilities with great view, but maintenance and housekeeping quilty need to improve.
