PIZZA BIG - Italy restaurant

Googled for Italian pizza.
3 restaurants with high levels of reviews popped up with nice pictures
I decided to try Pizza Big.

Well let me tell you, it’s the best pizza out of 5 Italian restaurants I visited lately

Amazing food!

We don't know when we last had such a delicious pizza. The food was first class, the service was top notch.

They’ve gone very cheap on the amount of topping. Spread with very thin amount of sauce and cheese to cover half of the pie of a Margherita pizza.

A first-class pizza dough and tomato sauce. Consistent quality for many years. Points are only deducted because of the cheap Thai toast ham. I would happily pay more for a good quality ham.

This is not pizza. 80% of the taste comes from the dough, but here it doesn’t matter. Incorrect texture and taste, lacking the same sourness as in properly fermented dough. I read the negative reviews before entering and unfortunately they turned out to be true. This thing is only suitable for filling the stomach of a hungry person without getting any pleasure from eating. I have one question. Where do these guys get so many rave reviews?

Big and tasty portions.
One downside, the dishes arrived really slowly and not all together.

Love the pizza crust, may not have so many choices of fusion pizza but there are lots of original Italian pizza. Plenty of salad, pasta etc.

I was here last night and it was amazing. I ordered the calzone and it was huge. Well worth a visit. X

Let’s start with the pizza i ordered double meat double cheese and it wasn’t i complained the answer was we can add to it after it was done how you going to do that the pizza is already cooked you just can’t add on top bruschetta pretty horrible white sine pretty horrible and overpriced for the quality you get well even my thai wife said the pizza isn’t good that say’s a lot she said the pizza on soi 6 sliced is much better and that’s true it’s like most places here that’s non thai they just don’t believe in repeated business they still charged me for extra when i didn’t get it the table beside ordered the same type but got the same then me …. First time i go out of my way for this place and the last time if i am going to pay 1/2 l of wine 550 and 170 for 3 small horrible bruschetta make that 340 for 6 and 400 for a pretty bad pizza at 1290baht there’s better places in town to spend your money…. And you can see with the answer he gave is that he’s permitted to screw over is customers because he’s got enough stars i look bad saying the truth when i have nothing to gain or loose but only warning others

Located in the naklua area, a bit far off the touristic center, this restaurant's signature is the Big Sized pizzas.there's a wood oven.a fan and an air conditioned dining rooms, toppings are industrial quality and prices follow the average pricing.

Best pizzeria in Pattaya! Pizza is soo tasty, don't forget to add some homemade chilli oil. Service is fast and polite. Good vibe with clean environment. Definitely would love to visit again.

พิซซ่าเตาถ่าน ร้านตึกแถวติดถนนสุขุมวิทแถวพัทยาเหนือ เนื้อแป้งกรอบเหนียวกำลังดีเลย พอเสริฟวางปุ๊บ หอมมากๆ ส่วนเพนเน่ราดซอสเนื้อมะเขือเทศ ก็อร่อยค่ะ
มาสะดุดตอนเชคบิล ค่าน้ำแพงไปค่ะ น้ำสิงห์ขวดแก้ว ขวดละ 40 บ!

My dining experience is from their new Phistanulok area restaurant.
Pizza Big Phitaanulok is about the best pizza place I have been to during the many years of my lifetime. America had some excellent Italian restaurants so I am not comparing Pizza Big to Pizza chain stuff. I look forward to visiting the original in Pattaya the next time I get down that way. I lived in the Pattay area during 2013 and 2014. Too bad I was not aware of Pizza Big back then.

Worth it!

Small & cozy pizza place. The pizza was superb and the price was reasonable. Don't be so hangry while ordering because the portions are huge. I feel better than paying for an average taste or average quality pizza in those mass or chic restaurants.

We paid 880 for 3 persons, nice!

*** update: still excellent. I get it that not everyone likes this kind of pizza with bread-like crust and not super waver thin base - but for me it's perfect. And it's actually quite big too. Spaghetti standards where good and decent portion as well. Spaghetti seafood apparently not as exciting as it could be. Will be back again and again - and I hope they survive the closure pandemic. Support them, they deserve it.

I love the taste of their pizza, pepperoni and porchetta. They prepare right before eyes, 15 minutes wait - that is the baking time. Presto! Freshly baked pizza. I'll go back there again
