Pineapple Sport Restaurant

Been travelling for sometime already and i seldom post a review. But this one really gets into my head that the management needs to fix. Let me share all the positive so i will not be bias with my review. We ordered American and English bfast. The potato is really taste and nice and they serve the coffee immediately. The rest of the food is just normal.

Now, let me get into detailed abt this experience, coffee was served quite fast but the American and English bfast we ordered takes almost half hour or more before it arrived. Theres not much customer that time, but im giving my understanding that maybe all their dish was cook to order so its fine. For some reason my order came first which is the American bfast, the lady in green mistakenly give my boyfriends order (english bfast) to the other customer. That made my boyfriend wait for another half hour for his food.

Finally, his order arrived and the lady in green is showing us an attitude that it looks like its our fault that our order got delayed. We didnt hear any single word from her at all. Even sorry or thank u? None! To make it simple she dont know whats customer service is.theres no condiment basket on our table so i need to go to counter to asked for it. She served that basket of condiment on our table without looking. She put it at the top of the screen of my Iphone! That makes me so worried! Shes not paying attention abt what shes doing.

I hate ranting abt things but the experience here is so bad.
