However, they accommodated my rental extension without question even though it was an inconvenience to them. I found them to be a very professional team who responded to my emails and replied to my requests in a very timely manner. WHAT CAN I SAY IN JUST 1 WORD? AMAZZZZZZZZING!

I was very worried about hiring a car from Thailand and being ripped off at some-point, but i needant-had as the whole experience from start to finish was nothing but simple and hassle free without being ripped off at the end of it.

Shane told me a price and availability for the vehicle I wanted and reserved it without the need for a deposit, which is unheard-of and amazing as I have never ever had this option in the many countries I have been to hiring vehicles and this really made me go with them.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and you can reach them on WhatsApp at anytime. The prices here are in-fact the cheapest in Pattaya (not by much, but they are the cheapest!). The vehicle was very clean (bar the odd rubbish i found under the seats or in the side door pockets when i was cleaning the car out) and reliable and in an excellent condition.

I would 100% truly recommend Pattaya Rent a Car to anyone wishing to hire a vehicle.

This is the second time I came here, the first time was 10 years ago, I was satisfied with everything. Rented a Honda City. On the second day of the rental, minor technical problems arose, the brake light was constantly on, the employees came to the parking lot of my hotel and fixed everything.

I rented a bike from these guys for a month, all went well. Nice little run about, no issues and fair price. Recommend

Reviews are true I rented a 2023 MB for 2 weeks no issues. Just drive very carefully as there is no insurance for MB. Also if you do not have a MB licence in your home country strictly speaking you cannot drive a MB in TH as the international licence will not be endorsed for a MB but I had no issue as was not stopped by police. Thank you again to the lovely girl who so patiently helped me get a BOLT taxi to my next hotel. This will be my "go to" MB rental place on my next trip to Patts.

Fantastic service from opening enquiry to returning the vehicle. I hit it lucky and got a free upgrade but looked after it like it was my own for the whole month.

Absolutely seamless. Rented a pick up for a couple days. The normal pre check showed a couple minor scratches. Paid the car rental fee plus 5000TB excess. Brought car back in good shape and got the 5000 back. Will definitely rent here again thanks to everyone in PattayaRentaCar

I've used them short time and long time over the last 6 years (cars). This last time for 9 weeks while my vehicle was in the shop. I go out of my way to patronize them as there are many rental shops, but I know what I'm getting there. They are not perfect, but a solid 4.5/5 imo

Hired a new Fortuner for a little over 2 weeks with the intention to travel throughout Thailand. Communication with Shane (the owner) via the website and email was flawless.

Picking the car up, it was spotlessly clean and basically brand new judging by the kilometer count, massively positive first impression. My wife and I had no issues throughout our travels and everyone that rode with us loved the car.

One point of improvement, upon picking up the car the assistant manager wasn't very accommodating, but it wasn't worth dropping a star over. She just didn't want to be bothered dropping the car off at our hotel because it was busy, hot and/or a weekend with bad traffic, maybe a combination of all of the above, not really sure. Maybe better to coordinate this activity in advance?

The manager however went above and beyond upon returning our car to help us get a ride, coordinate transfer of luggage, and overall was a huge asset to this business. I can see why she is the manager, her service was top notch and friendly even to those attempting to do a walk-in rentals even though they were sold out of vehicles for the day.

As stated above, Pattaya Rent a Car comes highly recommended and we will definitely use them again in the future.
