I went here to eat dinner on a trip.
The interior and food are good, but the male staff at the counter is complaining about his work? I could hear them talking loudly all the time, and the sound of dishes being washed was so loud that honestly it was distracting from my meal.

If you are going to charge a service charge, please make sure that it does not destroy the food or the atmosphere of the restaurant.
I don't recommend seating near the counter.

Very good place. Just this time, I was a little disappointed with the fruit cake which is too dry. The time before, l had a very delicious cake: almond coffee cake (out of stock).

The atmosphere is ok. Service is terrible. I feel staffs here never got trained properly. Won’t never come back again. Lot of improvements required

What a great way to celebrate my 50th Birthday. My best friend had surprised me with a quick trip from Bangkok. She had reserved tea time at this location. They went the extra mile to personalize the pastries. Thank you for making my day special.

A good place to have a meal and tea time while watching Pattaya Beach.
There are many indoor and outdoor tables, and the inside is cool with air conditioning, and the outside doesn't feel hot because of the wind.
The cake menu is a system that you can see and choose with your eyes.
The interior is clean, the staff is friendly, and the menu comes out quickly.
Soft music plays and the atmosphere is nice.
Above all, the bathroom is gorgeous and clean.
It's a good place if you're tired from the heat and want a cool drink.

The place is amazing a cozy place with a quiet environment the staff will help as much as they can i just loved it

So far I’ve been here maybe 5 times. It’s a nice place if you want to chill with friends or get some work done.
Their pastry is so great! We’ve tried few items from their desert menu and we’ve loved it all.

Also their breakfast menu is so delicious!

When it comes to the place itself, it’s very clean and the bathroom is squeaky clean as well. It’s also family friendly.

Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya

The food was so-so. The coffee came out too hot and it was not as good as we expected. The place looks nice. We dined inside but the Aircon wasn't on or too low. We move outside. Friendly staff and nice elegant toilet.

Instagramable everything.but the service and food are below standard.

I asked for the info of the tea they serve in the set of afternoon tea (which they named “ heaven and earth” tea) but the waitress know nothing.and say that I can read at the label myself …

The liver pâté is not fresh as it supposed to be (450 per set excluded 10% service charged) it’s definitely not a good place for savory afternoon tea sandwiches

We come as a couple but they gave only one set of the plate, so we have to ask about the full set of utensils

The meal is quite expensive compared to the service I received

Once is enough for me since you can definitely get a better service from the food truck at any corner of the street

The restaurant ambience is nice and well decorated, but food quality is below average.
Not worth it for the price unless you wanna make insta stories

Had coffee outside which was cool but the service was not hot! Only had one member of staff when there needed to be two on duty.poor management.

The place and ambience is really nice and relaxing, even the toilet is so instagrammable! The lunch i ordered was okay but the fluffy pancake is so disappointing, I’m not sure if it was not made fresh, it’s so dry! Not worth it for the price! Food are expensive and prices excludes tax so don’t be surprised with your final bill.
