Poor service and low quality food with bad tastes, especially the soup is not hot! Poor communicating staff! Never return!

Alright, so these are authentic Chinese noodle bowls. I would like to explain why this is not a good thing from my perspective. First, look at the photos. Do you see the 1 cm thick oil layer on top of every dish? How much would it cost a business to use 200 ml of high quality oil in each noodle bowl? Ergo, the oil cannot be of high quality at those prices. To use this much oil and turn a profit, the oil must necessarily be of very low quality, and unhealthy.
I felt disgusted at the amount of oil. The noodles are also too soft for a Western/Thai palate. Dishes have no flavor/taste whatsoever for anyone who has eaten Thai food. I will never eat "authentic" Szechuan noodles again, and I have cancelled my plans to go on a "food tour" of Szechuan.
The pig ear salad is good but it suffers from swimming in a pool of oil as well.
Lastly, no menu in English (or Thai).

Authentic Sichuan/Chongqing style noodles restaurant, a proper Chinese experience. I simply loved this place!

This place is for Chinese speakers only. Strangely for a restaurant in Thailand, the signs are in Mandarin only with no actual Thai or English menus available. You are told to order your food on Line or Wechat but you cannot make payment online. Cash only. Authentic Chongqing noodles but the flavour and spices are not as fragrant as they are back in the mainland. There are far more friendly Chinese options elsewhere in this town.
