Neo Hotel

It is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in Pattaya. The hotel is dilapidated and dilapidated. It is not fit for anyone to clean it, even if it was the day the elevator was not clean. It contains cockroaches, as well as the rooms infested with insects. The paint in the rooms and corridors is corroded, and the paint in the room is very bad and old. The smell of the room pleases you. You will answer. You can tell me that the room is not very clean and also the reception and the hotel have bad smells, but I got involved and booked on the best day and the pictures were very beautiful and the exterior view of the hotel as well, but when I came I was shocked by that. My advice to me, especially to the Arabs, is not to stay in this place.if it is possible to recover that. Today I went to another hotel, but I cannot bear this day and I only hold my nose because of the smells. This is my opinion, and God is a witness to what I say.

Good location but old building. Room was good though very basic room. My room had a window toward a garden. Jomtien Beach was very close, restaurants were around. Staffs were friendly.

When I entered the room, there were hairs all over the floor. There were water stains on the floor. I felt itchy after touching the bed. I thought there were traces on it. The pink lamp was broken and the hot water was broken after half use.

ห้องคือไม่ไหวไม่ตรงปก ไม่มีห้องอาหารอะไรทั้งนั้นสีตึกสีห้องเก่ามากกกกกๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ สีถลอกเต็มไปหมดห้องก็เหมือนไม่ได้กวาดมีเส้นผมทั้งห้องนอนในห้องน้ำใต้เตียงมีแต่ฝุ่นเศษขยะจองไว้8ห้องไม่มีห้องไหนดีสักห้องมีแมลงสาบออกมาจากแอร์บ้าง บางห้องเปิดประตูไปคืออับมากกกกกกแบบมากๆนอนไม่ได้จาก8ห้องต้องมานอนกันเหลือ4ห้องเพราะโรงเเรมหลอน น่ากลัว มีเลือดบนที่นอนด้วย บางห้องมีคล้ายๆยันอยู่บนหมอนมีคราบสีเหลืองบนหมอนในที่นอนมีฝุ่นมีเศษผมหลอนมากห้องนั้นห้องที่มียันคือเหม็นอับสุดๆนอนน้ำในห้องน้ำก็เหม็น น้ำก็เหลืองจ้องเปิดทิ้งไว้ ลงไปถามพนักงานว่าจะจัดการยังไงกับปัญหาพวกนี้คำตอบที่ได้คือต้องเอาผ้าปูที่นอนไปเปลี่ยนนะครับเพราะตอนนี้แม่บ้านกลับหมดแล้ว ผมทำให้ไม่ได้ สรุปเราต้องเอากลับมาทำกันเอง แย่มากบันไดทางขึ้นก็มีแมลงสาบนอนตายอยู่ ความสะอาดเท่ากับศูนย์

Just location, old building, many ruins area, bad service, room smelly with cigarettes, reception, a lady no helpful. Should renovate. Scary

It’s the worst maintained hotel I have seen.

Ants everywhere in the room; they come with a spray and the ants revisited two days later, no internet connection during many days, water outage during 1 night.defected walls and doors all over the hotel
The hotel swimming pool and fitness is located in another building (owned by the same company, therefore it’s possible to use it) but it’s not as they publish their hotel.

Soap in the hotel’s public toilets was missing throughout all the time I have spent there.

Suddenly the internet wifi connection stopped working and didn’t not resume for many days.
I have spent there one night, the morning included without water!

The team will provide liquid soap and toilet paper only if you ask for it, otherwise they ignore the consumed parts during the “cleaning “, which by itself at very low level.

For swim lovers, the sea is very near, but the sea itself is very dirty and polluted and so is the sandy beach.

No WiFi, coffee, AC in bedroom.very good for a big party.view of 2 blocks of concrete. 4/10

Diese hotel ist für mich eine absteige für shorttime Personen. Nicht geeignet für längere Zeit da alles sehr alt ist. Für den Preis von 600

I booked a hotel for 8 days at Neo Pattaya Hotel on 26th December room NR 3311. From the start, the water in the shower is cold and very weak. I informed them of this and every day thy says we will fix it. But they didn't fix the hot water. Today I asked them to refund the amount for the remaining 4 days, but they refused and informed me that all rooms in the hotel have some problem with hot water.

Yikes, that was a mistake. Roaches, no television reception, no wifi, dirty facility, very poor security, literally the door could be shaken open. Air Con. Did not work and staff was in poor attitude.
Location was in ok spot, value was actually not worth all the negatives. Not worth the stay, would not return for any condition.

It was a budget price.and the room reflected that. Miss matched curtains that didn.t fully close and made of thin material that let the light through, one curtain was stained and mouldy. Shower didn't get that warm. But it was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

มาพักเป็นครั้งที่2แล้วครั้งแรกก็ไม่ถึงกับดรห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาดแต่ก็คิดว่าสมกับราคาโอเคพอได้มารอบ2เมื่อวานผ้าห่มเปื้อนประจำเดือนก็ไม่เปลี่ยนใหมเอาอันเก่าพับใหม่ให้คือรู้สึกแย่แล้วสำหรับห้องมาอาหารเช้าอีกอาหารโอเคใช้ได้แต่เชฟบริการลูกค้าได้แย่มาก คือเราถามหาช้อนซุปเชฟตอบได้ไม่ประทับใจเลยของเขามีครบแหละไม่หยิบเองเมามารึป่าวอันนี้คือการบริการของเชฟนะ อืมสรุปครวมๆแล้วถือว่าห่วยแตกมากคงจะเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่จะมาใช้บริการโรงแรมนี้

Good location. Hotel is distinctly average.large rooms and large living room but the living rooms are not air conditioned. Also the aircon in the bedroom is not powerful and took a while to get cool.

The breakfast isn't great either. I wouldn't hope for too much. The showers were hard to control as well in terms of keeping a steady lukewarm stream on you. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารักมากเดินออกไปรับหน้าปากซอย (ผู้ชาย ช่วงเวลาประมาณเที่ยง 09/02/20) ที่จอดรถสะดวก ใกล้ทะเล แต่ในห้องพักไม่สะอาด เก้าอี้ที่พิงหักจะหลุดอยู่แล้วไม่กล้านั่งเลยผ้าก็เปื้อนคงไม่มี Supervisor ตรวจเช็คอีกรอบ ห้องน้ำเหมือนไม่ได้ล้าง ชักโครกเหลืองมาก วันที่ 10/02/20 ก่อนจะออกจากห้องเอาเงินวางตรงรอยเปื้อน และ พับกระดาษทิชชูวางไว้พร้อมด้วยเอารีโมททีวีและรีโมทแอร์ทับไว้เพื่อให้เห็นว่าผ้าเปื้อน (วันที่ C/N จะเรียกมาเปลี่ยนให้แล้วแต่แฟนห้ามไว้) ปรากฏว่าผ้าที่เปื้อนไม่ได้เปลี่ยนให้แค่หยิบเงินไปและเก็บรีโมทวางไว้บนโต๊ะไว้ให้ รวมๆดีนะคะแต่พนักงานแม่บ้านแย่มากๆเรื่องน้ำดื่มไม่ให้ไม่ว่ากัน 7-11 ใกล้ๆเอง

Manager asked for 450 baht just to assist me to tell the restaurant we wanted smaller portions! Was woken up before 9am by cleaner to do our room! We were jet lagged I said no thanks but she threw us out!
Avoid please.there are much safer tidier hotels.taking my complaints further! Pattaya’s town is much worse very hostile whores throwing food and abuse at us because we were 2 white ladies!
