As far as Pattaya is concerned, it's a bit out of the way with a 20-minute drive, but it's a great solution for families because it has its own playground.

N'Nicky in the premium lounge has a very good service mind. He takes good care of customers. Always ask and bring out good service to us. Thanks and happy to have him in the lounge?

I used to be a regular visitor to this place and loved the vibrant atmosphere it once had. However, my recent visit left me disappointed and disheartened. The management's decision to separate the two buildings with big concrete blocks was, in my opinion, a poor choice that has negatively impacted the overall experience.

The first thing that struck me upon arrival was the unsightly concrete blocks that now mar the once aesthetically pleasing surroundings. I understand that certain measures might have been necessary during the height of the pandemic, but it's disheartening to see them still in place long after the situation has improved. The world has moved on, and so should they.

The second major drawback was the unsettling quietness that now envelops the entire place. It used to be alive with laughter, chatter, and the energy of happy patrons. Now, it feels deserted and devoid of the lively ambiance that once drew me in. It's as if the heart and soul of this place have been stripped away.

Furthermore, the lack of care for visitors is evident. The management should be putting extra effort into ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors, given the challenging times we've been through. Unfortunately, this seems to be an afterthought, with no noticeable improvements or gestures to make visitors feel valued.

I genuinely hope the management takes note of these concerns and takes the necessary steps to restore the place to its former glory. Removing those unsightly concrete blocks and injecting life back into the atmosphere would go a long way in bringing back their loyal customers. We all long for a return to normalcy, and it's crucial for businesses to adapt accordingly.

Until these issues are addressed, I find it difficult to recommend this place to others or even return for another visit myself. The potential for greatness is there, but they need to recognize and rectify their missteps. As a loyal former patron, it pains me to see this once vibrant place fall into such a state of decline.

In conclusion, I urge the management to listen to their patrons and act upon their feedback. Only then can this place reclaim its former status as a beloved destination for all. As it stands now, I'm sad to say that I can no longer endorse this establishment until significant improvements are made.

I booked 3 rooms and stayed for 2 night just before Christmas. I saw many familys with kids at the check-in counter, so I thought i had made the right decision staying here. And, my thought was right! The overall service was good and super kid-friendly. Considering the fact that i have a 8 month old baby, this hotel does serve my satisfaction.

Besides, there were great varieties of breakfast choices though i thought some of the dishes could be improved. However, I personally like bread pudding and congee with savoury dishes! Oh and they have kids'foods and kids eating utensils too. Very impressed.

Celebrated New Years Eve there, the food was good but would have liked more variety of options.

The best choice for stay around Na Jomtien (Pattaya) nice landscape, nice view, nice room and super nice staffs.

I spent one night here between Sat and Sun.

- Staff were very nice and friendly (5 stars for this).

- Breakfast and cocktails buffet in the panorama club lounge were good.

- The sea view from the hotel is so beautiful, especially at sunset time.

- By the way, the beverages were not quite good. I ordered hot chocolate and cappuccino at the club lounge. Both of them were faded and too soft, disappointing!

- What I was shocked the most was that the drain cover in the bathtub must be removed manually. I had to use the teaspoon provided in the room to remove the drain cover. Otherwise, no water would be drained out at all. Even local hotels’ bathtub drains cover pop up properly. I expected that the hotel would provide better facilities than this.

I stay here for 4 nights. There are several menus for the breakfast. Staffs are nice and great services. View and facilities are good.

Great views and great staff, well trained and ready to assist you anytime. Was staying here for a staycation. Chocolate happy hour is good but they kind of push you to buy extra drinks. The drinks’ quality not the top but you pay the top so the chocolate price comes out. I prefer Movenpick of Hua Hin.

Staffs are profrssional, kind and their service is excellent. Room is very comfortable, lots of bed.stuff. Restaurant is just ok for both dinner and breakfast. Everything is above normal standard, but still room to reach the peak. Just a little overprice, should plan ahead and get a special deal.
