I had already made contact in my home country through a friend (who was already a customer). I could reserve a bike at home via WhatsApp.
It was then delivered to my hotel on my requested date and picked up again! If 10 stars were to be given, you would have earned them. Top!

Brilliant place to rent a scooter, Mark is very honest and genuine! The scooter was great and the return was super smooth!

You might find other places in Patong that might be cheaper but for peace of mind I would highly recommend Motor bike rental station.

This motorbike rental is the best in whole thailand i can say, we have been in thailand for a month and been in many places but this place was the best peice, best customer service, fast reply, best english, totally our best experience in Thailand was having bike with these guys.

The best motorcycle rental ever, they’re so polite and flexible, and they don’t ask for passports, you only have to leave deposit.

Great staff, accommodating and very communicative. They understand how to make it easier for the client, slightly more expensive but honestly.for the service and relaxing nature of the rental and return, it was well worth it.

I extended 2 extra days and just went off righting and it was the best 2 days of my trip. The bike was very reliable and got me everywhere I wanted to go.

100% recommend to anyone looking to rent a bike and can spare just that little extra, because you'll save on stress and worrying about the return process with others (I checked before renting here and there was such a bad feeling as if I would be charged on return for stupid things).

I also forgot to fill it up and they offered to do it for me for the same price so even that was easy.

Steve the.owner? Was also a legend who bought new phone holders and his staff fitted it for me no hassle.

Explanation of the bike, services and contract was done in a thorough and friendly manner. They give you good advice on Phuket traffic and only require a photo of passport.
Upon return of the bike and after inspection got full refund of deposit. When I return to Phuket I wont rent anywhere else.

Steve, the owner, is a real pleasure to work with and the main contact via the shop's Whatsapp contact. He is extraordinarily accommodating, sincere and helpful as I got into an incident with the bike on the first day of rental. Even though I was stranded on the road side and initially felt like a nightmarish experience, he sent someone over and the issue was promptly resolved. Feeling bad for my ordeal, he even offered to fully reimburse the entire duration of rental. I appreciated and passed up on his generosity as I was back on the road. He's someone you can always count on and genuinely do his best to ensure customers have very enjoyable and satisfied experiences.

The rest of the team is very professional and great to work with.
I dealt and interacted with 3 team members and they are all outstanding - friendly, professional, attentive, thorough, etc.

The rental activity is pretty high at the shop.
Rental price is very reasonable as I had shopped around a bit.
There's good amount of options for both scooters and motorcycles which are all maintained in pretty decent condition.

Great friendly people. Fuzz-free rental. Get and return with full tank as it should be everywhere. Delivery and and pick-up to/from hotel. No holding of passport. Easy to contact. Will rent again!

This was our first time in Phuket. We heard so many scooter hire drama stories. Let me say from the first contact with Steve and his team at Motorbike Rental Station it was seamless. Easy clear communication (no waiting and wondering), very flexible free drop off and pick up for us. Punctual service and an excellent quality and reliable scooter. Extremely good hire rates. You do get what you pay for!

I rented the motorcycle for a week, great service, the motorcycle arrived in excellent condition, good brakes, good tires, you get vip service and the motorcycle comes to you at the hotel, they offer insurance through the company when returning the motorcycle.
They were very fine, they weren't looking for nonsense, just thank you very much, I enjoyed it very much!

Rented a bike (Yamaha Nmax) from them for 3 days. The owner is a great guy! He gave me a helmet for my baby as well.
The bike was just like new. New tires, excellent brakes. Highly recommended if you want to rent a bike hassle free.
