Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort

Shopping center Terminal 21,5 min walk, we went there to eat, everything is there, better than the fuji cafe, but not for everyone, the main thing is clean and the food is fresh, the bill is 4,1500-2000 baht. Average. Friendly and good staff but the hotel is old and not enough renovated. Small rooms, seat and lampshade looks dirty. Broken miror in lift.they just put stickers to hide it instead and changing it.nice swimming pool but water was looking like not well filtered. Globally I was expecting more from this hotel.

Free parking space. Birthday surprise with a card and a small cake. Near the beach with a walk just 5 minutes.

My second visit here, the first was two years ago and yet the staff welcomed me back as if it was yesterday! A lovely, well kept, very popular hotel.

You're welcomed with a cold drink, which is great on a hot day. The staff is very nice and the room is beautiful! I love staying here.

Excellent stay. Superb customer service. Very good location with easy access to terminal 21 mall and touristic area.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! On check-in, I came quite early, around 10am, they allowed me to check-in early. In my surprise as well, my room got upgraded from superior to deluxe ocean view. From my room, I can see ocean and sunset everyday. If you bring family with you, it's got mini waterpark for your family to play together. Additionally, the location is extremely good. Within 200 meters, you can reach the beach and within 400 meters you can get to Terminal 21, one of the largest shopping mall in Pattaya, for dinner. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here.

This is a very poorly designed hotel
Lifts are too dark to see buttons
Pool change room is a toilet
Tiles in the pool area are very slippery and dangerous.

We got a very nice room. View is amazing. Everything was good in the room except water jack in the toilet was not good as water pressure extremely high. We did buffet breakfast in hotel and i have to say breakfast was very poor and not up to mark of this hotel.

Good location, we can walk to the beach in a minute and convenience store is in front of the hotel
Great staffs, nice and friendly
Modern style hotel room, fresh, bright and clean but a little bit small
Food taste is good for foreigner but mild for Thai people.

Our allocated room was next to a building site but the staff changed the room without any problem. Very clean and very comfortable bed!

Clean, good location and friendly staff. Only slight negative was how sodding cold the pool was.other than that really enjoyed our stay

I was in a lot of good hotels in pattaya.dusit, amari or holihayinn, finally mercury it was wrong choice, room is not clean, floor, toalet ewerything is not clean, for me on this money is not acceptable (around 100euro/night) i dont recomend it! Ps. I'm living on 16 flor, noise from airconditioner/fan of hotels around is not acceptable, its very noisly, not possible sleap!

Nice resort 5 minute walk from the beach front. Classical Mercure hotel style, friendly staff pleasant atmosphere. Shuttles available to the usual tourist points. Good food reasonably priced.

Good place to stay near the ocean. Good views from the balcony. Clean rooms well kept areas of play and swim.
