Never been in such a dirty place.
Bad service.
Staff rude.
We had to wait 15 minutrs for a fish Fillet.
No apologies or sething to make us wait.
Try the other McDonald's in central.

Even McDonalds raised prices.

Con pie is 45 baht each and ha.

I think it would be better to eat real rice.

Got food and went to beach across street. Chicken nuggets a little spicy. Barbecue sauce tangy. Worker a little snappy.

1. บรรยากาศที่ร้าน ok นะคะ
2. พนง. (บางท่าน) พูดจาไม่เหมาะสม (ดูถูกลูกค้า)
3. เค้าเตอร์: ไม่ได้ติดรับ order ลูกค้า งง ไม่รับ order เรา กลับให้เรากดสั่งกับเครื่อง
พอกดสั่งไป กลับได้คำตอบว่า ที่ร้านไม่มีข้าว (แล้วมีให้กดทำไมคะ) และ มาพร้อมกับคำพูดของ พนง. (จะได้กินไหมวันนี้) ไม่น่ารักเลยนะคะ (เราใช้บริการ Mc. มาหลายร้าน ไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้เลย)
4. ถ้าลูกค้าทุกคนรู้ทุกเรื่องที่ พนง. รู้ ที่ร้านคงไม่ต้องจ้าง พนง. แบบนี้หรอก ใช่ไหมคะ

The food service atmosphere was perfect.
I thought about going here and going to the McDonald's downstairs because it was closer, but then I experienced the worst.
This is the polar opposite of this point!
From now on, McDonald's will only go to this branch in Pattaya.
This place is the best!
Please everyone come to McDonald’s here.
Especially the chicken patty was crazy!: D
The French fries are also super delicious!

เป็นร้านอาหารที่งี่เง่าที่สุดในชีวิตเข้าไปสั่งไก่ทอด (ซื้อเป็นชิ้นไม่ใช่ชุด) ​บอกขอสะโพกมันไม่ให้เลือกเพราะไก่หมดต้องรอทอดมันบอกได้แค่ปีก เลยสั่งมาก็ให้รอทอดอีก 20 นาที กินหมดแล้วลุกขึ้นไปสั่งเพิ่มเพราะยังไม่อิ่มแล้วตอนนั้นลูกค้าก็มีแต่ไม่ได้แน่นร้านมันก็ไม่ให้สะโพกมันบอกเหลือแต่ปีกเราก็นึกว่าหมายถึงเหลือแต่ปีกที่ทอดแล้วเลยสั่งมาสรุปแม่งให้รอทอดใหม่ไอ้ห่ามึงเล่นทอดชิ้นต่อชิ้นเลยรึไงนี่ fast food นะ ไม่ใช่อาหารภัตตา​คารแล้วเงินก็จ่ายซื้อทำไมถึงต้องบังคับให้ลูกค้ากินในสิ่งที่ไม่ต้องการด้วยทั้งๆที่ร้านค้าก็มีแต่ไม่ให้ แล้วเค้ามีจริงๆเพราะผมเห็นว่าลูกค้าคนอื่นทั้งที่มาก่อนและทีหลังผมได้กินไก่ทอดส่วนต่างๆที่ไม่ใช่ปีก

Just like any other McDonald's. But the service was pathetic and the staff were too rude.

You got rid of the value mix and match menu, you stopped refills on drinks with combos, and you raised prices drastically. Terrible ideas. It's cheaper in America.

มาก่อนอีกคน แต่รับบิลของอีกคน อันนี้ก็ไม่ไหว ยืนรอหน้าเคาน์เตอร์เพื่อชำระเงินก่อนแต่พนักงานกลับไม่สนใจ ไม่โอเคมากๆ กับพนักงานหน้าเคาน์เตอร์วันนี้ ปรับปรุงด้วยนะคะ

Typical Mc Donald's fast food chain.
There is no 1+1 menu or regular promotions offered at this location. And there is also no Thai rice menu offered here

McDonald's this branch is located in the west exit (Beach Road side) of Central Festival Pattaya. It may be smaller. You can order with touch screens and use a credit card. It's a common system. 　フェスティバルの中のマックです。あまりに歩き疲れて暑かったのでサンデーとアイスコーヒーでクールダウンしました。

Inside central festival mall, very Nice staff, the crispy burger spicy is very delicus, they have self order machine

McDonald’s no need introduction…. Good variety of food specially with Thai touch spicy chicken…

Recently opened back up. Always get the double cheeseburger meal. Doesn’t disappoint. They usually pack the fries, unlike in the states. Good stuff, but US prices.

McDonald's is the only western fast food joint in Thailand that lives up to it's world wide reputation. All the others are awful

The MacDonald's I eat at back home you place you order and the bring it out to you. Thailand wagers a poor compared to Australia and it's not that much cheaper to eat a McDonald's here. The service should be even better.for God's sake they still have service attendants to fill up your car for you.

Thai Macdonalds don’t expect USA quality all chicken meals are so tough moisture less
And expensive almost same as US price

The poor cashier was taking orders. Collecting payments.etc.the others.was just hanging around doing nothing

Ample sitting space for Customers, Food was Good as its standard is maintained across the Globe in every Country.

Stayed many years in Pattaya and got 3times diarreah/stomach flu in thailand and everytime after eating at mcdonald
