McDonald's

It was a great experience on December 25th, 2024. The atmosphere was good, the service was good, the people were in a good mood and Santa Claus handed out sweets. A successful evening with a great view

It is important to take care to cook chicken well and clean. I noticed that in all McDonald's restaurants in Thailand, employees do not care about wearing hand gloves whether when preparing or serving food. This is supposed to be self-evident for cleanliness and reliability.

The store is empty and clean. There are also seats where you can charge your batteries. The seats are appropriately spaced apart, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It was also good to be able to order a touch panel ︎

I hate McDonald's. Had to get something to eat and it's McDonald's with a Thai twist.

I went in when it was hot and came out after eating ice cream. It seems expensive compared to prices in Thailand, but it's a global chain so it's okay~

The store is located in Pattaya Second Road Shopping Center with convenient transportation

This place is extremely nice service the staff everyone goes out they way to please customers highly recommended

30 minutes for one burger is a bit too slow. Next time I go to a normal restaurant when I have to wait so long. But the good thing is that the employees just laughing maybe they just should smoke a little bit less weed when they work

Placed order with foodpanda, foodpanda was excellent. However McDonald's shorted us food. Did not send all we ordered. Will never buy McDonald's again.

The food is good McD standards, albeit expensive for Thailand. However, they don't seem to understand the concept of fast food. Feels like it takes much longer to get the food than a mainstream Thai restaurant. I see other reviews comment on the slow service which makes me wonder if McD Head Office read these reviews. If they do, why don't they do something about it? If they dont then why not? Don't they care for customer service?

Promotion misleading but i bought it anyway since i was there however the staff was EXTREMELY rude i will never go back to that place even if they gave the food away. I do not know how they can put a person like that in charge of anything she should work as a toilet cleaner or similar. The food was ok as you would expect from McDonalds.

Very little sauce, no double cheese, it's like a thin layer of cheese sauce. Burger is expensive, dry and not tasty.

Standard McD outlet but in good position next to open car park. Good service for the range of food supplied. Car park was free and easy to access.

Pretty good food there.service is ok.and it seems the drinks and french fries they serve with the burgers doesn't seem to run out

ทำเลร้านดี มีร่มไม้ นั่งได้ทั้งนอกร้านและในร้าน สภาพร้านเก่าและดูไม่สะอาด กระจกไม่ค่อยเช็ด โตะ ไม่สะอาด พนักงานเป็นเด็กๆ กดเมนูเร็วและรับเงินไปก่อนแต่ทำอาหารให้ช้ามาก ทั้งๆที่ร้านไม่ค่อยมีลูกค้า สั่งกาแฟต้องมีขนาด 8 ออนซ์ แต่มาจริงได้ 5 ออนซ์ คุณภาพอาหารดีมาตราฐานเดียวกับจาการ์ต้า แต่ไม่อยากต่อปากต่อคำ ให้สแกนบัตรจอดรถก้อทำแต่พอขับรถออกไปที่ด่านเก็บเงินเขาก้อยังเก็บเงิน
อีกอยู่ดี ประทับใจมากคิดว่าจะไม่มากินแม็กโดนัลด์อีกเลย เสียดายเงินมาก

You need a change after few weeks of eating thai food and a McDonalds is one of the few options you have to try some meet.

Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Good service.
Just recently after eating breakfast, i left my phone behind where i had been sitting. Realized 30 minutes later and went back thinking i very likely lost it?
No.
Upon walking in the door a young staff member handed my phone back with no hesitation.
So not just great service.
Honest staff as well.
