Better than other branches! Food always comes out warm~ There are too many people on weekends!

Ordered two dbl quarter pounders. And a coke zero. Out of coke zero. Okay, I'll take a Sprite. Got soda water instead. Burger was extremely greasy, filling the bottom of the cardboard container. But hey, I'll still eat there again. It McDonald's. You don't go there for 5 star service or Michelin stars.

I’ve waited and waited never get my food on the table, I’ve got to ask them to give me back my money and left the place.

Very Very Very bad management + what is the point having 10 staff which they are not working lazy staff.

Never had good experience from this place anyways.

Terrible management, waited 20 minutes to get 1 bigmac when the restaurant only had 15 people, nothing seemed to be coming out of the kitchen

Few years back this place used to be cozy and staff took your order. Now you interact with dirty screen and whole place looks messy. Chairs here and there. Bathroom tiling and cold atmosphere takes care of that customers don't spend too long time in restaurant. It's all about money.

The food is good, and closing the restaurant late is very good, as we suffer from the lack of restaurants after nine-thirty.

They now have Quarter Pounders with Cheese so have to love it!
Have deleted a couple of stars due to the utterly messed up way they seem to have started taking orders.
Edit (Nov 2022) added one star back - they were using the screens correctly, but still not sure that is happening all the time.
They have screens for placing your order which they used to direct all customers to use. On my most recent visit they were no longer doing this. This means that when I placed my order on the screen as usual and went to pay I found I was in the same queue as people placing their food orders - making the screens a complete waste of time, as they don't start preparing your order until you have paid. I might just as well written my order on a piece of paper! What a crazy system

Hygiene deplorable, lady at counter was handling food then money on multiple occasions with the same gloves on.

Not a user of McDonald's but my daughter wanted to go. So we did.
I actually enjoyed the food.
But​ what stuck out for me was the service from the young server.
She helped with ordering on there high tec touch screen menu.and she could tell I had no clue what I was doing. She brought the food to the table along with a hat for my daughter. ​Brilliant!
A great representative of McDonald's. Hope she was happy with her tip!
We will be back!

ได้อาหารแล้วทำไมไม่เรียก ที่ตอนคุยกันในร้านเนี่ยเสียงดังลั่นร้านไปหมด แต่พอได้อาหารเอามาวางไว้เฉยๆเรียกไม่ได้ปากไม่มี ไร้มารยาท

ไดรฟทรูธ์ซื้อปาท่องโก๋ 3 ชิ้น ในกล่องคือนมข้น แต่ถามว่าทำไมให้น้อยติดตูดกล่องเลยนะ มันจิ้มไม่ได้กะจะให้เลียเอารึไงคะ

Very good Micky D's! Easy access and parking. Electronic ordering and food delivered to your table. Thier prices are still reasonable- 180b for large Mc Chicken combo.

Always have had good service and recieved what I ordered. Great coffee and dessert shop. Clean and very convenient. Clean restrooms and tables. Good parking with a guard to help you park and east to us drive threw. Outside setting for the cool days. As far as Thai McDonald's go it's as good as the get.enjoy

Clean and quiet. Good service, helpful staff. Good environment. Easy parking for motorcycle and cars. Clean toilet.

People that has just recently arrived to Pattaya by the buses (usually from Bangkok Ekamai) there is option to exit at Mini Siam Pattaya which conveniently has many good services and Macdonald as well making the area more lively and wonderful for tourist or hungry people. It's also that the Macdonald here contains automatic ordering food using the GUI board, drive thru services. Most importantly that the quality and the cleaniness of the whole restaurant is perfect.

McDonald's is McDonald's no matter where you go in the world. But if you want a good American style hamburger, this is the place to go. And right now with most everything closed the drive-in window is perfect.
