Close to the beach. Surrounded with plenty of bars, marijuana cafes, 7/11, restaurants. The man at the reception was very helpful and kind. You can smoke on the balcony. View was not great from my room. Guest friendly hotel within a budget.

Was initially skeptical after reading a few reviews. But faced no issues whatsoever. Very hospitable and accommodating (had to change rooms) but it was honestly a great stay. FYI it's right in the middle of the action.

Best location in pattaya. It’s at soi 13/2, one of the best locations if someone wants to go walking street and also go to nearby bars every night. Easy access to 7 eleven 24/7. The boy on the front has very good communication skills in English the best English I have come across for a Thai boy. Room service very approachable very good hotel for bachelor. You can also get lady guest. 5stars to the staff boy on the front desk.

New food operation does nice Thai and Euro dishes.

One night was enough for me, the room small not like what you see in booking Dot com but location nice near the beach, the price a little high and today I'll see it if it's change or not

The rooms and service was good the hotel is a bit old but pretty good for the cheap price. I did read the reviews about money getting stolen but from my experience this place is safe and cheap. If you want a bigger room just book a bigger room it's not expensive at all.

Compared with cost and facilities, okay to agreed prices. But unfortunately they don't accept credit card, paid only in cash

Clean and comfy rooms and a good AC. It's close to the beach. And the walking Street. I would stay here again.:)

Its worst to stay here. If you gonna stay for only 1 night that was okay but not for long period.
The room was so dirty like they didnt clean before you check in. And the blanket was really dirty too they didnt give you a new one. And toilet broke. Location from the window was really so bad as I see the bras and underwears I have no idea who owned that lol

Avoid it like plague. The lady owner/staff at reception is the worst you will ever meet. The attitude when told about problem with room is down right pathetic. The rooms have broken bed, mouldy stink etc. At check out for charged 300 bhat coz the hotel towel was wet on floor. Have been to Pattaya 4 times but never seen a place so downright pathetic and bad. There are better price options available elsewhere
