I have been using the services of Maks Car Rental since 2016. During the entire period of cooperation with her, there were no complaints. Everything is very convenient, fast and high quality. No complaints, all cars are in very good condition, friendly staff! I recommend to everyone!

This is not the first time we rent a car from MAKS Car Rental; it’s convenient that there is no need to have a credit card; The process of receiving and returning the car is well organized.

We rented a car for 8 days, the price was reasonable, we showed everything, explained everything, and gave advice on driving in Pattaya. It was very pleasant to communicate in Russian with managers. I came to return the car and it turned out that the tire wasn’t flat enough, so we took it to a tire shop ourselves and paid 150 baht. My family and I were satisfied with this company. In general, we recommend it

Good evening. The last time I used the services of this company was in October 2019. There was a long break, like many, due to the corona. In 2019, we were in Pattaya 2 times and both times we used this company. During those trips we traveled to many places including Ayutthaya. The Toyota Vios and HONDA Mobilio cars that we have used have never let us down. I would like to say to those who are thinking of using the services of this company for the first time, do not be afraid, feel free to contact them. We are flying again in October to Pattaya and our friends are with us. We need a car again and we will use this company, the car I will buy is a Toyota Vios, I really like it. We are very grateful to the guys from McCarrant for surviving such a difficult period and continuing to work for our benefit.

From October 14 to November 1,2022, I used the car rental services at Maks Car Rental. Once again, the Toyota Vios was chosen. At the end of May 2023, we again contacted this now familiar Company. This time the choice was Toyota Yaris. In two weeks, about 2500 km were covered. Mainly in the province of Trat. We have never regretted that we learned about the existence of “MAKS Car Rental” and contacted them for rent. Prosperity and prosperity of the company! Health and good luck to the employees. Optimal service. As always, the vehicle was well maintained and it was delivered on time and picked up again on time. We have now used MAKS for the third time and will do so again next year. This time too the service was excellent. Delivery and collection were on time, the car was in good condition. We will be back!

Excellent company MAKS Car Rental! I strongly recommend this company! We took 2 cars in November-December 2019 (Suzuki Swift 2018 for 2 weeks and Toyota Yaris Ativ 2019 for 3 days). Suzuki was in perfect condition (almost new) with a ridiculous mileage of a couple of tens of kilometers. Toyota was just new! The cars were perfectly licked inside the cabin and smelled delicious! We were given navigators for cars for free, but we didn’t even turn them on! For cars they gave a deposit of 5000 baht. When the Suzuki was handed over, a deep scratch was revealed, but only 300 baht was deducted from the deposit for polishing! I think that this is ridiculous money and the staff only showed itself on the honest side! Thank them again! In general, let me sum up that we rolled about 2200 km around the district and to the city of Hua Hin. Revised parks and zoos, beaches and more. Therefore, I still recommend taking a car and it is in this service, because honest staff works here, including Russian-speaking guys! There is always remote assistance from them in different situations!

I rented a car from Maks from early 2019 to late 2020. The car was great and they serviced it for me regularly. I found the prices to be reasonable and Maks was very accommodating to me. The only car company I will rent from in Thailand.

Hired a truck for 3 days to transport items from Pattaya to Bangkok. The price for 3 days was 4,000 baht. The truck was clean tidy and mechanically sound, fully insured all paperwork spare tyres and fully insured. Vehicle was inspected by both parties and when come to check out procedure was faultless. Good service good value

Our wonderful weekend escape was ruined. We have been long term customers of this establishment. But no more.

Is it fair to mention something about a mean spiritness, rudeness and lack of appreciation for repeat customer on this last occasion?

I recently made a reservation, forwarded copies of my driver's license and passport via email in advance of arrival to pick up a car. I presented my Thai driver's license on arrival. My passport was in my safe at home in BKK. I have done this process with this company many times in the past. We've lived in Thailand a decade and I never carry my passport, but I keep a copy on my phone. I've shown and used the phone version for government agencies (Thailand even issues my work permit electronically now) and with other car rental companies in Thailand with no problem. And as mentioned, I've had no problem with Mak doing this previously. So I wasn't anticipating an issue.

Other rental agencies in Pattaya that we've used have been super friendly and honourable - and comfortable with my phone passport.

This time it was explained to me I might have forged my passport so they needed to actually photocopy the original.
So no go.

They kept the deposit.

Can I say I feel ripped off? It's not just the 3,000 baht deposit that ownership refused to refund.

We don't appreciate the arregance and attitude.

And now our weekend is ruined.

I guess Mak gets a 3,000 baht 'GOING AWAY' present.

Polite and efficient service, prices very reasonable and the cars are cleaned and well maintained. I rented for approximately 3 months from beginning of July to the end of September

Rented Toyota Yaris for 2 weeks. Pros and cons:
+ cheap price!
+ 1st class insurance included with possibility to upgrade to zero fee
+ car was technically very well maintained
+ they deliver and pick up the car to/from your hotel, condo.
+ no credit card needed
+ free additional drivers
+ good contact all the way

- 6 y old model (although they informed it)
- cheapest basic Yaris model without anything extra, also no electric front windows:) or bluetooth, etc. Nothing extra!
- useless outdated navigator
- car had few scratches and dents (you need to notice them before you sign!)
- deposit paid with card was returned in cash
- needs better info about insurance, what it really covers and what it doesn't
- they didn't care that i didn't have an international driving license!

Overall: everything went ok. Car was a bit of disappointment (old, basic model with dents). Next time we'll add few more hundred bahts to get more better model.

Easy rental no problem getting deposit back rented 3 times mid size cars are recommended for us taller people will rent again

I am not recommending this place. They don't treat their customers right!

I rented their car for more than 6 months. But they treated me like if I rented for 1 day.

The day before the contract end, they asked me if I want to extend and I wanted to go for another 6months which they offer me for a. 30% price increase from 10k to 12k thb/ month. Great.

And then just treats me like I am the worst customer. I have no idea why. So then I decide to return the car and asked them when they closed: 6pm. Well i finish work at 7pm so I'll try to go in the morning before work.

I asked them when they open in the morning, 10am.
I start work at 9am. So I manage to be able to take a break from work to bring the car back during lunch time and surprise.they want to charge me for an extra DAY!
What a joke. I guess I need to take a day off work to rent their car?

When I came in at 12: 15 instead of 11: 15, the only thing the owner told me is "it seems like you re late". What kind of business is that? ! Well yeah I'm late 1 hour because I'm working and because you open from 10am to 6pm which is during my working hours but somehow managed to come during my lunch break. But I did NOT enter the shop saying how unconvenient their business hours are.

I am living and working in pattaya and need a car so I will be renting cars for at least another couple of years. But they obviously did not want to keep me as a customer. I hope I made something wrong so that could explain that they treat me like this.otherwise I just don't get it, this is not a way to treat customers.

So, all and all, cars are correct, at least mine. But customer service is 0.

I will not use again.

Great cars and even greater service! I've used many car rental/leasing groups in thailand, and Maks Car Remtal had so far been the best.

Perfect service. Free delivery and pick up to our Hotel in Pattaya. We booked a Toyota Yaris and drove more than 3000 km without any technical problems to a very good price.

Rented Suzuki Swift for 1 month with MAKS Car Rental. It was easy & fast to get it. And not expensive, depends on a car.
It was my first car after a driver school & I drove it successfully. During parking I scratched the car a bit. I told them about it, they said it’s fine, and in the end they took 500฿ only for it to fix it.
I will rent it again soon.
