16There is no beach, a sun lounger needs to be occupied at 5 am, there is not enough space on the beach for these hotels, the pool is also not for these hotels, it is dirty.
Lovely hotel. Great service. Big hotel rooms with big bathrooms and balconies. The hotel is spread out over 3 buildings, 2 lead to a swimming pool and private beach and the other has smaller swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic with a good variety of fresh foods. The hotel location is good, plenty of shops and a food market in the area. It is not far from Terminal 21 shopping mall.
You can see the coral island from the hotel.

The food at the hotel is good and there is a beach in front, so it's really, really good. It's fantastic to eat something delicious and rest at a seaside restaurant.

The view was great! Many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel. The romantic night walk on the beach where memorible!
Everything was fine except them charging for drinking water. I feel separately billing for it is not a very cordial or welcome gesture.

ติเรื่องเดียวคือที่จอดรถค่อนข้างน้อย แต่พอเข้าใจได้เพราะแขกส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวต่างชาติ
Customer service is so nice and helpful. The room is big and clean, full with necessary equipment. The pool next to the beach, so much great fun. The breakfast buffet has wide selection of food, and the taste is great. I would recommend and surely go back for next visit for sure.
At one time this was a 5 star resort but my room in particular (7015) showed signs of neglected wear and tear especially in the bath room.
That said the services, amenities and location remain at five star levels. The beach is literally right there. All the shopping centers and attractions are a quick taxi or songthaew ride away.
If you are looking for the "real" Thai experience this is not it. The entire neighborhood is geared toward the tourist for sure. However for the traveling beach enthusiast that doesn't want the "hustle and bustle" of Beach Road-Walking Street this place is IDEAL.

Even though the location is far from the main market place, but it still has a great beach view with a good hospitable environment and a nice looking swimming pool adjacent to some good looking buildings. Overall it was a good experience.
