An extremely disgusting store. Not only is it unauthentic, but it also has nothing else. It’s really just a piece of cake.

The noodle is fresh handmade. You can choose your noodle thickness. The soup is super!

The shop is opened 24/7.

Having spend 7 years working on China I was really looking forward to some authentic Noodles only to be let down by firm noodles and a not so tasty soup

Very Disappointed

Thought I had never been to LanZhou, now I have — at least my taste buds have.

Chose the dry beef noodle (extra fine, with more pull therefore tension inside each thread), soup on the side, what more can one ask for? Just heavenly.

Good stock, noodles are great but not enough meat. You get 6 small thinly sliced beef. Not good value for money

The noodle was not freshly made, I can tell they have made it for some time already, saggy and taste badly.

Very nice. The texture of the noodles is much better than Japanese ramen. But the chili sauce didn't taste like chili to me.

STAY AWAY! The experience was HORRIBLE. When we entered to the restaurant, no server didn't even greet us. Seats were half empty. Saw a couple of them on their phone. Didn't feel welcomed at all. We just found our own seat and sat down. I clearly ordered a soy egg from the menu and made sure the server understand what I wanted to order as a lot of other people said on the reviews, they don't speak English and barely any Chinese. We had to speak Thai to them so they understood. They later brought a hard boiled egg to me. I cracked part of it open and saw that the inside was white. So I told the server it's not soy egg that I ordered this is hard boiled egg. The server dared to lie to us and said that the egg has been dipped to soya sauce it's just the way it is. We could clearly see that there absolutely neither sign of the egg being dipped to soya sauce nor any smell of soya sauce. Then another server came to us and told us they didn't have soy egg. But because I cracked the egg I need to pay for it. That's such disrespect that they lied to us and I didn't even get what I ordered and i had to pay for their mistake. Not a single apology was heard. Servers were just like robots. Didn't feel welcomed at all. The egg itself was small amount.it's the fact that they treated customers like that hit my nerves. This was my first time going there and would be my last time too. 150 baht for a simple bowl of noodles with non existent service and stupid mistakes that would piss you off, I would say STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. There's far more things to enjoy in the city.

If the chef was not ranting and raving and wealding a meat cleaver at the staff, it would have been better. They use monosodium in the soups so not easy to sleep after.worst restaurant I have been to in 3 months

Amazing hand-made beef noodle. Really enjoyed our meal here. Highly recommended if you are a noodle person like me.

Noodles were made on premises. The broth from the soup tasted good. You can watch and see how the noodles are made

Really bad quality food. We ordered some noodles and side dishes.they were not fresh flavor was super heavy.and the customer service was bad.servers just acted like robot and ignored us when we asked for help.dont come to this place.
