King Seafood​

Another example of a restaurant with an old, long, excellent reputation but the reality is that the restaurant is in decline for years. Years ago I came here often for great seafood. Perhaps past crowd sourced reviews keep it going. I doubt anyone goes here more than once.

I visited this seafood restaurant many times before covid. Now back open again The newly renovated place looks cleaner and more beautiful than before by the ocean. Typical average taste food, Good service with enough staff Food prices are quite high. Because the place protruding into the sea and inside the walking street

Prices are crazy and staff have a shocking attitude and approach to Customers. Food is good but I would recommend somewhere where no matter the price at lease to get good service. As a regular visitor this will not be a place I would visit again

Although expensive for Thailand, the food is good. Drinks very expensive. Too bad some drunk Chinese (and their flags) ruined the ambience.

Long-standing restaurant in Pattaya and it's actually very good. The food is excellent and you can sit outside near the sea.

Definitely the best Thai restaurant in town. Authentic style with remarkable flavours, cocktails are fabulous. The venue has a great vibe, owner who is super friendly lovely lady.restaurant staffs are very helpful. Tasty food happy place singer is talented with nice voice

Nice place. Staff was pleasant. The food was good but not amazing. I had the pineapple rice seafood based on other recommending it, but it was just.ok. Nothing more

맛없음. 서버도 놀라서 호다닥 도로 가져갈정도로 짜거나, 맹물에 소금탕똠양꿍을 맛보았음. 가격은 로컬 10배가격. 진짜 뷰 예쁜걸로 걍 지지고 볶아보려고 하는 양아치식당. 사장은 컴플레인거니까 태국어못알아듣는줄알고 욕함. 근데 같이먹는애가 태국인이었음:) 코로나 풀리고 한국인 많이 가는것같아서 한글로도 씀.
I want to give 0 star if possible.
The quality of the food is a joke.
Tomyumkung was a salt water and didn't put any spices what tomyum should have. Felt like they used tomyum cup noodle powder with extra water and extra salt.

Also ordered Crab curry. Tasted like 5-year-old kid tried making first scrambled egg with crab instant sauce.
And stir-fried chicken cheshew nut sauce was actually a salt water. The staff was also surprised when tasted. It was literally chaos.

Also ordered fried rice. Even the rice wasn't properly cooked. (I never tried this dish but my Thai friend who were eating together said that.)

At first, we complained and asked to cook all three dishes again since the total meal was over 2000 baht for two (around 80 dollars) and the quality was never close.
But what they did was rinse the food with water, drained sauce, add pepper powder and brought back with the same dishes.

So I asked server to taste the food and asked if we can cancel order. And they were actually surprised saying it's really salty and added, they don't have authority to cancel the order that they have to call the owner.

Few minutes later, One Chinese-Thai looking lady came (Based on her accent. My friend said.). Her attitude was terrible. I tried to explain, ask to taste the food and ask if we can cancel order. At first she ignored my words and just lift up the dish and taste food and said "No salt. OK? " and tried to walk away.

SO I said, "I don't want to eat anymore and I have already spent too much time on this restaurant that I'd like to pay what we ate only and go. "
Then she didn't even looked at us but said something to her staffs when she walked away.

She thought I couldn't understand Thai.

She is right. I CAN'T.

But my friend who was just listening while I was talking with the owner was Thai. And my friend said the owner insulted us in Thai language like "give that (bad word) back money and charge whatever they touched. "

So we paid 800 baht for plain-fried rice (no meat, no extra ingredient. Just literal rice) that we ate one spoon/ spring roll (wasn't that bad but never delicious) / and one smoothie and one drink.

I seriously recommend you to eat somewhere else. I want to say don't go here but the staffs were really kind and the view is really beautiful.

So.what I would do is to eat somewhere else and maybe go there for a glass of beer.

Anyway. Goodnight. Thanks to King seafood for the terrible dinner at my last day of Pattaya trip.

Good service. Good see view. Whenever i go to phataya i go to this restarant. I like mud clab chili sauce. This good in here have special taste.

Super delicious seafood, nice view and atmosphere. Ownwr is extra nice askimg if you liked the food or if you are happy with all. Recommended

One of the great place to have seafood and nice cocktails. Staff were friendly and attentive. Dining area come with beautiful sea view and cool breeze. Definitely will come back again.

The best new year eve night we have, we book the seaside table in advance the firework did not disappoint us, the food is excellent Live Maine Lobster was perfect.

Excellent Seafood, We order King crab and Lobster, we found that the price is lower than other restaurant nearby and the quality is far more better, will comeback again soon.

Leider stimmt das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis hier garnicht. Das Essen ist i. O. Aber auch nicht überragend. An meinem Fisch waren ca. 100-150g (exclusive Kopf) essbar. Kostenpunkt ca 15€. Muss jeder selbst wissen. Wir waren in unzähligen Fisch Restaurants In Thailand. Dies überzeugte uns am wenigsten.

Inside Pattaya walking street. The place with big aquariums of live fishes. I like the environment because of less craze and more taste. Snapper baked in lemon-ginger and phad Thai are my favorite there.

Very good but too expensive for Thailand, no prices on the menu and we ordered Lobster but got a smaller variant instead. I think this was definitely a trick. In the end I didn't care about the price, we were eating fresh seafood on a pier in Pataya walking street. What did I expect lol
