8พนักงานบริการไม่มีความสุภาพเลย ทำให้ไม่อยากกลับมาใช้บริการ ต้องการใส่กล่องกลับบ้าน พนักงานบอกเทไก่ลงมาค่ะ ไม่พอกล่องที่ใช้แล้วเราเก็บอยู่แล้ว พนักงานบอกเอาไปทิ้งตรงนั้น ใช้คำห้วนๆ ทำให้หัวเสียมาก สีหน้าการบริการสอนมาแบบไหนคะ ลูกค้าทำอะไรให้คุณ ไม่มากินอีกสาขาโลตัสพัทยา กินเทอร์มินอลบริการดีกว่าเยอะ
KFC Tesco Lotus South Pattaya
If you look at the menu, they don’t even advertise original chicken. Fried, fried and spicy fried chicken. This is not KFC, it’s a fried chicken place with the name KFC.
To not have original chicken available at all time is an management problem. To tell customers they have to wait 15 minutes, turns customers await and every turn away customer is money lost.
This is why the people of the country is fat and have health problems because they have taken the original baked chicken off the menu and claim people are not ordering it when it not even shown on the menu.
KFC is known for it original chicken and not for fried / spicy chicken. So to sum up this review, this location is not where you want to because you have to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it.

เปิดบริการเดริเวอรี่จากทางร้าน หรือไม่ก็สั่งได้จากฟูดส์แฟนด้า หรือแก็ปฟูดส์ ตามสะดวกหรือจะมานั่งทานที่ร้านได้ เมนูช่วงนี้ก็มีโปรโมชั่นต้อนรับตรุษจีนตามนี้เลยคับ
The chicken is so tasty and delicious here. Yet, there are few points to mention both good and bad.
Good/Pros:
1. Chicken is so tasty and hot food.
2. It’s in Tesco lotus and the frequency of people coming into the restaurant is high resulting fresh food
3. Huge space and huge seating area.
4. Without any doubt the prices are cheaper than anywhere else in Pattaya for the same combo meals and you get discount rates
5. It’ll be good to relax have hot food after your shopping in Tesco
Bad/cons:
1. No coke refil
2. Sometimes, we were out of food resulting 20 minutes wait.
3. Better prefer spicy chicken than normal. Cause normal was not good to my taste.
4. The coke glass is small compared to other outlets and has more than half of Ice and yet not providing refills
Unfortunately, female staff taking order from me had attitude, small portion of chicken, will not be visiting again.
Badly organised. Visit here frequently but not for much longer constantly run out of chicken resulting in 20-30min wait for food. Quicker to drive to Texas Chicken and try ya luck there.
